Best stay in 3 years
We arrived at the hotel to check in 10 minutes after we closed on Booking, because we closed somewhere else on the wrong date and the treatment we received there was shocking.
The treatment we received when we arrived at Poli was really warm and pampering. They took care of our room within half an hour, explained everything to us, recommended places and because of all the hustle we had at the beginning with the previous hotel. They took care of us while we waited
for the room. The people, the staff, everything was just amazing - we will definitely be back.
Poli is in the center of things, a really good strategic location near cafes, bars, restaurants and the market.
There are really good shops on Allenby, Shenkin and King George Streets. There is everything from everything!
Following the renovations of the light rail, it is a bit difficult to get there by car, but there is public transportation that comes really close to the market area - less money and of course protecting the environment.
I would like to mention the guy who took care of us at the beginning of the whole process - always with a smile, kind, patient, listening to the customer's needs - I wish there will be many people like you.

Perfect location with fabulous roof bar and pool
Location was perfect. The rooftop pool was great and sun beds comfortable. Our room was quite small but had everything we needed.
The noise from the bar opposite was annoying but didn’t go on too late. Would have liked the pool and bar to open later than 6pm

Above all expectations
We were staying at the hotel for a birthday weekend and we couldn’t ask for more! Everything was clean, the pool and the bar were amazing, the room and showers were 100% clean, the place is quiet and peaceful.
We were accompanied by Olga, the service was above all expectations.
We will be back for sure!
