Beautiful hotel! Great location.

Close to circular quay and the tram into the city.

East Access to public transport. Close to excellent food and dining.

Too busy very small reception area but offered options for storing luggage etc.

Location & View. I started my trip under Harbour Bridge NYE. Ended, looking at the bridge. Staff . Amazing. Especially the Chefs. Thank you

It's the mix of professionalism, great infrastructure and location, that makes this place every time a great choice - when coming to Sydney If more thank one night, you might get a view to the Opera House.

Service team at breakfast had a tough time emptying/cleaning the tables during peak times

Room a little bit smaller than wanted for 2 adults and 2 kids 15-20 minutes waiting time for breakfast - the quantity of guests vs capacity of the restaurant

Location was amazing - so easy to walk places & light rail into CBD 100m down the road. We got an upgrade with a view of Opera House. Friendly & helpful staff.

Ideal location for cruise terminal and local amenities.

The staff were very accomidating i dealt with Bella at the concierge and she was awesome very helpful and made our stay great thanks guys. One thing I wasnt expecting was the suprise anniversary desert made for us which was so thoughtful and very much appreciated. Ill be spreading the word about our stay and yet again stay here again

Location and staff were amazing. The young lady at front area greeting as we walked in was the friendliest , lovely, natural staff sense ever encountered. (Feel bad I can’t remember her name) we encountered her a few times and ea and every time was outstanding. When leaving there she was again giving out lollipops and choc. 🥰

Sprawling lobby and restaurants, busy and confusing.

It is a very old hotel, but the rooms are spacious, hotel has been very well facilitated and maintained. Bathrooms were clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Checking in and out was also quite smooth.

My mum left her insulin in the bar fridge. When we returned to the hotel 3hrs later, we were told the bar fridge was empty, then the manager came out and said nothing was found in the fridge, but they are going to check again. It was eventually located. I would expect such hotels would have a lost property procedure. Clearly it was not followed. We were not contacted about the insulin when it was first found and therefore the insulin was not stored properly.

This stay we were in a different room and it was much better, maintained and everything in working order. We enjoyed watching fireworks from our room.

Bedding isn't the best however everything else was great this stay.

The hotel is looking a tad tired and feels very old school “American” corporate. The restaurant staff look stiff and follow a script.

Bathroom is quite old and the smell of the carpets is quite unpleasant.

Location is great. Close to the ferries, harbour bridge, opera house, etc.

Facilities in the room seemed dated, e.g., tiles in the bathroom, shower, etc. I had expected better from Marriott.

Everything went well. We arrived after long overnight flight. Barbara at the front desk was able to get us a room quickly. The room was great...clean, comfortable, and spacious. We chose this hotel because we have stayed there before. It is close to the things we like to do and has easy access for transportation.
