Great inner-city vibe, pretty much the perfect location for exploring Sydney town on foot - just metres from the mall, the QVB and some lux shops, and an easy walk to the Opera House etc. Despite being so central, the room was very quiet and relaxed, and the groovy decor set it apart from all the bog-standard city rooms in this price range. Most importantly the bed was super comfy.

The entrance is downright confusing when you first arrive, what with the lifts being hidden inside a French restaurant.

A little odd being in an Accessible unit? I was not sure if maybe I had done that on accident at booking, but I went back and look Les and did not book the room type. I prefer to book on the website but always seem to get better rates on Booking.com.

The ambience and style. Very art deco.

Perfectly located to State Theatre, Wilson Car Parking in nearby Liverpool St (pay discounted rate at hotel), access to bar and great staff, easy walking distance to top restaurants, and everything else. Quiet from city noise.

Nothing to dislike, but internal features rather unusually eclectic in appearance. Definitely grabs your attention, show me more!

This hotel I did not know much about as booked it due to the proximity to the State Theatre as we were seeing a show...well I did not realise it was a part of the State Theatre and decorated so interestingly with the entertainment theme, lots of character! The room was great, very comfortable bed, great mini bar. The bath is for 1 person and the shower is a bit awkward as it allows a lot of water to spread out which could be annoying if you stayed longer but for out 1 night stay it was perfect & a very good price for a mid-week city stay. The French restaurant 'Parlour' downstairs was fantastic and the service was great. The upstairs restaurant 'Gowings' also nice but very slow service.

The bathroom was very dark, hard to put on makeup on and the shower was a bit awkward.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, the room was lovely (especially lovely to have a soaker tub), but the staff is what put this stay over the top! They were absolutely fantastic from check in to check out.

2 very small inconveniences: 1) The stairs to get to the elevator on the side of the hotel I was staying on was inconvenient when travelling with a large suitcase 2) the high tea being served in the lobby felt odd, I assumed it would be at one of the restaurants (however it was an incredible high tea and I would go again!)

The room was much bigger than I expected and the blinds were fantastic at keeping out light. The shower water pressure and the temperature were always perfect, had a lovely bath

Unfortunately the condiments, soaps and creams didn’t smell good. Found the decor interesting but could have been good to have brighter lighting. I found it hard to do work in low light mode.

Staff were very friendly. Bed was very soft and comfortable but bounced every time one of us stirred. Location was central and close to most things, especially the shops and department stores. Room was moody and modern and the block out curtains were the best. I have trouble sleeping once the sun rises but these ensured a sleep in until 8.30am. Water pressure of the shower was excellent.

Bed was comfy but bounced every time one of us stirred. There were no spoons or sweetener for the coffee/tea (had to stir a pack I had in my handbag with the end of my toothbrush). The bath was only just large enough for a child and the wall mounted shower head couldn't be tilted down enough, meaning the water basically just shot into the opposite wall and the bath. The towel rail was also in the path of this water so I needed to move the towel to the sink to keep it dry whilst showering. All these issues could be overcome by using the rain shower head but I needed to keep my hair dry.

Qt was everything we'd dreamed it'd be , stylish, boutique style , dark yet cosy.

The parking situation could have been conveyed better. Parking space right beside the hotel was not for guests which was frustrating at $90 a day.

The location is perfect. Everything you needed. Bathroom was exceptional as was the bed. The staff were also perfectly helpful.

The vibe, location, quiet, decor

The pillows need upgrading to queen/king size and are pretty flat.

QT Sydney offers a stylish and centrally located stay with a unique, art deco-inspired design. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, boasting quirky details and great city views. The service was consistently excellent – friendly and attentive staff made me feel welcome. Dining options were enjoyable, especially breakfast by Gowings. Its prime location provides easy access to Sydney's attractions. Overall, QT Sydney delivers a memorable and vibrant experience!

The bed was not as comfortable as I had hoped: While the room was stylish and well-appointed, I found the mattress to be unsupportive and quite soft. This unfortunately impacted my sleep quality somewhat during my stay

Great hotel in a great location.

The room was a lovely size. The bed itself was super comfortable. The location is perfect - walking distance to great shopping and easy to catch public transport anywhere else. Highlight was the lifts with the quirky music and voices as you enter and exit - made each ride such fun!

Shower glass is not very effective so a lot of the bathroom floor gets wet. Also the shower pressure is quite soft. Would be nice to have complimentary water in the room too.

This is our favorite of all the QT Hotels. The staff are fantastic, the service is excellent and the location is great. The hotel is located right across from the Pitt St mall and you take the train to St James station from the airport and walk 2 mins and you are there! The coffee at the cafe downstairs is superb too. We love staying here and really enjoyed our stay this trip.

From the minute we stepped on to the footpath a gentlemen took care of our car and a lovely girl was there to help us to the lifts, the reception lady was beautiful very pleasant and of knowledge. The room was amazing the bed great. The next day checkout couldn't of been easier and the lovely girl again at the front of thr motel with bubbles which was amazing and helped myself into the car and wished me a safe trip. The gentleman helped my feonce in the car everything was just so swift and fantastic thank you to the team at QT

The room was fantastic and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for us with the State Theatre downstairs and Westfield on the doorstep. The room service food was generous and awesome. we will definitely be back.

The small japanese bath was oddly placed so you either have to sit up against the overflow or try and maneuvre in behind the rigid and square (and sharp) faucet without hurting yourself (we both failed that challenge).
