Shalom Boutique Hotel & Relax, Tel Aviv

Room very comfortable, if somewhat small. Decor pleasant and soothing. Loved sitting upstairs on terrace overlooking sea. Breakfast was superb. The lounge/dining room is designed in refined tasteful manner, allowing privacy, which also contributed to the relaxing experience. Location is great. Beach just across the way; shopping opportunities quite close, and choices of dining. Staff helpful and considerate.

Little trouble adjusting a/c in room. Two pillows were down; contained feathers, which is a sign of luxury, however, I am allergic. Perhaps should inform guests. Nothing really to dislike!

I have stayed here a few times now and just adore it. It is charming, comfortable, and in a great location. The breakfast is always delicious. The staff have always been welcoming and I appreciate the little touches that are provided to make the stay enjoyable (welcome drink and treat, complimentary drinks in the mini fridge, happy hour, etc.)

Sometimes the room can be very noisy depending on the location due to street traffic, but this has never deterred us from staying.

Great boutique hotel. Close to the beach. I stayed there for a conference and it was close and comfortable. For good restaurants though it is a bit far for walking distance

The team is great. The room was very good. Clean and comfortable. Lots of wine and swits on the house. One minute from the beach. Breakfast was delicious.

I’ve been staying here 10 years, and I will never stay elsewhere. It’s calming, wonderful staff and location plus the best breakfast and tea time in Tel Aviv. I send everyone here

The breakfast was surprisingly wonderful, they even cater to vegans with Oatmeal made with soy milk and a lovely chia pudding with passion fruit.

Great location, and the room was located in a quiet spot as requested. We are also allowed free late checkout which is subject to availability.

The proximity to bars, restaurants and also to the beach. Public transportation near by. The staff was very nice.

The staff was all so warm and welcoming, and truly made the stay enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the location was perfect- minutes to the beach and walkable to the port and main streets. Highly recommend.

Everything was great

The young man at the reception is super helpful. He worked night shift the day after Hamas attacked. He provided us information of the situation at the airport and helped us stay calm. He made us cappuccino before he left his shift in the morning when he heard us didn’t sleep during the night. He is such a wonderful person!

I really can't complain, the room was small but it was my option to save money since I was only going to be there for two nights.

Breakfast was very nice. The happy hour is amazing and the staff always ready to help. The location is just very nice.

The airco in the room made it very humid in the room. Water was dripping from the airco. Parking your car in the area is just hell.

Bathroom was small

First of all, the hotel was very clean--my room, my bathroom, and the public spaces in general. Staff was kind, helpful, and non-prying (--appreciated by my introvert soul.) I ordered the breakfast for a few mornings. It was insanely good. Location--the Hilton Beach is right across the street. I preferred larger beaches, like Bugrashov, which was just two stops away on the bus. Beautiful, and very easy to get to. Gordon Beach was just one stop away, and walkable, as well.

The great front area outside is on a busy street so in the height of summer traffic not a place to hang out, unfortunately. room we had was tiny but we didn’t stay in the room except to sleep so no problem.

Very small room. Chair at working station was very uncomfortable. No parking in the hotel, only 3 drop off spots at the entrance.

Beautiful property in a great location! It was my favorite hotel on this stay! They even provided little bags to take across the stress to the beach.

The price of breakfast.

The room was good size for Tel Aviv. The toilet and shower were great. Location just behind the Hilton, which means we got to go to the same beach and the Beluga bar. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good - it is a boutique hotel so you can have an actual talk to anyone in the staff and will help you within reason.

Perfect boutique hotel in the best location across from the sea. Nice breakfast, wonderful happy hour and very clean.

The mattress was far too soft for my liking and unfortunately my sea view room had an odd odour. I was able to change my room, however I should have moved sooner.

Everything was excellent! Lovely calm atmosphere with very helpful and pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast. Room had adequate shelving but was a little small. Lots of water available and much appreciated. Loved happy hour snacks too!

Room was a little small. Maybe there were larger rooms to choose from but we chose this size as it was more economical. Even though it was small it still had everything you needed including fridge with free water and drinks. Bathroom was modern, clean and room for everything although small.

No swimming pool and quite noisy in the morning as building work going on.
