Great service, the best staff

The hotel was stylish and comfortable. Breakfast was relaxed with good service and plenty of choice. But what made our stay really excellent was the the staff: they were friendly, helpful and efficient. It seems like they were acting as a real team - and it showed.

I would have liked coffee making facilities in our room. I know I could have ordered complimentary coffee to be brought to our room , but I would prefer early in the morning to make it myself rather than see a stranger! Even though I'm sure they would have been charming.

Little noisy at times

Best location. It is a short walk to many popular attractions. Nice staff. Good access for cars and taxis despite the narrow and old streets.The best hotel in Valencia

Taxi drivers seem to have trouble finding this hotel. they dropped us off around the corner. We did arrive in a car and the navigation took us straight to the entrance.

Everything was unique and beautiful

Fabulous location. Executive room spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast great. Tea and coffee room service amazing and no charge. All staff amazing. Very customer focused !

Swimming pool is a plunge pool in the small outside space next to the bar ( ground level ). Outside space needs a rethink.

Really cool hotel, modern mixed with traces of history. The amenities were wonderful, staff were excellent. We were running late to catch our train and the staff rushed out to the main road to get us a taxi—really grateful for that gesture!

Beautifully designed hotel. Incorporating historic ruins and modern design. The most comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely little touches with a variety of products in the room. Staff excellent and so helpful. Breakfast superb.

We were in a loft room and I really had to mind my head as ceiling was very low near the bed. Bathroom was not seperated from the room so with the ac was a little chilly when getting out of the shower. Otherwise it was a gorgeous room!

Great small hotel within the city walls. The breakfast room is interesting as it is down in the amongst Roman ruins. The staff went out of its way to be helpful. On site parking is a necessity.

I had a large balcony with lots of direct sun in the afternoon. The location was in a very quiet and safe area, and close to everything. The breakfast was excellent. Much to choose from in the buffet as well as a full menu, and everything was fresh and prepared well.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the design of the room included a bed that was much lower than normal. Probably fine for most, but I have serious problems with my back that made it difficult.

Gorgeous boutique hotel tucked away in a quiet corner just a short walk to amazing restaurants/bars! Beds were amazing! Like sleeping on clouds and the free mini bar was great too! Restaurant served amazing food and the drinks were perfect! It was our 36th wedding anniversary and the hotel spoilt us by giving Prosecco and beautiful homemade chocolates on arrival.

The only thing and it’s a personal preference is that there is no private bathroom! Abit chilly on exiting the shower! 😂oh and no coffee/tea making facilities in the room, you had to ring up for it. Was included in the room price and was quick but I like to make my own!

The Hotel is in a central yet quiet location so great for getting around the Old Town without noise at night. The staff were superb, everyone was very helpful, polite and professional going beyond above and beyond when ever we asked for anything. The room (14) was beautiful, very spacious, comfortable and very well equipped.

The only tiny thing I would say was that the chairs by the pool were a little uncomfortable if you wanted to relax for an extended period.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff we're very attentive and went out of their way to help.

It was a bit nosy in the mornings with guests coming and going as my room was near the reception area but it was only a minor inconvenience.

The location is great, hotel is great but the real difference is the staff. Super friendly but very genuine with it, which is a hard balance to strike. Definitely one of the best hotel experiences we've had.

The open bathroom design was not the best. There were separate rooms for toilet and shower but the rest of the bathroom was open. No privacy in bathroom after showering or while at bathroom sink.

The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable, and the staff were efficient and friendly. The location was superb - easy walking to the old town as well as for trams/buses to the beach.

The outdoor patio area was small and got little sun so not a place to hang out. No tea/coffee in the room, though the staff bring it to you for free when requested.

But what truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional staff. Not only were they accommodating and attentive to our every need, but their extensive knowledge of the hotel's history and the surrounding area added an extra layer of depth to our stay. It felt like we were being guided by locals passionate about sharing their city with us, offering insights and recommendations that you simply wouldn't find anywhere else.

The location is perfect in that it is central to the historic area and one can walk everywhere on foot. It is also in a surprisingly quiet area. The staff were super friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

The room was spacious although because of being 'contemporary' it was a little dark so more lighting would have been good.

Front desk staff were wonderful. It was low season so we got an upgrade - really made us so happy. Bright room, comfy bed. Very modern but in an ancient building. Super cool.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with all our needs and requests for information or assistance. We liked the bar in the hotel for both coffee and drinks. Room service was fantastic. The hotel was well-located in the old city near the cathedral but also convenient to public transport (buses). We enjoyed the large circular bathtub in the room - romantic.

The bedroom was poorly lighted and thus dark and dim in the night and early morning. Could be considered romantic I suppose though.

Friendly staff, great location. Bed firm which I loved. Even more so as it’s rather unusual!

Lack of kettle in the room was inconvenient. We had a toddler and hot water was required to make a bottle. Although staff was happy to bring and efficient, it’s not ideal having someone coming in when you just woke up and are still in your pjs. Uncomfortable for sure.
