Hotel QT, Sydney

Absolutely loved the decor, the size of the bed and bath. Loved that bath. It really did transport us to another world with all the variations in artwork and lighting.

Over $700 NZD for one night for adult and child was a bit intense. I did appreciate the upgrade. I did expect for that price to be a pool or some sort of freebie. The late checkout out at 1pm was appreciated. Also, there was a leak with the bath. The plug didnt seal properly and so I had to keep the water running for the 30min I had a bath.

Loved the location and atmosphere, very dark and moody - reminded us of the Intercontinental from the John Wick universe. Will be back. Staff were so friendly.

The staff were exceptional, the whole atmosphere of the hotel was great. Somewhere different than the usual. A great place to stay when needing CBD accommodation. right next door to the State Theatre which suited our needs.

No complaints about the room, facilities or the staff. We had the prebooked breakfast booked, will happily stay again however probably wouldn't pre book breakfast. The menu was a bit limited, and not sure about the value for money.

The hotel is very stylish. The bed was good and I really loved the milk frother that could be found in the room along with the nespresso machine.

In my opinion, a bit too expensive comparing to what you get.

Elevators were confusing!

Great service, particularly from Maddie and Josh. Lovely big room. I am grateful they stored the luggage of other people who were joining us and not staying at the property

Clearer instructions on how to access the room would have been helpful. It seemed like multiple building pulled together with different lift option depends on room number. We eventually worked out we could leave the building by a service door as apposed to dealing with multiple lifts.

I was unable to contact re cancellation up to 1 day before, reception gave empathetic response. Lighting subtle, reception responded when I requested a magnifying mirror on loan

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Fantastic location, hotel decor is quirky and fun and staff service exceptional. So many hotels don't have comfortable beds, these were great. The shower was massive.

My son said that the cot that he slept on was very dusty. He has a dust allergy so he was a bit uncomfortable.

The room was quite large and spacious. The decor was interesting and quirky as typical of the QT hotels

The room outlook was a little ordinary on that side.

Loved the hotel, great location. Staff were wonderful and I had a great 3 night stay. The room was a great size. In particular I loved the very comfortable bed, and the giant bath towels! Brunch at The Parlour was very nice and very convenient.

Minor thoughts only - Shower design was definitely form over function - looked great (the entire bathroom was very styley), but water spayed everywhere making the entire bathroom floor very slippery - its was one of those ones where the shower has no sides. The only coffee in the room was Nespresso capsule coffee, would have been nice to just be able to make an instant coffee.

The most perfect experience! The room was so comfy and roomy, staff were incredibly helpful and kind and the drinks and food were delicious! Easily the best hotel in Sydney!

Great location, you walked out of the hotel into shopping heaven and it was only a short walk to the various bays of the waterfront, Darling Harbour and the Sydney Opera House. The trams were handily located as was the subway to get to and from the airport. Comfortable bed, big room, wonderful bathroom with an amazing bath (I had an upgrade)

Everything was great but perhaps a tray or similar to make your cup of tea/coffee on as it felt like I was making it on a beautiful piece of furniture and I was worried about damaging it

Staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. We received a room upgrade that made our stay much more enjoyable and comfortable with the extra space for our son to stay with us. We appreciated the gesture.

The female receptionist was not overly receptive whilst the male front of house was much more welcoming - this is the important as l have stayed before and travel to Sydney frequently - also stay at the Establishment - also staff on the street Entrance - Excellent and welcoming

We stayed here for my birthday and it was an amazing time. The rooms are so spacious and clean with well-appointed bathrooms. The room was so quiet! We would definitely stay here again.
