I book Kings this time round via Hilton honour. Is my 2 visit in 3 weeks to this property.

Service has been amazing. The bell boy at L1 is usually very helpful and friendly. Mavis and Olivia from Reception has been professional.

Managed to speak to the young man doing housekeeping today. Very young and enthusiastic! Friendly, for a PT, he has certainly shown great professionalism in hospitality, he mentioned that he is studying culinary right now (unfortunately I forgot to ask his name). He make make my day.

The rooms are well designed and clean. The shower is excellent with great water pressure. The bathroom is generally well designed. The automated window shades are very nice and the lighting can all be controlled from a central point next to the bed.

There is laundry service, but it is expensive. It would be wonderful to have laundry facilities for guests.

Beautiful big room with comfortable beds and fluffy towels in a sizeable bathroom. The pool and fitness room were impressive. It’s a quick walk to Taipei 101 along some walkways through malls so there’s plenty of restaurants at a range of prices. If you like high end shopping, you’ll enjoy this area.

My biggest disappointment was the hotel breakfast since I had expected something more like a Hilton style buffet. There was an egg station with 5 or so hot dishes that were Korean inspired. The Korean pumpkin congee had very little flavour and the bread was stale. It was not good value for money.

Fantastic location, comfortable and clean rooms. Housekeeping very strong and pay attention to details (eg. tie up charging cables).

Rooms very dimly lit, staff could be more courteous, energetic, and hospitable. Many staff do not greet you with a smile.

The view was 101 building. The comfort level was great. The room size was just nice as well. I will definitely book this hotel again! The location is great to be honest.

The 2/3 bathtub but the toilet is still the best!

The hotel room was really perfect for my needs. A comfortable bed, hot shower with good pressure and a small desk for work with lovely view of the bustling city high rises. The location was very convenient and the staff extremely helpful (special thanks to Tiffany and Emily!). Eventhough I speak a little Mandarin, many of the challenges I faced with moving around the city were made so much smoother due to the staff. Room service was great and fast, even to a vegan and even during the night. Such a great experience!

The breakfast could have been easily made more accessible for vegans by offering cold plant-based milk like soya milk to add to cereals, not pre-mixing the musli with cow's milk, offering margarin and peanut butter in addition to cow milk butter. I could not find the aircon switch so at times it was a bit too cold for me inside my room, but I am sure the staff would have helped me had I asked.

A very big minus on their deposit of the full amount and then charging it as well. So after a long 8 night visit, they are currently holding twice the amount since after the cancellation of the deposit fee it takes a while to return to my account and as someone with a one-person-business this is a lot of money. Without this hassle, it would have been a 9/10.

The hotel is centrally located with lots of great shopping and dining nearby. The room and beds were very comfortable with modern conveniences. the breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide variety of traditional Taiwanese and western items.
The staff was very attentive and greeted us every morning. Really wonderful overall!

Absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel, but you do need to take 2 separate elevators, one from ground to 6 (lobby) and then from 6 to your room floor. It was a little confusing at first, but not an issue once you figure it out.
Also no self-service laundry on site.

The hotel is beautiful and in Xinyi District, in the middle of the most expensive area of Taipei, also near the night life where the best clubs of Taipei are.

There is nearly nothing to dislike in this place. Please don't all book this hotel, otherwise there won't be a free place for me when I come back to Taipei. 😜

Great location at the heart of Taipei and the main shopping disctrict. The hotel staff are great and the hotel itself is extremely comfortable and clean.

Great location - I got the airport train and metro to the hotel and it was very simple and only a few mins walk from the station. Rooftop will fulfil your Instagram feed for sure - nice view of 101 and of course having that near by makes it super easy to see one of the main attractions of the city. It was definitely more of business hotel with "suits" as their main clientele, however as a casual tourist I never felt uncomfortable in my shorts and t-shirt. Loads of shopping right outside and the gym was really extensive so I got a full work out. Breakfast was varied and there was enough of options for my veggie diet. Really liked the decor of the main areas as well, ultra modern made classic. Oh and free use of really strong big umbrellas from the door man for the day - which is super handy for their weather!

There was no plug or usb ports by the bed that I could find - only a little thing, but there were plenty of sockets on the desk.

Foods displayed nicely, typical hotel breakfast, nothing special , large in quantity but tasted ordinary.

Reception staff were great, greeting guests with warm smiles and helpful attitudes, but such services were not showing with the restaurant staff.

The view from my window, tower 101 and other, amazing to see from my window. Breakfast was good, team was in most cases very good.

Price pretty high, going in two elevators each time to go up or get back

Excellent location its near Taipei 101 and just a 5 minute walk from the nearest MRT station. The staff were very kind and helpful, the amenities were good and the breakfast is good as well.

Toilet bowl seat water spray not working well at timea and quite messy. Would prefer to have a side tap for rinsing instead

Laundry charges are extremely high, and high plastic use on return - every item in its own plastic bag!

There are no convenient store nearby. Nearest is 400m away.

We loved the rooms and the bed was so comfy.

We were not keen on the breakfast. The street noise disturbed us sometimes.
