Amazing place to stay, everything is perfect! Comfortable, clean ,girls at Reception amazing

The location is perfect. Right off the most bustling street of cafes and restaurants, but extremely quiet rooms. The staff welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Everything was great, especially the staff (Juliana and Roee)!

Well the fact that I have been staying in browns hotel almost every weeks the past 4 months and they made me check out at 11:30 when I checked in at 2+ am I would have expect at least that leave me the room till 1pm. I was in shocked I'll NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. THANK U Yoni Also got an espresso machine in the room, no coffee capsules, in bathroom was missing hand towels, like if the room wasn't ready but it was clean. 🙌

The location is exceptional, close to all tel Aviv attractions, shopping, transportation, good restaurants. In the hotel itself the rooms are beautiful, bedding is crisp, clean and so comfortable. Robes and slippers are supplied. Bathrooms are clean and tidy. Shower has good water pressure, and great control of temperature. The service of the staff and general manager were extra ordinary to mention Yoni and Eleanor. Definitely will be back. Highly recommended

The hotel was very welcoming, small and unique, great atmosphere, great location, friendly and attentive staff. Even when we ran out of toilet paper at midnight there was someone available to bring us more.

The Brown TLV hotel was a fantastic value, well designed and super clean. The central location was perfect for restaurants, beach and nightlife. Betty at reception was so great and helpful with our checkout, and helped create such an inviting atmosphere for us! Will definitely recommend the hotel to any friends headed to the area!

Great location just a short walk from the beach and lots of entertainment options. Betty at the front desk was welcoming and helpful; she even walked me outside to make sure that I was headed to the correct bus station!

Actually, my stay has been fantastic. The room is great, comfortable, and has everything I need. The staff is amazing—super nice, polite, and available 24/7. Betty, one of the girls at the reception, was fantastic. She was super nice, and I'm glad she assisted me. She was always ready to help with everything.

The rooms are a little bit noise, you can hear the other rooms.

Great location, trendy vibe but nice and quiet, lovely and super helpful staff, free wine water chocolates and fruit platter in room, really nice breakfast spread, comfy bed, robes and slippers.

Room was quite small, buildings were a little dingy/old (though I think this is common in Tel Aviv).

Location is great, and so many cafes and restaurants are nearby. Daniel was great and very helpful. I liked a glass of bubbly wine upon arrival and a complementary bottle of wine, that was a very nice touch. Rooftop was also cute.

room size-it could barely fit my suitcase on the floor. Cleanliness could be improved and balcony would need some work to be done. Also, bed should have a headboard, cos now one pillow kept on falling back.

The location of the hotel is excellent. You have the vibrant flea market and other hipster areas with interesting shops and coffee shops very close by. The room, although small, was clean and well-organized. Free bike available as well.

Hospitable and welcoming! From tea at the entrance to wine in the bedroom - the small touches is what makes this a special visit. Plus the breakfast was uber yummy!

Great location, lots to see and do within a short walking distance. Wine and snacks upon check in were nice and unexpected.

Some of the advertised features were not open/operating. The room looked quite worn and the bathroom especially in need of some repairs. No exhaust vent in the bathroom left the room uncomfortably humid unless the window is left open. Room itself was very very small.

The location was fantastic. Short walk to restaurants and bars and the beach! Staff, especially Alon, was very friendly!

Rooms are very small and the rooftop bar (during winter) and indoor bar are closed, so we expected something else after looking at the photos. Hotel looks very nice in its 70s retro look though. Breakfast is a 5min walk to another branch of Brown hotels, which was ok - nothing more nothing less.

Amazing hotel with great location. The welcome and check in by Mrs Tali was superb, with a cup of cava offered. The online pre check in facility allows for a very quick and easy process on arrival The room was very nice and beautifully furnished with a welcome tray with a bottle of wine and pop-corn. All very nice touches . Reception ensured that I was happy and had everything I needed througout my stay

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated my arrival wine/popcorn and also bubbly on departure. Nice touch! Communal areas were great and location amazing. Great roof terrace.

My room was a bit small for a week long stay but I had everything I needed. Linen on beds should be changed more regularly without asking. Because the bathrooms lack ventilation, it makes the room a bit damp. Bathrooms need some work to remove mold etc.

The treatment was very personal, Alon who welcomed me, always make sure I got everything I needed and sometimes above and beyond. He remembered my name and gave personal and warm care. He was always available and he definitely upgrade the level of hospitality at the hotel

I didn’t go to the cafe chosen by this hotel because I met with family staying at the Polihouse. However we ate at Birnbaum which is very close and was very good.

I came with my big dog and staff was wondeful!!! Especially Alon and Eva and the Russian guy at the reception really helped me a lot! Thank you so much!

The minibar wasn’t cooling my drinks. The Jacuzzi was broken.

communication via whatsapp, got instant replies for my questions before even checkin. parking available at the hotel! definitely a winner for my needs. reception guy, Alon was very helpful and nice. took care of every request we had immedietly and with a smile.

toilet walls are transparent, very uncomfortable, cant really share a room with another person unless you are REALLY! close.

Bicycles offered for guests is great idea /however, you should keep the tyres inflated/. Location of the hotel is good.

No milk for a coffee in the lobby :(. When I asked for it, the answer was almost rude. Rooftop jacuzzi and bar did not work :( Breakfast is NOT in the hotel, just a voucher for some coffees nearby. 2 of them are OK, 1 really bad (Bicicleta).

Great location! Loved the lobby decor And vibe of the hotel. Comfortable bed, good water pressure, and it was nice having a mini fridge. The coffee, water, and sweet treats in the lobby were nice. I’d stay here again.

1) The location is great! 10 mins walk from the beach, big supermarkets, loads of cafes restaurants and pubs nearby. 2) The hotel is clean, modern, stylish so it is very aesthetically pleasant to stay. AMAZING lobby floor area with sofas and tables to chill or work. 3) Coffee machine with unlimited coffee available for the guests in the lobby. 4) Staff has upgraded my room type for free due to some technical issue they have been having with my room and the 40 mins check-in delay. 5) Roof space is just outstanding. Fantastic view on the city with bathtub and tables, couches to chill and work (plugs are available).

1) Found old blood stains on bed sheets. The cleaners might not have noticed it but it is a horrible inexcusable thing for a hotel. Hope it doesn't happen often. 2) There is a night club nearby and Thursday nights are really loud. The music is really loud and you can hear it easily in the room until about 2 am. 3) Due to some technical issues with the room I was only able to get onto the room 40 mins after the check in so I had to wait in the lobby, BUT the staff was friendly and they have upgraded my room type for free. 4) If you want to pay in USD in cash, it is only up to 200 USD and the rest should be paid in Shekels, but if you're paying by card in USD, it is fine, you can pay the whole amount.

Small rooms.

Location is great, close to beach and Rothschild Boulevard. Restaurants, supermarkets around. Stadd is friendly and helpfull. Roof top is nice, but bar has not been open. Also not in the hotel. AC is working not good and much too loud. Rooms are small but clean and well equiped. Bottle of wine as a greeting is very nice idea. Breakfast has been delivered in the morning by external partners. Coffee is served all day free of charge in the lobby.
