My expectations were surpassed .

The locations and views from the rooms are the most iconic you can get in Sydney. All staff were attentive and polite, particularly in the restaurants. Water pressure in the shower was perfect and bed very comfortable.

Whilst Sydney did have quite crazy wet weather on the day we checked in, the doors to the balcony were leaking as were different parts of the hallway leading to the room - Park Hyatt is an older hotel so it would appear they need some building maintenance.

We stayed for my daughter's 18th birthday. From the moment we arrived we felt like the most important people in the world. The beds were heavenly, the food yummy and every staff member was lovely, kind and thoughtful many remembering my daughter's birthday and wishing her happy birthday every time they saw her. My daughter was given flowers as well on arrival. A truly special place to stay and worth every cent.

this hotel has long been on my bucket list. the location is wonderful. great views of the bridge and opera house. short walk into the CBD and the historic Rocks area. the hotel very kindly upgraded us to room 211. the view of the opera house was incredible. we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. be sure to use the fabulous roof top pool and hot tub

Breakfast was amazing and the location is unbelievable. Lovely watching cruise ships in the harbour. Could not improve anything and the staff were fantastic.

Very expensive, but understandable due to location/view. We checked out and store luggage at reception, staff took more than 20 minutes to find our luggage.

The rooms with the option to open doors and sit on balcony and enjoy the harbour. Staff were very professional. Dining table and lounge area meant that you could really enjoy the room.

Luxurious accommodation, best view, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast. Great shower, separate toilet. Really quiet when sliding doors are closed. Wonderful to wake up and sit on the balcony looking at Sydney Harbour/Opera House.

Nothing really, just to be picky the TV should be higher on the wall and the cupboards should be soft close.

The room was great, excellent views, warm and welcoming.

The valet broke our key ring and we didn't realise until later. Very disappointed with this being hidden from us.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Had champagne and some flowers ready for us to celebrate our anniversary. Everything is clean and what you would expect from a high end hotel. Could not fault, and wish we had stayed another night.

Turned up at breakfast room at 9:30 yes it was busy but waited in line for a table for 20 minutes then got a table in another area wait staff forgot about us by 11am it was checkout time still no breakfast had to go back to the room to retrieve luggage so they could clean the room. Finally got breakfast that was cold at 11:20am. When we checked out I was asked how was my stay which I replied great except for the 2 hour wait for breakfast and she replied “oh well it is busy”. Not really good enough at $55 per person. BUT the accomodation was beautiful just go elsewhere for breakfast.

The water pressure in the shower was quite low. Also, the guests in the room next door were noisy and slammed the door which was very loud.

Everything from the time we entered until check out was amazing. The location and the service was the icing on the cake.

The time it took for the team to bring up something that we asked was way too long. We asked for extra milk that took lot of time, etc.

we had a great experience, room was big and comfortable, food was very nice, the hotel has some great views, located in a great spot, but as usual for a Hyatt the staff are main calling card, all very helpful and very polite, they go out of there way to make you feel at home

The billing process is illogical. I made a 1 night deposit upon booking. At checkin my card was debited for the rest as security deposit. Then at checkout I was double billed for the stay. Totally inappropriate and I refused to pay the additional amount instead asking them to process the original checkin amount - they would then owe me money.

Extremely great location and views. Loved the breakfast, eating out at the swiming pool, and the living room bar. Good services from the door mans as well.
