The reception staff were lovely. And welcoming..

I scored 4 for the bed. As the sheets were buckled and scrunched up , at the bottom of the bed. When I got into bed. So I remade the bed. The bed itself was comfortable

We came because of a cruise. The hotel was walking distance from the cruise port and most of the shopping areas. The hotel was super clean. The rooms were very spacious and modern. Booking.com placed us on the elite floor! The breakfast was amazing! So many options for the price we paid. Overall we had an amazing experience.

We stayed again after returning from the cruise but that booking was through Marriott. We paid almost double than what we paid through booking.com. Checking in was not as seamless as the first time and Marriott didn't put us on the elite floor like booking.com did!

Great location, a stone's throw from Circular Quay, among great restaurants in the area. Comfortable rooms.

Service in the main restaurant is disorganised/stretched and could be much better.

Very friendly welcoming and helpful staff, a great location and signage so we could see where the hotel is easily, accessible to opera house ,lots of facilities, nice restaurant and coffee/ drinks area with food and drink and comfortable seating for many hours, good lifts, wonderful suit case stand, great air-conditioning in the rooms that wasn’t noisy, almond milk, soy milk and lactose free milk or all available, menus had vegetarian and fish options, we were able to increase the vegetable content of our food by requesting it.

Our room had a strong smoky smell in it , especially when we first arrived. There were only enough towels for one shower each. An extra towel would’ve been good for drying hair. The bed was a little soft

Friendly staff, even though there was a long line up check in was quick. Great spot near the quay, great for opera house or pre/post cruise accommodation.

Friendly staff, great view, great location and easy walking distance to many places.

Stayed for 4 nights, room wasn't cleaned every day, not sure if that was typical for that Length of stay.

Fantastic location. Good facilities

The pool was a bit disappointing as it was indoors. But it was very good and having the sauna and shower there were excellent.

It was handy to trains, light rail and the ferries. The staff at reception are helpful and friendly.

There was a very good variety of foods at the breakfast buffet. The location was very convenient for public transportation at Circular Quay. The room was on a high floor and was quiet despite construction across the street. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It is a big hotel and the lobby can be very hectic and noisy at peak check-in time. The windows in the bedrooms do not open.

Too busy very small reception area but offered options for storing luggage etc.

Location & View. I started my trip under Harbour Bridge NYE. Ended, looking at the bridge. Staff . Amazing. Especially the Chefs. Thank you

It's the mix of professionalism, great infrastructure and location, that makes this place every time a great choice - when coming to Sydney If more thank one night, you might get a view to the Opera House.

Location was amazing - so easy to walk places & light rail into CBD 100m down the road. We got an upgrade with a view of Opera House. Friendly & helpful staff.

The staff were very accomidating i dealt with Bella at the concierge and she was awesome very helpful and made our stay great thanks guys. One thing I wasnt expecting was the suprise anniversary desert made for us which was so thoughtful and very much appreciated. Ill be spreading the word about our stay and yet again stay here again

Location and staff were amazing. The young lady at front area greeting as we walked in was the friendliest , lovely, natural staff sense ever encountered. (Feel bad I can’t remember her name) we encountered her a few times and ea and every time was outstanding. When leaving there she was again giving out lollipops and choc. 🥰

Was very busy checking in the foyer area and all hands were on deck. Huge influx of people checking in and out at once
