The Rothschild Hotel, Tel Aviv
The Rothschild Hotel is a quintessential romantic destination, perfectly situated on the iconic, tree-lined boulevard that serves as the heart of Tel Aviv. Designed as a heartfelt tribute to Baron Edmond de Rothschild, the property honors his foundational role in Israel’s history. The hotel is housed in a beautifully preserved building, with every detail—from the cast-iron furnishings inspired by Parisian gates to the scent of citrus in the air—crafted to reflect his visionary spirit.
The hotel is celebrated for its intimate, boutique feel, making it a favorite for couples marking special occasions. Sustainability is woven into its operations, utilizing advanced green technologies to protect the environment while maintaining an atmosphere of refined luxury. Guests can enjoy organic toiletries sourced from a small farm in the nearby Jerusalem hills, adding a local, tactile touch to the experience.
Its location is unbeatable for those looking to immerse themselves in the “White City.” Guests are mere steps away from the UNESCO-listed Bauhaus architecture that defines the area. Whether you are strolling past the trendy kiosks that dot the boulevard or heading toward the nearby historic Independence Hall, you are always in the center of the city’s most significant cultural landmarks.
For a broader taste of the city, the hotel provides easy access to the vibrant Carmel Market and the charming, historic neighborhood of Neve Tzedek. After a day of exploring, the boulevard itself offers a prime spot for people-watching or enjoying a coffee in the shade of the iconic ficus trees, capturing the true essence of Tel Aviv.

Avoid and book elsewhere.
The checkout midway to my stay was the best part
Downmarket, poorly maintained hotel with noisy and dirty rooms. The property is understaffed, the service is rude and unprofessional. Terrible value for money. We left halfway through our stay—this place is simply not suitable if you're used to even basic standards abroad. Avoid and book elsewhere.

Worst value for money I ever had
The stuff was very nice
The location is perfect
Dirty room
Old uncomfortable bad
Awful pillows
No (real) parking
Not even a bottle of water(free) for the guests
Brutally expensive for what you get

Customer service could and should be improved.
Spacious room.
The air conditioning took quite a long time to run properly.
The driveway for parking is extremely narrow and yesterday I received a phone call directly to my room that when I parked my car “I had broken the electric gate, and another guest had even witnessed it”. This is by far a good example of the most unprofessional service and hotel etiquette one can have. She told me the gate is not working now, and that I am liable to pay for the gate. She hadn’t even checked the cameras ! I assured her that I trust my driving, and she should go watch the cctv to be able to see who really “broke” the gate because I was pretty sure it was not me. I told her it is not okay to even be making a phone call of this sort before researching all video and details. And, of course, if they were able to prove that it was me, if my car did actually break the gate, then I would pay for it responsibly.
In this country this is categorized as “chutzpah”.
I didn’t receive another phone call from them.
P.s. if you are not a good driver do not park in this hotels parking spaces because you actually may damage their property or your own car.

Wish it was up to snuff…
Second time in hotel. Loved the rooms in most ways and still a great look from now and in our memories. Location for us was the very best. Walking distance to everything.
Upkeep is different… and not up to what it should be or was in the past. Sheets, pillows, mattress not comfortable…needs extra pillows, furnishing in bathroom needs a really good cleaning. Night stands are not stable and make noise.. rock. Lighting in room was dim as in romantic but alternatively, we couldn't see how to put our clothes away or makeup on in bathroom when we needed it. Took us ten frustrating minutes each time to figure out how to close and open the lights. Windows don't open so AC should not be blowing on our faces in the bed. Sad for us… needs effort to return this once beautiful hotel to its glory… its not too late…

Great TLV weekend experience
Rooms were very pleasant and clean. Location superb.
Although it says free parking, the chances of parking in the hotel are very low. Should be stated clearly, and if guests can not use the parking, they should be compensated with the parking costs.
Breakfast was tasty but very simple and a bit disappointing

the price doesn’t worse the price
it was clean and the stuff was very nice.
the hot tub is nice addition
1. we stayed on property of 65 m
it sounds very big, but because it fused from two apartments it has two bathrooms, two toilets and feel like two separate rooms, on both of them the feeling is of small room, so you don’t feel the 65 m
2. the breakfast is very poor
3. don’t park on the hotel parking it’s too nerow, we tried to get out of it for forty minutes, and still scratched our car from both sides
