the design is impeccable, the staff as very amiable
my laundry got killed. every item you want washed get stamped/stapled in sole sort of weird procedure, the new socks were returned shrunk and deformed; a rather nice sweater went two sizes down. the staff were nice and apologised.

Clean, expensive design and materials, everything made with care
The noise (windows on Nachmani), the AC was so so and loud. The suite was overloaded with the furniture and the door of the kitchen wardrobe was just stuck. A minibar is ridiculously expensive: Mars bar costs 8 USD, nuts snuck 90 gr is 16 USD. Ridiculous! We had a suite and a deluxe room, they called after checkout to ask for the permission to charge the card for one snack. Embarrassing.
