Impeccable service and location. Beautiful rooms. Easy valet parking.

Breakfast a little expensive if you prefer small continental style breakfast. Lots of great coffee places around the hotel.

The place is expensive, but is definitely worth it. The best part of the stay, STAFF - the most polite, friendly and helpful staff I have encountered, and I have stayed at many up market hotels / resorts. Every staff greeted my 4-year-old well, she got plenty of toys to play with. The trips arranged by the hotel were fabulous. Room always clean after house keeping visit, corridors were always tidy and fresh. The food at One Restaurant is really expensive, but I dont think people will get cheaper food in close proximity. Even uber eat can be expensive. However, fish course such as Salmon & Scallops were delicious.

We did have issue with child bed on 1st day of our arrival but it was sorted pretty quickly

The hotel is located near a subway station which makes all of Downtown accessible. They book all dinner reservations, including at local walk-in only restaurants. The spa was phenomenal. One of the best hotel gyms I've seen Attention to detail!

Breakfast and staff are great. Expensive of course.

Practically everything was exceptional for our first time to Toronto!

Housekeeping was sometimes inconsistent; ie we only had one light cleaning Thursday (8/17) with no night/turndown service. But that’s a minor nitpick.

The food, the staff, the accommodations, everything and everyone was top notch. Highly recommended. One of the nicest hotels I‘ve stayed in.

Ticks every box for a city centre hotel. Room, staff, amenities all first class

The staff were wonderful, as was the pool and the other facilities at the hotel. The restaurant was great too, and I really liked the 24-hour room service option.

I stayed over the weekend (on the second floor) and there was a lot of street noise at times, which is a shame given the cost of the hotel and its location.

The location and facilities are of course the best, but the most wonderful thing is the response of all the staff. Doorman, receptionist, housekeeping and concierge Robert! The food on the terrace of the restaurant was also delicious. The most amazing hotel in the nicest neighborhood in Toronto.

Absolutely everything and everyone was excellent, accommodating, and beyond expectations which were very high to begin with! We will definitely be back.

This is a beautiful property. The location is fantastic as well as the staff. Isabel from the front office was so welcoming and helpful. Robert from the concierge was prompt in his work as well as deliverables. The breakfast was fantastic.

The hotel is very well situated, nice shopping and dining all around. Staff is exceptional on all levels and the bar/restaurant has very good food and nice atmosphere.

Gorgeous hotel with the friendliest staff. They left us a personalized note with delicious chocolates welcoming us back. we love the location, close to great restaurants and shops. Felt like a mini-vacation staying here.

The servce provided was reallt excellent. The staff were professional and readily to assist when needed. Location was also good as there wete eateries around the hotel. Room size were big to accomodate 5 of us, very clean and modern.

Exceptional design and attention to detail across the building. Incredible gym and spa facilities, a lively hotel restaurant and bar with very friendly, warm and expert staff. The room was a luxury home away from home, the bathroom has marble everywhere heated floors, and a double shower (which is an amazing time saver for busy parents)

Very much enjoyed the pool and steam room.

The location was amazing. The staff was superb. The hotel was delightful. It was my wifes birthday and the prepared the room with special treats upon our arrival. By far one of the best establishments we have visited. I would recommend everyone to stay at the Hazleton. The concierge was super helpful and Andre and Rob at the front desk were outstanding.

Very nice location, in the heart of beautiful area, amazing and absolutely very friendly stuffs, from the front desk to the room services to the best concierge team in particular Toni and Maria (they were very helpful and spot on). Very clean room , spacious. Highly recommended

Location is amazing in the middle everything!

Despite the variety of pillows on offer , non was comfortable. On site parking is limited. Expect few unannounced charges on the final bill.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Wonderful, fast room service (dinner and breakfast) The lock on the French doors in my room didn’t lock nor did the inside door…(didn’t bother me much though) Location is terrific for shopping.

Absolutely gorgeous property. Beautifully appointed interiors, the public areas, rooms, and bathrooms are just beautiful. The staff are just amazing and super efficient, and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The neighbourhood is fantastic, with amazing restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely be staying here next time.
