Hotel Brown Beach House, Tel Aviv

The beach vibe, especially in the small details. The afternoon tea was especially unexpected and appreciated.

Terrace room was success. Good service, we had a chance to take a shower even we had already checked out but because the flight was at night, they were so kind. Very good breakfast! Many didn’t like the breakfast, because it is not a buffet style. But we loved it, and had chance to taste quite manu different dishes. Absolutely fantastic.

Intensive environment, a lot of traffic.

The check-in experience was quick, easy, and seamless. The property very clean and within 2 minutes of the beach.

The suite was so big, clean and bed very very confortable. Sea views. Big restroom. Tatsy food.

The closet very small. Spa was a bit simple. There isn't coffee machine or snacks in the minibar. There isn't the bar in the first floor.

Nice, cosy, very clean hotel with friendly and helpfull staff. Car parking was easy. Good breakfast and very good location. Highly recommended! Won’t hesitate to stay there again!

Location & Restaurant

The bathroom - plugs didn’t work, bathtub / shower was awful. I am short and could barely step into tub to take a shower. Only 1 elevator worked during our stay and it wasn’t Shabbat!

Check in service was amazing, having the host guiding us all the way to our room (she was awesome!). Room was big, comfy, clean, great bed and a large balcony. Just great! Breakfast area is super nice and staff are super kind and efficient. Food was amazing and my wife and I simply loved it! Yes, we’ll go back to this place and we definitely recommend staying here. Ps.: across the street there’s a super nice bar to hangout during the night. Just make sure to make a reservation, cause they are always packed.

The location was amazing. We were able to walk to all the locations such as Jaffa, Carmel Market, the beach and restaurants Breakfast st the hotel was quite good and the staff were very friendly

The hotel is generally very nice. The location is perfect and the rooms were quite big.

Our main comments were about breakfast. We were expecting more variety and better coffee which was missing because of the holiday.

The room was amazing, the staff was incredibly friendly. Or was wonderful as our help for the area. The walk to the beach was perfect. I am not sure of a cooler hotel for the price and service in Tel Aviv!

I can’t think of anything

The hotel had a very good location.: walking distance to the beachfront. The room was quite confortable and had balcony furnished with confortable relaxing seats.

The room was amazing with a perfect view of the sea. location is fabulous and the staff, especially Nofar, could not have been more welcoming. The hotel is spotlessly clean as well.

we had some hiccups. safe broken but replaced, air conditioning and refrigerator not working. However, they did move us after three days to another suite which was better

The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. Feel a little more variety and more fresh fruit on menu. Staff all lovely and friendly and very accommodating. Lovely touches in hotel such as bathroom products and welcoming drinks and fresh fruit platter. Welcoming atmosphere. Location fantastic. Walking distance to Jaffa, Carmel Market etc.

Would have liked a small bar somewhere in hotel to relax after a days touring. Rooms are beautiful but some are quite noisy. Would recommend when you check in to tell staff you would like a quiet room. Some people are not bothered by noise.

Breakfast was superb, because of central location everything is within reach.

The staff were really nice especially yanita, Or, Vanessa and Nophar! They were very helpful and kind and the rooftop was very nice

There were some maintenance issues but the hotel handled it really well and made us feel better, they went above and beyond what would be expected from an israeli company!
