Main view was the construction site. Kept our blinds down which was unfortunate

The location is perfect for everything you want to do in the middle of Sydney and getting to other famous locations. Any easy travel to some great bars etc. the hotel itself is lovely, staff (including the cleaners and buffet staff need a special mention) wonderful but the rooms are getting a little tired.

We all found the A/C didn't seem to work that well in both the rooms we had and in the middle of the night got quite stuffy and hot. For a nice hotel I expected a cup/mug and saucer and real milk. there was no where to put your dirty spoon or little milks. the towels were singles and for a tall husband they were like a postage stamp. I think for a great hotel chain, a little more attention to the details would be good.

Super friendly welcoming staff. Was greeted getting out of the car as the door was opened for me. Wine on arrival, children got a little activity pack. They loaded our bags from the car onto a trolley and took them to our room. Central location to where we needed to be. Nice view. Modern spacious room. Loved the large variety of food at the buffet breakfast every morning. Will definitely be back on our next Sydney trip!

This is a great location, staff, clean well managed hotel in the heart of the city a close walk to everything you would like to see and transportation around the city

The mattress in my room was tired needed a new one. Both sides were sagging and I slept in the middle

Loved how welcoming the staff were and very efficient in helping with anything needed

Location an overall hotel was great

The only thing we have to say is that we ordered room service. Then we called to have the tray removed and we left it in the hallway. The next morning we woke up and the tray was still there. The tray remained until after our checkout which was at 12 pm. It’s not very nice as it had food still in it. Someone had moved a bread slice from the tray onto the floor. Apart from that everything was very good.

Price of Breakfast was a bit steep

Excellent location close to Circular Quay giving easy access to chess to both the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. Close to the ferry port too if you fancy a trip somewhere not easily reached on foot or other public transport. Close to George Street which seems to be a good shopping street.

A bit of a wait to be seated for breakfast but a good selection of items on offer.

Brilliant location

On the doorstep of Circular Quay and The Rocks. Only a 10-15 minute walk to Barangaroo wharf for our harbour cruise. 10-15 minute walk to Pitt Street mall.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable and particularly quiet.

Wonderful, hard working, very busy staff who still had the time to ensure you would enjoy every bit of your stay. Amazing rooms So central to everything, such a short walk and you’re on circular quay Easy walk to CBD, botanical gardens and trains Fabulous for our first trip to New South Wales

Corridor had a stuffy smell, shower tiles forthe floor and frame of shower stained and needs either a good scrub or replacement, unaware of building development right at our window accross the road, had to stand right at the window to see sydney harbour bridge etc, so that was a disappointment. Everything else was nice
