Hotel QT, Sydney

Location was great.

Bathroom wasn't private and door didn't close properly. To much alcohol on display and dark colors a bit depressing for inner city shaded building I felt. Should be light colors, to much purple.

Staff super helpful and genuine

location, room, staff, everything about this hotel is magnificent. From check in to check out we felt like we were the star of the show. Treated beautifully .

Fabulous unique and quirky design. Different to the same same you see everywhere in hotel rooms when you travel. Staff were amazing everywhere.. from room service to restaurant, the quirky theme and cool dress represented throughout. A total experience package!

There were not enough tea sachets nor was there a choice. We are great tea drinkers and enjoy herbals and green. It would have been nice to have real milk rather than in a packet. Its a great hotel and I would highly recommend it for NZ friends and infact have already had a friend stay there. We loved that there was a bath. Its great that we could shop a bit or do business and then return and rest a bit before going out again

The position is fabulous, easy walking distance to Circular Quay and Darling Harbour. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The only criticism is about the lighting in the bathroom. As a woman, it was very hard to see when trying to apply makeup.

QT Hotel exceeded my expectations! First, the staff were SO accommodating and lovely and went above and beyond for me. The rooms/lobby/hotel itself are modern, artsy, and different! The food is delightful and the location is prime! I cannot wait to visit again, my new favourite hotel. But I cannot stress enough - BEST staff you will ever encounter. Must visit.

I think I slept poorly one of the nights due to the pillows but that comes down to personal preference.

Beautifully presented boutique hotel, location is amazing right in the heart of the CBD. The minibar at this hotel is second to none with premium options and uniqie offerings not found elsewhere. Highly recommend this hotel, staff were pleasent and rooms were clean and comfortable. We will be back.

Loved the qwerky and 'out of the box' ambience of the place. Great location.

Very high pillows

The staff went above and beyond for us at QT Sydney. I’m currently battling cancer and they ensured to have baked treats awaiting for us when we arrived in our room, as well as two face masks and a hand written card wishing me well. I’ve never had such personalised service before! My fiancé and I had the best nights sleep we’ve had in months! The beds are so comfortable. For its central location, we couldn’t hear any of the outside city noise. It was absolutely perfect and we can’t wait to stay there again!

Perfectly located for us, central to everything and around the corner from our office. Super comfortable bed and a luxurious bath were appreciated after a long day at work.

The lighting in the bathroom was not great for doing makeup and there was no master light switch near the bed to turn off the multiple lights and lamps.

Convenient location … exceptional friendly staff … quirky interiors … great cafe .

Mood lighting sometimes I needed more light … great music but very loud !
