Great location , quiet and comfortable Top coffee !!

Location close to circular key, ferries, opera house and Royal Botanic garden’s.

Sprawling lobby and restaurants, busy and confusing.

It is a very old hotel, but the rooms are spacious, hotel has been very well facilitated and maintained. Bathrooms were clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Checking in and out was also quite smooth.

My mum left her insulin in the bar fridge. When we returned to the hotel 3hrs later, we were told the bar fridge was empty, then the manager came out and said nothing was found in the fridge, but they are going to check again. It was eventually located. I would expect such hotels would have a lost property procedure. Clearly it was not followed. We were not contacted about the insulin when it was first found and therefore the insulin was not stored properly.

This stay we were in a different room and it was much better, maintained and everything in working order. We enjoyed watching fireworks from our room.

Bedding isn't the best however everything else was great this stay.

The hotel is looking a tad tired and feels very old school “American” corporate. The restaurant staff look stiff and follow a script.

Bathroom is quite old and the smell of the carpets is quite unpleasant.

Facilities in the room seemed dated, e.g., tiles in the bathroom, shower, etc. I had expected better from Marriott.

Everything went well. We arrived after long overnight flight. Barbara at the front desk was able to get us a room quickly. The room was great...clean, comfortable, and spacious. We chose this hotel because we have stayed there before. It is close to the things we like to do and has easy access for transportation.

I loved the executive lounge that now when I come to Sydney for a cruise I will stay here due the location being so close to the passenger terminal and its flat unlike the hotels near The Rocks which are on an incline

I couldn't fault anything however the price could come down a bit as i don't feel its very high end hotel like some of the others around the area due to the hotel being stuck behind a building impeding its view of the harbour

We loved the location to everything including the lite rail whitch we used a few times We loved the bed size and lovely sheets we liked the quietness in our rooms we liked the lounge dining room for drinks and finger food all of the starf were very helpful and friendly

No toilets on the dining room level, I am a blind person and I had to walk down 3 lots of stairs to get to a toilet and not a disability friendly toilet, this is not appropriate in this day and age there should be a disabled toilet on the ground/dining room floor

there is no teeth brush or shave blade in the bath room. there is no type C charger.

Very good location close to cruise terminal.

It's a fantastic location for a "mini break". Easy for transport (Circular Quay) direct links to/from airport and the light rail stop. We used the light rail maybe 20 times in a few days. Room, bed and view were what i was expecting.

The hotel.is positioned close to everthing, close to the turest attraction as well as the tram and train station make traveling relatively easy. Staff are friendly, waiting time at check in and resturant not short but also not too long.

Location, room was large and comfortable.

More parking to be available - the parking station next door was full.

The hotel is central to Circular Quay <5 mins walk and therefore central to all transport to get you around the city to the airport and other areas including Luna Park - 5 mins on the ferry. The hotel is maintained to a high standard and as you would expect from a Marriott is friendly.

Be careful to ensure that you take a room with included breakfast especially if you have a large party. I normally do and missed this time because I did not pay attention and at AUD 52 per person for a buffet breakfast it adds up fast when there are 5 of you staying. For children the buffet is excellent and you can fill up for a full days exploring :-)
