Harbour Marriott Hotel, Sydney

We were close to Overseas Terminal to board our Ship for an 8 night cruise. So easy to get there with our Bags / Loved being near the Opera House, being a born and bred Sydney Gal now living in Gold Coast, Everything was superb

The location was exceptional and the staff were very accommodating.

Superb location, for Circular Quay, Opera House, Botanical Gardens and Harbour Bridge. Hotel is great, but could do with more seating areas and some outdoor space.

Breakfast was a real mishmash, coffee was the worst I’ve had in a long time. No atmosphere in the restaurant or bar.

Very comfortable bed.

I liked the spacious room, the view of the harbour reflected in the high rise building across the street and the temperature of the room

The customer service was incredible. The room was very nice and neat. The bed was the best and very comfortable. The shower was very clean and the water pressure was awesome.

Overall, I had nothing wrong with my stay.

Staff were attentive and the location at Circular Quay was excellent for moving around the harbour and the city.

There was nothing that I would fault.

So close to the ferry and The Rocks! The breakfast was wonderful! Such healthy options!!

Only used the TV to watch the grand final but it keep braking out and disconnecting. Not goid for the cost.

The staff were friendly, kind and efficient. They always had a smile on their face. It was close to everywhere I needed to go or the trams are close by if you want to go around to darling harbour without walking. All areas of the property were clean and tidy

Everything was perfect my family loved it

Everything was fine, we like Marriott, that’s why we have stayed in Marriott Brisbane, frankfurter and Sydney for three nights. Location is excellent.

But this time the mattress in our room 1014 Sydney was bit sagging on the right side of the bed causing me back pain the next days. Everything is good.

Location was great. Short walk from Quay. It was very comfortable and clean and facilities to suit all types of travellers.

TV transmission cut out a few times and to get back you had to go thru a number of steps which took a while. Minor inconvenience only. I would definitely be happy to stay there again.

It was a very quiet room. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices and good service. Room service dinner was divine.

Would have liked to have been asked if I wanted mini bar set up at time of booking so that it was ready for when I checked in.

While the facilities in general were good, the pool was not heated as expected and steam room was under refurbishment.

Poor info re use of Health Centre, eg needs $2 coin lockers and a room key to use the pool, leaving my room keys exposed on the side of the pool. Advised staff of faulty light on day one, but never addressed by day 6.
