Excellent location its near Taipei 101 and just a 5 minute walk from the nearest MRT station. The staff were very kind and helpful, the amenities were good and the breakfast is good as well.

Great wine list, but needs a little more categorising under more recognisable grape varieties. Laundry charges are extremely high, and high plastic use on return - every item in its own plastic bag!

We liked the Italian-styled restaurant where we had breakast everyday during our stay. It served great food and had great views. The hotel location was excellent, with many shops and restaurants around. And most importantly, the staff were very friendly, patient and helpful.

We booked a Deluxe King Room. When we checked in to our room, we were very disappointed as the room was small, dark, and smelly. It seemed to me that it was an abandoned room. We solved the problem by paying extra money to get an upgrade to a Premium King Room.

Amazing location. Love the gym. Quite well equipped.

There are no convenient store nearby. Nearest is 400m away.

We loved the rooms and the bed was so comfy.

Location is great very close to major shopping centers, transit is within 5-10 mins walk. Room is modern, well equipped, spacious and clean; building is new and solid withstood a 7.6 magnitude earthquake during our stay. Pool is also a nice feature over looking the 101 landmark, during night time is a spectacular view. They have a reception downstairs and are able to hold your lugguage until check-in time for those that arrived early.

Main lobby was not on the ground floor so guests will need to take multiple elavators getting to your rooms.

Excellent view, luxurious bathroom, comfortable bed. Very close to shopping and dining.

I paid more for Taipei 101 view but there is a new skyscraper in the way since the hotel pictures were taken so felt a little cheated. Restaurant average and room service was slow and had problems like missing items and no cutlery.

Conveniently located with mall and eating options easily available.

Pricey. Staff could be more friendly and helpful.

Clean and accessible. Lobby staff and concierge was very accommodating, helped us to book two taxis to our next hotel.

Incredibly friendly staff, and really luxurious room. Breakfast was superb as well, both Western and Asian style. The pool with a view on the 101 building in the evening was a thrill, with a chill lounge nearby.

Not the hotel's fault, but that particular part of Taipei's center is quite noisy. I remember a very large neon display with an embedded music, which played over and over in a loop. Would be more worried if there was no noise, but that seems not necessary, and the city should regulate it.

Love the location. Staffs are friendly . Room is cleaned . Will recommend to friends. Will be back again.

Excellent location, super friendly staff, beautiful clean and spacious room, very comfortable pillows and doona, excellent amenities in the room.

The rooms are very clean but the grouting in the shower needs a bit of tender love and care to get rid of the discoloration.

Good International breakfast spread. Location was great for shopping & food. But only after 11am when the malls open. Need to walk a bit further for local food stalls that open earlier.

The reception area was too warm and the air conditioning was not good. There was no lotion provided for the entire duration of the stay. Hand soap was not replenished on the last night of my stay. The water heating for the tea was not working.

Very conveniently located right across from the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi department store. the receptionist spoke perfect Japanese and English. Clean and spacious room and bathroom even with ToTo washlette!

There was a strange noise from the ceiling - but this was fixed as soon as I spoke to the staff and while I was out for a dinner.

the rooms are too small to accommodate a family of four with two young children . there was insufficient space to add another bed and the king sized bed could not fit two adults and two small children comfortably . the twin bedded room also had similar shortcomings as the single beds could only accommodate one adult

The payment method during new year countdown. Insisted that I had to provide copy of my front and back of my credit card. Otherwise I am not able to make any reservation

I love the location and the convenience to the metro. The staff were generally polite except a couple of unfriendly ones. Pretty organised for check-in and check-out. I didn't need to wait too long.

I wanted to stay through the 30th to 4th (5 nights) at this hotel but when I was making the reservation from Singapore, I understand that they had a New Year Countdown pack which requires me to make full payment in advance. They insisted that I give them a photocopy of my visa card (front and back) otherwise they will not accept my reservation. May I ask who in the right mind will reveal the front and back of they credit card? Which bank would recommend this action? Literally zero. So because of that, I had to stay there on 27, 28, 30th night and move to another hotel on 31, 1 and 2nd. Come back again on 2nd and 3rd Jan. Caused me inconvenience. This is something I think they ought to rethink. In the end I stayed at another hotel nearby, at around the same price and can view the new year count down too! And most importantly, they don't need me to provide the front and back of my credit card. Accepted my full payment via online payment via booking.com platform.
