Service, pool and room were all elite.

Location is not absolutely prime

The staff was extremely helpful getting us a room for an early checkin and upgrading our accomodations. The suites we stayed in were spacious and well furnished. The location is teriffic in the Rocks. We like staying in a smaller low rise hotel.

The service from all the staff was exceptional. The room location was perfect and the bed was super comfortable! Absolutely spotless. We couldn't help but leave feeling so special after the amazing treatment from all staff at The Langham. We had the opportunity to use the Day Spa and it was definitely an experience worth returning to.

That we couldn't stay longer! We only stayed one night but would absolutely stay longer.

Thank you to the doorman for helping us with our luggage. We really appreciated the assistance.

Didn't have breakfast. I was under impression hotel would have restaurant facility for evening dinner. Little disappointed this was not the case but this can be attributed to my lack of research. The bedroom was extremely comfortable and staff professional, approachable and very helpful

It maybe that a evening dinner restaurant facility has been previously deemed not a priority at this particular location.

It’s location, the bar, my room and the view! I ate breakfast on the verandah overlooking Barangaroo. It was lovely

Everything! The rooms are beautiful, big and comfortable. The bed is just sooo good it hugs you to sleep. But best of all was the service. Best hotel service I had in a long time. Our room was always perfect and tidy. Great indoor pool as well.

Everything was perfect as usual. From the fragrant lobby to the comfortable beds. The staff are welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at The Langham. The rooms were so clean and the housekeeping service exceptional. The pool was so refreshing and the breakfast buffet was great, with plenty of options. The front office staff, the check in staff and welcome staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We will always remember this stay, thank you.

Great service

This was a treat on the last day in Australia to visit our son. We don’t normally stay in such amazing accommodation. We were made to feel very welcome and even though everything was 5 star nothing was pretentious. The staff were excellent at their jobs and very attentive. Beautiful surrounding. We will be back after our lottery win!

The staff in the restaurant at breakfast time seemed dis interested and lacked efficiency The coffee machine was out of order and it would always take ten or fifteen minutes to get a hot drink

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Location is great, quiet area.

My only reason for an 8 and not a 10 is that our room was not ready until 4.30pm, when check in is 3pm. I believe this is highly unacceptable when paying a premium for a room. To already have a later check in already than most standards of 2pm. We were never contacted to advise of this, the gentleman at reception said they did try to contact me on booking.com but I never received any contact. We were given complimentary drinks at the bar which was nice and a small discount on the room in the end.

Location was fantastic on quiet pretty road in the rocks. Room was big and comfy with good view which might go when new building is erected. Great shame if this happens.

Have to order eggs and not told to do this Take a long while to come. Rather ruined our breakfast on last day when under time pressure. Tips sought for a buffet breakfast. Really?

Excellent customer service, attentive staff and a relaxing and stressful free experience. Quiet location yet close to the CBD. Even when busy, the staff make you feel like you are the only guest. It’s simply the best hotel we have stayed at away from the Emirates, with the best breakfast buffet in Sydney.

Phenomenal experience. Our second visit to the Langham and this time it was just as good, if not, better. From start to finish, my wife and I were made to feel welcome and cared for. The rooms are spacious, comfy and full of light. Breakfast is superb, with so much to choose from and such great quality. Pool area is stunning and so relaxing. Splurged on valet parking too this time around and it make the whole experience easier and a little more luxurious. Thanks team! Can't wait to come back

Gorgeous king size room with loads of space and nice spacious bathroom too. Also an excellent location to walk down to the main tourist attractions. Breakfast was a highlight too and loved the pool/jacuzzi

Room was perfect size and had everything we needed. Bathtub was good size and we really enjoyed the facilities although we didn't get time to check out the gym!

The view from our balcony was okay, just staring into a plot of empty land for the most part but the surrounds were beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at The Langham Sydney. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to both Circular Quay and Darling Harbour. The staff were exceptionally attentive, and every detail in the facilities felt thoughtful and well considered. We felt very well looked after and would highly recommend staying here.

The whole hotel experience and total comfort

Difficult to plug in kettle .No appropriate place. Nowhere apart from large bin on floor to dispose of tea bags ..suggest a container for this.

Rooms were spacious, staff were helpful and accommodating. It was central to most things, and only a short work to the harbour. The indoors pool was a lovely and perfect for relaxing after a big day of walking

The Property for me had Style and Authenticity against a backdrop of quality and tasteful Art Work and Furnishings.

The Bath/ Shower was difficult to navigate due to the height and depth. Anyone who has had any Surgery to their hip or knees would struggle to enter or exit that particular that item.
