It was named in honor of Norman Lourie, a pioneer who founded Israel’s first luxury resort in the 1950s.
Architect Yoav Messer oversaw the restoration, while interior designer David d’Almada of SAGRADA crafted the hotel’s glamorous, 1920s-inspired aesthetic. The two buildings are connected by a tranquil, leafy citrus grove, which provides a refreshing contrast to the urban bustle. Inside, the decor balances heritage charm with contemporary luxury, featuring an impressive collection of original Israeli contemporary art that makes the hotel feel more like an elegant gallery than a standard stay.
One of the hotel’s standout features is its rooftop infinity pool, which offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline and the Mediterranean Sea.
