Nice, cosy hotel in the city center. Clean rooms with typical valencian ceilings. Breakfast is good, with a typical food choice.

The shampoo/body wash is provided in one-time individual paper wrappers. This creates extra garbage and is not practical, especially since there was no shelve to put them in the shower. A better idea would have been to use fixed containers in the shower from which you can squeeze shampoo or body wash. The air conditioner was somewhat loud. One of the staff at breakfast was not friendly and forgot to bring my coffee.

Reception staff pleasant and very helpful. Location first class for the city. Front Rooms at Ad Hoc very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The decor is fab with old beamed ceilings etc. and everything exceptionally clean.

Breakfast would be fine if it was kept stocked up. Staff member was very slow to clear tables, restock food and had an extremely poor customer facing attitude to guests. The breakfast area was not a huge space to manage so there was no reason for the long delays and incorrect beverage orders etc Very disappointed with breakfast service.

Lovely historical building, area was perfect

I always look for hotel with outside area, where I can sit in the morning with a coffee however when I enquired where the terrace was staff looked at me blankly say no terrace, I actually went back to check hotel details and it does state terrace when there is not actually a terrace at the hotel… disappointing. Everything else was great, good value for money, pleasant in a convenient area for exploring València

Clean & spacious rooms, efficient staff, really comfortable beds. The location was very good, only a few minutes walk away from the centre of the old town.

Couldn’t get any English speaking/ news programmes on the tv - unless it was me being unable to correctly select the numbers.

Great hotel with friendly staff and a large comfortable room. The location is excellent - 5 mins walk max. to Turia Gardens and the Cathedal in the other direction !

Very friendly and helpful staff, the room size was very big actually. The breakfast was very nice, even though there was not a lot of variety.

The mattress was not very comfortable and the hairdryer was very old and was not working very well.

The room was comfortable and clean. Very spacious bathroom and really hot shower which was nice after really cold days outside. The location was also great and easy to be in the park or city center within a few minutes.

The walls are super thin, and we could hear everything happening around us.
