Hotel QT, Sydney

Bed was comfortable, my only negative was that I found the lighting very dark but that is the vibe of the hotel, I prefer a lighter and brighter environment - personal choice. The hotel, it's rooms, the service were all great.

Great hotel in a wonderful location, easy to get to by public transport and close to pretty much everything. The staff are amazing, super friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is fantastic being freshly made to order.

Our room was very nice but did need some maintenance/cleaning there were calcium stains on the tiles in the main part of the bathroom guessing from an old leak, room was clean but the stains don't look great. Bathroom exhaust fan barely removed steam from shower.

Great staff, great location. Cool decor. Great bar. Didn't get a chance to eat so can't comment on food which was a pity. Spacious room, we got an upgrade which was very nice.

Would really have appreciated a light up magnifying mirror in the bathroom, bathroom lighting quite dark so difficult to put on make up and husband would have appreciated it for shaving too.

Nice room in a nice building. A lot of care has been put into detail. Lots of room amenities. Very good location. And still very quite in the room.

Meal at the Parlour restaurant was poor!

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The old world charm of the building is beautiful and the perfect location made getting to everything so easy.

To be honest the layout of the bathroom to the main area, with the roll away sections and the see through wall sections was a bit disconcerting when travelling with a teenage daughter but on the whole nothing really wrong.

Bar areas are very noisy which is a great vibe but less pleasant when eating a meal.

Beautiful, quirky place to stay. Staff were fantastic. Very comfortable. Loved it.

There are a few stairs to get up to get the lift up to the rooms. Not something to dislike but something to be aware of (they were a bit challenging for my father)

Central location. Very comfortable bed. High level bath products. Good isolation from the street noise.

Too dark in particular in the bathroom. A bit expensive although prices probably aligned with other hotels. No pool. Breakfast not included.

Very central location, with plenty of shopping and dining options on your doorstep. Hotel is within minutes walk of public transport (bus, train, tram). The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was lovely - clean, very comfortable bed, stunning decor and very luxurious feel overall. My room was also soundproof, so there was no noise from outside, which I really appreciated (I've had issues with street noise at other hotels in Sydney). Would definitely stay here again.

The facilities (like the gym / pool) aren’t located on site or well advertised in advance. It would be great for the hotel to provide more details on this.

Absolutely loved the decor, the size of the bed and bath. Loved that bath. It really did transport us to another world with all the variations in artwork and lighting.

Over $700 NZD for one night for adult and child was a bit intense. I did appreciate the upgrade. I did expect for that price to be a pool or some sort of freebie. The late checkout out at 1pm was appreciated. Also, there was a leak with the bath. The plug didnt seal properly and so I had to keep the water running for the 30min I had a bath.

The staff were exceptional, the whole atmosphere of the hotel was great. Somewhere different than the usual. A great place to stay when needing CBD accommodation. right next door to the State Theatre which suited our needs.

No complaints about the room, facilities or the staff. We had the prebooked breakfast booked, will happily stay again however probably wouldn't pre book breakfast. The menu was a bit limited, and not sure about the value for money.

such an amazing, fun and unique hotel! The decor and vibe of the entire hotel is top tier

The hotel is very stylish. The bed was good and I really loved the milk frother that could be found in the room along with the nespresso machine.

In my opinion, a bit too expensive comparing to what you get.

Fabulously decorated, great vibe, huge bed and shower definitely big enough for two.
