Hotel The Langham, Sydney

I loved everything about this hotel. It was aesthetically pleasing, all the touches of pink were stunning. Very clean, lovely staff. Facilities were great. The pool is the most stunning one I’ve seen in the CBD. I think the little touches made it - extremely kid friendly, bows around the toilet paper, everything that you’d need in the room. Valet service was very professional. Breakfast was delightful, they had everything. The cutest little Langham coffee cups as well.

The mini bar was quite small. No charger in the room. The bottles of water are confusing - doesn’t really elaborate that they are complimentary, focusing more on if you take the bottle home you have to pay.

Service was impeccable from start to finish. Friendly greetings and smiles. The place was kept beautifully and the room was serviced quickly and efficiently whenever we vacated.

Pool was a little cold and being indoors makes it hard to enjoy during summer heat, but not a big deal.

Loved the staff, service and the room was very spacious. I wasn't expecting such a nice room as I booked the cheapest room, I was blown away. The beds were really comfortable and the location was perfect. 5 minute walk to The Rocks and a 4 minute walk to Barangaroo. Everything is just a short distance away. They sorted valet and were so accommodation, I would highly recommend this hotel.

I celebrated a 50th and the hotel stylist set up something special for me which included balloons, macarons, cake pops and roses. Also concierge purchased products and delivered them discreetly wrapped in pink tissue paper. What impressed me was the high level of quality customer service that was provided by all staff ranging from reception, the day spa, concierge, waitstaff and housekeeping. Everything about this hotel showed 5 star rating and I would definitely stay again because it made me feel special not just from the staff but also from the hotel itself. I appreciated the manners and promptness for small requests.

The bedding is too hot and room temp hard to get below 16 degrees which is the temp I like to sleep in when there is a doona on the bed. There is no sperate sheet if you are hot, or light blanket. Just the doona. Its too hot, very uncomfortable nights sleep.

The staff at Langham make you feel like VIPs- incredible customer service from the bell hop to concierge ,reception , bar, housekeeping and spa ! The location is fabulous to darling harbour , Barangaroo , the rocks and CBD! Recommend the day spa ! Sarah and Benne looked after us with incredible care :)

Not a big fan of dogs and the smell of wet dog through the corridor! (Understand everyone wants their fur family with them - navigating that for those with allergies is always difficult )

Staff were amazing. Rooms were perfect. Room service was beyond perfect. They cleaned our room 3 times a day. Food was to die for. Most luxury hotel I have ever seen. Can not give this place enough stars.

From the moment the Concierge greets you it is obvious this is a five star hotel. Everything is impressive, the service and the room. The room is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Plus feeling luxurious and relaxing.

room was quite spacious. Very clean and loved the design and look of the room and bathroom bed and pillows were very comfortable service absolutely amazing by all staff location was great - out of the hustle and bustle of the main part of town but a quick cab ride to go shopping

Everything was excellent and met the needs of our party well to prepare for a wedding the night before, and allow of excellent photos in the rooms on the wedding day

The location was fantastic. Walking distance to the Circular Quay, The Rocks and Harbour. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and we were provided with a cookie decorating kit for our children which was a lovely surprise for them.

Customer service was amazing

We had a deluxe king room which had a view over the harbour (but not bridge or opera house) which was spacious and equipped with everything you would need. Bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows and was also extremely large. Bathroom had both a walk in shower (with two options of shower head) and a bath with plenty of towels.

Very clean, friendly staff, super comfy bed, great location! Made me feel right at home. Hadn't been here since 2017 and it was just as great as I remember, if not, even better!

Reception staff were very accommodating when I asked to be moved from our allocated room as the maintenance work being carried out above our room was very noisy and totally unacceptable for a luxury price style accommodation. Once moved, Location with beautiful view of water/Barrangaroo. Luxury accommodation with the most comfortable bed and nights sleep ever. Buffet breakfast was exceptional.

The reception lobby was almost impossible to hear anything because of the marble floor etc. Everyone was shouting over the top of everyone to be heard. Also, I had a fantastic treatment at the spa and was enjoying zoning out relaxing afterwards - this was destroyed after I was asked to fill in a survey and mention the name of my masseuse.

Very classic European decor hotel with big size room and nice breakfast at very good location. Services are perfect and thoughtful they even introduced you the breakfast area if you first time having breakfast there. Huge bed and pillow are so comfortable and the hotel does really concern to provide a good sleep so you can hire the aroma machine for sleep. One thing it’s impressive that they prepared the welcome ginger bread cookies with sweets for my son to play and decor for snacks. Besides, just 10 mins walk to The Rocks and opera house. Strongly recommended to stay in this hotel or their group’s hotel if travelling around.

Beautiful rooms with the most spacious bed, great set up for our family staycation with treats for our young child. Quiet position based on our request prior to booking. And of course the brilliant pool.

Wished for more amenities closer to the hotel, as there’s not much to explore within close proximity to the location without walking past some industrial feeling areas.
