Great Location . Very helpful staff . Clean and Tidy

Room on ground floor was a little dark and musty

Location is excellent Skylight was gorgeous for the view and natural light Back entrance was great for short cuts down the back streets

Front access not ideal for large suitcases Bathroom was dark, no natural light Bathroom door heavy and glass and didn’t fully shut & curtain was see-thru and flimsy No air vent in the bathroom for steam? No smart TV? No full length mirror in the room?? A larger, central foyer and lounge area would be good

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and in a lovely quiet location close to the centre and attractions. The room was stunning extremely clean and had everything you would need and more. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help and assist. Breakfast was delicious and the best we have had on our multi cenfre trip. We felt totally chilled here and wished we had stayed longer but will definitely return.

Quality of bed was superb, fixtures and fittings all good quality. Breakfast was fabulous for limited choice Location is good for transport into Circular Quay. Very easy pleasant walk to the quay via Botanical gardens. Staff were very friendly and always helpful.

It would be good to have a shower for an early arrival, after long flights (when room not made up). A wash room is available

The Breakfast was ok, but you should be able to self serve the none hot breakfast. Coffee should be a pot instead of a cup at the time.

The room was beautiful and really clean. The location is central to restaurants, Sydney CBD and other attractions. We used the room for a wedding and with the classic style of the room photos turned out amazing.

Well done with allowing guest to check in online the day before to save time. Katie was very lovely and professional that she messaged us prior check in time to let us know the room was ready :) Will definitely stay again!

Excellent friendly staff. The bedroom and bathroom were both very spacious, and bed super comfy. We liked the location, with several good restaurants a short walk away, along quiet leafy streets. (Especially the restaurant across the road from the hotel, with the amazing city view!). We really liked how this hotel was decorated and presented. With less rooms than the other big hotels in the city, we hardly even saw other guests. We'd choose to stay here again, next time we are in Sydney.

The location is superb and it is quiet, only 20 rooms I think.

Excellent stay, very clean and large size room with luxury feeling amenities. Great service too with little extra details thought of that you don't often get in other hotels. Location is great too in the heart of Potts Point and near to many local bars, restaurants, cafes and parks as well as the train station and city centre. Would recommend and would stay again.

The view from the room wasn't great, it was just an alley way and there was a little bit of noise from the street in the morning from a rubbish truck or something like that. Overall I think it was OK value for money and a good place to stay. A room with a nicer view would have been reflected with a higher price $$ and there were sheer curtains that blocked the view anyway and still looked pleasant from the inside.

Stylish accommodation in renovated combined terrace houses with tasteful and lovely decor and extremely comfortable beds and pillows. The staff are delightful, friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a select array of delicious options with extra surprise touches such as a little blueberry friand with your cup of tea, and there are yummy biscuits on the reception bench for guests. The Potts Point location is ideal for transport and restaurants.
