Corridor had a stuffy smell, shower tiles forthe floor and frame of shower stained and needs either a good scrub or replacement, unaware of building development right at our window accross the road, had to stand right at the window to see sydney harbour bridge etc, so that was a disappointment. Everything else was nice

A longer holiday

The location, the breakfast was wonderful, ease of check -in and out, the package included a bottle of wine, late checkout(which we didn't use) and a $50 credit.

The room was average for the price($700 for 1 night in a hotel room), no coffee available before 6:30am, there was a cafe next door open but I had to line up with approximately 15 construction workers Which was uncomfortable. Breakfast was included, but only for 2 adults and 2 kids, 1 of my sons is 18 so he wasn't included so we had to use the $50 room credit for his breakfast(breakfast was $50) but honestly, that was only mentioned in the fine print. We are a family, breakfast should have been included.

The location of this hotel is why I stay there. The staff is also very helpful and professional.

The property is getting a little old. The rooms could use an upgrade especially the bathrooms. But overall, it is a beautiful aging hotel.

Location, polite and attentive staff, view of harbour from room. Making room available to us at 9.30am was appreciated.

We felt the bathroom was tired and in need of refurb. Also, cupboard space for a 6 night stay was limited

The location was perfect and we had a great view of the bridge. The buffet breakfast was the best we’ve had! Excellent service, and I’ve arrivals lounge is a great touch for those who aren’t able to check in yet.

It was expensive, however all properties for that weekend in Sydney were greatly inflated due to the Oasis concerts. So comparatively the price was very good for what was included.

Location was great and buffet breakfast was amazing.

The twin room had two small double beds. Could have been queen to be more comfortable for three people.

The kindness and warmth of the staff

Room was large, plenty of room to spread out. Bathroom was great. Silvester's Restaurant for dinner the meal was exceptional, and the breakfast was great and lot to choose from. Great location to Circular Quay, The Rocks, Opera House.

The construction site opposite in Pitt Street. Not the Hotels fault.

Comfortable room. Great location. Quiet. Friendly staff. Good facilities. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Good room size and view. The pool and sauna were really good.

Maybe heat the pool a few more degrees warmer. No mini bar in the room and our tea, coffee and sugar were not restocked each day.

Hotel was situated conveniently for what we needed. Overall it was a pretty good stay.

Breakfast buffet food was cold some mornings so disappointing. T.V kept blanking out multiple times.

The location is great, it’s clean and well maintained, well run.

Very close to The Rocks and Ferry and also Opera house. Breakfast Buffet was fantastic. Hotel was clean, we went for anniversary and it was great, staff send us a small yummy anniversary chocolate cake and wishing us happy anniversary when we arrived at our room. Valet parking was fantastic which has enough room for my car just hang the keys to Valet.

There is no microwave and no mini fridge. But it has wine fridge which i use it to put our water bottle inside.

Close to trains Pitt street mall circular quay great location to visit manly and the ferry’s would stay here again because of the location I will like to say thank you to Marriott hotel for letting our family leave their luggage at hotel there was 16 of us especially when they were not staying there for a five hours while they explored Sydney thanks again

Breakfast was not very good every thing was cold bacon scrambled eggs everything was cold I only thing that would be hot if you ordered eggs with the cook. couldn’t get a coffee from staff because they were under staff that included when ordering drinks from bar one evening front office staff were friendly but we arrived early and said our room was not ready would ring us when ready which is okay when we were in the lounge the manager came out and said this area is for guests I said we r waiting for our room she said you know there is lounge area on the sixth floor I said staff at front desk didn’t tell us that the staff should have been trained better to tell guests their options when arriving earlier which was 9.30 am the manager said I will get key for arrival lounge but came back and said room was ready time was 1pm Kay the manager was very good with us.I understand when you arrive earlier the room is not ready but staff did not explain their was other options.

Excellent location and very pleasant staff. Very substantial and tasty breakfast options including freshly cooked eggs and omelettes, fresh fruits, yogurts, cereals, cheeses, meats and pastries.

Pool area too cold to sit around in and no jacuzzi. Understaffed at breakfast and insufficient seating. Also lack of coffee stations meaning the few staff that were on duty were overladen with coffee/tea making duties and table preparation. No decent coffee making machines in room.

Room, location, bed - all more than satisfactory.

We were close to Overseas Terminal to board our Ship for an 8 night cruise. So easy to get there with our Bags / Loved being near the Opera House, being a born and bred Sydney Gal now living in Gold Coast, Everything was superb

The location was exceptional and the staff were very accommodating.

Superb location, for Circular Quay, Opera House, Botanical Gardens and Harbour Bridge. Hotel is great, but could do with more seating areas and some outdoor space.

Breakfast was a real mishmash, coffee was the worst I’ve had in a long time. No atmosphere in the restaurant or bar.

Very comfortable bed.
