The Jaffa A Luxury Collection Hotel, Tel Aviv

we were totally satisfied with the location of the property

We were on the second floor and there was only the service lift that one could use to get to the second. floor . This presented a problem as my wife was not able to climb the 2 flights of stairs to get to the second floor. The management did arrange for us to be able to get through the service door but unfortunately there appeared to be a technical problem and the door did not always open which meant we had to go to reception a few times to get the problem sorted out. I suggest that should be sorted out as what happens if there will be other guests who also have problems walking up and down stairs. If the problem like this cannot get sorted out then you should have a note somewhere in your advertising mentioning that potential customers who do have a problem walking up 2 flights of stairs would be allocate a room. on another floor so they would not have the problem we had.

the hotel is very well located, small haven of peace. the breakfast is very complete, a real feast. the people at the reception, our concierge, the team of bars, the pool, the restaurant, all made our stay a real success. Thanks to them.

All was excellent!

Beautiful combination of old (historical) elements and modern design. Great service and very helpful staff in case of problems. Perfectly located, very close to Old Jaffa and the Mediterranean Sea. Fantastic rooms, beds, and excellent breakfast.

Breakfast was expensive at £45, far too much variety of buffet food and breads, plus choices of a menu. Not enough guests for breakfast to use it all, it seems a waste, there was enough food to have had breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would have preferred to have half the amount of choice and pay half the price. All the staff were wonderful. The hotel was very clean.

There was a strong perfume smell in the reception area which was powerful, apparently it was designed to come out of the air conditioning system. The lighting in the bedroom was very dim. I had to keep using my phone light or go to the bathroom to read things. No bedside cabinet but a very low small shelf attached to the side of the bed.

the design, the staff and a special note for Luciano who has a real one of a kind contact with guests… he is clearly made for hospitality!!! we can only wish him a great carrier…. thank you also to the concierges…

the street noise and the lights that can t be turned off in the room other than that room was great!

the pool area is great, warm water in pool is awesome, and also a yard place is very good

modern rooms are not cozy, nobody refills minibar, breakfast is poor for this price, and dinner menu doesn’t wonder

we originally were put in a room on the first floor next to the pool which was very noisy and not private. luckily the staff was able to move us to a different room which was wonderful . we ordered cocktails from the restaurant that were terrible

excellent location, clean, great staff, modern, great outdoor courtyard restaurant and excellent breakfast.

the only negative is that the rooms are small and there was just one small chair to sit. if I was in the chair, my wife had to sit in the bed.

Katie at the front desk was such a pleasure. Staff were very nice and helpful. Bed was super soft. Breakfast was delicious. Cocktails were awesome. The historical building was beautiful to explore.

Room was much smaller than expected. Price for one night was very expensive. Would love blackout blinds.

Beautiful hotel in great location . Very clean. Excellent helpful and friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast served in the courtyard Interior design and architecture is an amazing combination of old and new.

Very small bedroom. Tiny wardrobe hardly any room for clothes etc. Had to live out of my suitcase! Poor lighting in bedroom and bathroom .

Every corner of the hotel is beautiful. The staff is professional and respectful yet approachable. The breakfast is delicious and generous. The pool is in perfect temperature, the background music is good.
