The Central location the pleasant staff and the comfort of the room

The lighting it’s so dark in that you can’t even read where you using a shampoo or a body wash in the bathroom don’t know how you meant to do your make up the lighting is terrible

Very friendly staff and great location. The bed was SO comfy. We received a call before our stay asking if we would like an extra bed for our 5 year old. Very thoughtful.

The location is excellent—just a short walk to shopping areas. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were attentive. We were even allowed to check in early as the room was ready.

The QT is one of my favorite hotels. Service is still top-notch, the property still unique and quirky. Loved it.

Always love the QT properties and especially the location of the Sydney one. The room was nice and spacious, great bathroom and well thought out little details, such as the light switches next to the bed. Staff were also really friendly and helpful.

The property is looking a little tired and missing some of the extra, quirky touches that it used to have. I was there for a week and only one lift was working in my section of the hotel the whole time - made it very slow to get and down from the 11th floor. It is also a little annoying that unless you know the additional entrance (which the staff don't tell you about) you have to get one lift, walk through reception and up stairs (difficult with heavy bags) and then to another lift.

We loved the whole stay. From the valet service to the comfy clean + modern rooms. The riom service food was so fresh + delicious. Presented amazingly. The staff are so wonderfully attentive + kind.

Everything was absolutely amazing

Loved the location, perfect for seeing a show at the State Theatre, as well as walking about the city.

Room was a litle cold for me, even with the air con set to max. Turning it off altogether was the best option. Other than that, the lighting in the bathroom was a little too dim, almost goomy.

Location, easy to get too via public transport.

QT Hotel is a very beautiful establishment, tastefully decorated and elegant. The room was spacious and functional with very comfortable bedding and a large practical bathroom

The only downsides were that the room was a bit dark (lacking natural light) and the staff were somewhat cold

Very unique style. Restaurant fantastic so no need to leave but also opposite QVB so somewhere to wander easily around.

My favourite place to stay in Sydney. Great location in the heart of the CBD but with quiet rooms. Incredible decor, great bar, impeccable staff.

My kids (15 and 17 and I had an amazing weekend staying at the QT. Staff were all happy and super friendly - and we were allowed in early and to leave later on Sunday morning. We loved spotting all the quirky decorations everywhere too.

Of all the QT’s I have stayed in, this one has the most bizarre decor. A little bit crazy, and a little bit kitsch, and I have to say the bathrooms are exceptionally masculine and 1980s …not in a good way. Other than that, the hotel is lovely. They always smell great!

Love the QT always my preferred place to stay anywhere I travel. Love the quirkiness its a vibe! The staff was very nice, I got an upgraded room with the choice of what facing of the city I would prefer. Checkout 11am. Water pressure in the shower was perfect. I also ordered a coffee to the room in the morning which was an amazing coffee and was extra hot and the service was great.

Love this place, had such a fantastic time. Unlike like the bland “modern” vibe that so many hotels have now days, this place has character and has been arranged with care and attention to detail in even the smallest of areas. Highly recommend!

Andrew at the front desk was super helpful ad friendly and kindly gave us an upgrade just for being nice.

The room was comfortable and quirky. Loved the little touches that made the space unique - the top hat lamp, cabinet with perfume stoppers.

The shower. I love a good shower, and I know that the fashion is to have a rainshower along with a handheld shower head, but sometimes this just doesn't work. This was one of those times! Both shower heads ended up soaking the bathroom! It was not a relaxing experience at all.

Everything about QT sydney is Amazing! It is our home away from home and every time we are left relaxed and satisfied. Thank you to all the staff for making our experience perfect!

I love the hotel but

But my same negative as last time. The lighting. It’s too dark. I find it frustrating. There are more than enough power points in the rooom and lights but not bright enough for reading. Placement of the lights on the ceiling should be above the bed. One small thing the closet is too small for 2 people.

I love the decor, the food and service at gowings, the small reception area to download. Location, everything was in arms reach.. I had the best time.

The fridge door didn't close properly, couldn't fit anything else in there and nothing was cold.

A better explanation of where to enter the hotel and what to look for would have helped; when asking for a map, waiting until everyone at reception had been dealt with could have been better managed

The pillows were very disappointing, no support at all.

This is one of my favourite hotels to stay at. The staff are so friendly and attentive and the styling/facilities are unmatched. The rooms are spacious and have the most comfortable beds! I was slightly overcharged on my room service bill and was happy to have the difference refunded but was refunded the whole cost. They know how to do customer service at this hotel.

It’s probably time for a little freshen up as some areas are looking a bit worse for wear eg the lifts, dust inside cabinets, edges of bathroom tiles/sink/shower.
