Hotel QT, Sydney

Loved everything about it, from the moment we stepped out of the cab we were greeted by a lovely young lady who helped up in with our bags, the reception staff were delightful, booking in a breeze, the room was comfortable, the shower was absolutely amazing. The location is perfect for harbour and the city touring and with the Theatre just next door it was perfect. Loved the funky decor

The bar downstairs at the entrance was frustratingly slow at service, did want to hop the bar and make my own cocktail at one point. But the staff were lovely having said the above. Just very very slow.

It was Very Dark in the Room .... More Lighting or lighter colours are needed the rooms ??

Location is ideal for shopping, super central, a minute walk to the Pitt St mall, the QVB and Westfield. The hotel and its staff are wonderful.

Location and very comfortable bed.

Just need A little more light in my room.

The staff are always so welcoming. They always go above and beyond for us. I refuse to stay anywhere else when visiting Sydney!

Diss appointed that the ground level cafe was closed for renovation. The market st entry was dark.. spoilt the experience! Some of the finishes in the corridor and rooms need refreshing …

Would have been nice to have some bottles of water in the rooms for the guests. Although the breakfast was good, would have preferred a buffet breakfast.

The door to the bathroom/toilet didn’t close fully and was a frosted almost see through glass and didn’t close fully.

Not your typical stuffy hotel. The interiors are beautiful, fun and stylish. We loved our quiet spacious room and its a great location close to the light rail.

Breakfast was delicious. Beds were comfortable and the room was surprisingly quiet considering the hotel is located in a busy part of the CBD.

The hotel is outstanding and the staff is incredible helpfull. Roomservice was top notch and the bed is comfy. Mini bar selection is out of this world. Would highly recommend

Super Quirky, really friendly staff and a great breakfast!

If you’re looking for a hotel right smack in the shopping district, this is the hotel for you. We were looking for one that wasn’t surrounded by very heavy crowds.

The rooms were a bit dusty, given that it had a lot upholstery. Overall, I believe that QT Sydney is more of a 4 star hotel.

The location, decor and vibe is top notch. The service couldn’t be faulted either. Extremely comfortable bed. Nice and quiet.

Not quite as clean as I would have liked. Lots of dust in the little display cabinet in our room. No top sheet which I really dislike. I expect that in Europe but not in an Australian hotel. The toilet roll holder was falling out of the wall. Just little things.

Room was beautiful! big room, comfy bed and friendly check in staff at the front desk. Also loved the spa - facial and massage was luxurious.

The gym wasn't great but there was an option to go to a local gym!

Our stay at the QT was fantastic. I loved the room, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location is excellent.

Soooooo comfortable and quiet! The location is wonderful, steps to everything in the CBD including Hyde Park, the Art Gallery of NSW, the domain … and of course, very glamorous shopping. Every, single member of staff was a sweetheart and we felt very cared for and so happy! The decor is wildly beautiful and so fun! Thankyou!

The room had mirrors. A few more U around the room would've been sexy. The bed was perfect. The bath, and bathroom spectacular. The bar was great with the DJ on Saturday night. Food delicious. Fantastic service staff.

Our dressing gowns were missing. I did ask for two to be sent up but the cleaner must have forgotten. More bath products for soaking in the Japanese tub would've been nice.

Friendly, accommodating staff. Excellent location. Walk to most of the city's tourist attractions, plus shopping on the doorstep, and bus to Bondi a 5 minute walk away. Double glazed windows keep out the traffic noise, and rooms are quiet and spacious. This is quirky hotel where the emphasis is on mood (romantic) and lighting (low). High recommend.

We wanted coffee at QT's ground floor coffee shop but staff would not serve us before 7am, which seems crazy in a city where it's light well before 6am. Also, the music in the elevator could be improved. It is too loud, and not everyone wants to listen to funk and pop all the time.

Food at the ground floor restaurant was well below the standard expected Steak served was oozing blood on plate and the cost was excessive for the quality

How they upgraded us, gave a free bottle of Prosecco in our room made us feel so so special on our first trip to Sydney in one of their beautiful junior suites

This is a unique hotel, with a wonderful vibe. I have stayed here many times and it always exceeds expectations. The staff are very friendly. The building is beautiful and location excellent.

The Gowrie restaurant is fantastic. The food and service excellent. Rooms were nice, and of a standard size. Location is great, the staff friendly, helpful and courteous.

I’m fussy about my pillow, but it is what it is. Room/bathroom was a little dark than I am used to but I understand the eclectic look it is aiming for.
