The room was beautiful who would not like to have this amazing Opera House viewing evening and first thing in the morning waking up stunning the bed and linen superb this is the comfort one looks for.

Truly the most amazing hotel in the best location. You would not find better when it comes to service, attention to detail and views. The staff are fantastic and everyone is kind, helpful and always smiling. My elderly mother has already stayed here when it was called ANA and insists on booking here every time she is in Australia. Well done, to both management and staff. What a wonderful hotel. Thank you!

Needed bigger shower head Price and options at bar. Not a good selection of cocktails. One I ordered was so bad I couldn't drink it. Two drinks and some nuts $65 then couldn't drink the drink. Not a great experience at the bar.

Oh wow what an amazing location and view. The rooms are of an older style but so well looked after, spotless and with a view to make any stay so special. My wife celebrated her 50th birthday here and the staff went out of their way with complimentary gifts and an amazing upgrade. Altitude restaurant on the 36th floor is so special with a taste sensation and service that matches the amazing view of the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House.

Excellent location and views! Good facilities e.g. pool, hot tub, gym. Helpful and polite staff. Complimentary champagne and chocolates provided to celebrate our honeymoon made the stay even more special!

The hotel is decorated beautifully, fantastic location and amazing views. We were upgraded for free to a suite with a view of the opera house and bridge and the staff were incredibly helpful. I couldn’t recommend enough.

Best location, harbour views, The Rocks neighbourhood

Brilliant location, room was great, and a really good size. Amazing view, definitely wroth the upgrade to the Harbour view room if you can. Very nice bathroom, the shower was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Not quite as good as the Sheraton, for both quality and the dining area, but still very nice. Bags were delivered promptly to the room and the valet parking was perfect. It's an amazing place and a really nice experience, and the view is absolutely unbeatable. And go for that upgrade. You won't regret it :-)

Bit of a queue to check-in, I think they could have had more staff on the desks for check-in as there were 3 empty check-in desks and around 8 couples waiting to check-in. Given it must be the busiest time of day for check-ins (2-3pm), you'd think they would make sure all the desks were available. Only a minor gripe and not really an issue, just an observation. The only other minor issue I had was there was a half open bottle of the fancy mineral water in the mini-bar fridge. I phoned down immediately to let them know and they sent someone to replace it and were very apologetic, but definitely worth checking the mini-bar as soon as you get into the room, so you don't get charged for something incorrectly. No information about in-room dining. No QR code or menu in the room. Only a QR code for an App which allowed you to book another stay and info about the facilities, but I couldn't see anything about in-room dining. Not sure if that's the norm, or an oversight.

Location was very central to the Rocks, Barangaroo and transport and always so comfortable and pleasant.

We were greeted well, we knew we were ahead of the 3.00pm check in time but that couldn't be helped because of our flight from BKK however, the Hotel managed to squeeze us in our room and hour earlier .... staff were so pleasant, from reception, to the restaurant to the house maids and bell boys .... great stuff ! This is our 2nd visit and we'll be back again

Its a pity they didn't have an electric golf buggy style vehicle to take you up and down the steep hill to the Hotel and say Circular Quay

We loved our stay at the hotel, the spa was very relaxing however the service at bar blu was appalling which was disappointing because the rest of the staff and our experience was great.

The hotel was clean, central and had fantastic facilities. We had lounge access which was great value, staff were very helpful. The views of the bridge and opera house were amazing. We also booked a massage in the spa which was very relaxing.

We loved absolutely everything about this hotel, all staff were exceptional each day, we had in room dining & also attended the restaurant for a while course meal - all of our meals at the Shrangri-La were absolutely amazing!

We checked out at 8.30 am and advised reception that our bags were good to go from the room. Paid cash for breakfast. When the rest of our family checked out at 10ish and the concierge brought the car to reception, no one could find our bags. They did eventually find them in the storeroom, but someone had not updated the system to advice the rest of the concierge where they were.

We stayed for over after our engagement party across the road at Squires Landing, it was a brief stay but everything was great! I paid a bit extra and upgraded to the 27th floor because the lower floors aren’t that great of a view!
