Booked for twin beds but none available so had to share a king bed.

Had to wait until late afternoon to get into our room. They also had free drinks while we were waiting but didn't offer to everybody waiting. Only those standing in line at reception were offered a drink while we were sitting in same area waiting to be called up to get our room keys. Also there was mould in tge shower. We told reception on vacating our room

Great location, only a few minutes walk to Circular Quay. The concierge was amazing, very helpful and super friendly.

Expensive breakfast, so we chose to eat elsewhere.

Amazing location, wonderful food. Rooms were quiet, beds comfy and staff were excellent. My father is in a wheelchair and this accommodation was excellent for him.

The breakfast and service were amazing. We felt very special and valued. From check-in to check out was value for money. We will definitely stay again.

The pool

Staff were amazing and very helpful and welcoming. The foyer and reception were breathtaking and staff were next level.

Compared to the breathtaking foyer, My room was very outdated especially the bathroom. Old and mouldy. No exhaust fan. The two double beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Wouldn’t stay there again unless upgraded. Paid $2k for three nights. I choose the room as it had daily Breakfast. Day before arriving hotel informed me breakfast is only for 2 people daily. Room was booked for 4 people. $50 extra per person per day.

Great location, very close to Circular Quay. Upon check in Olivia looked after us and went above and beyond to welcome us and also surprised us with an upgrade which was greatly appreciated.

Bathrooms are a bit dated as are pool facilities.

I think the hotel is getting a bit old. Location is amazing but we were expecting more from the facilities at this price.

The location, service and cleanliness

The beds were a bit small

The concierge went above and beyond with suggestions of what to do during our stay and how to get around conveniently. We came off a cruise so arrived at the hotel prior to check in time. We were offered access to their early arrival lounge which was very spacious with bathrooms-including showers-snacks, lounging areas and wifi connections. That is service! Our room was ample and comfortable. The hotel is very well located a short walk from circular quay. The salads at the lobby restaurant were wonderful. There was a water refill station adjacent to the elevators and a welcome bottle of sparkling moscato on arrival as well as fruit flavored water and mints/Tim tams for guests to help themselves to. Thoughtful touches for guests convenience.

Booking .com didn’t explained the 3rd person need to pay during breakfast so we have to pay extra. During booking I’m assuming free breakfast for 3.

Great location a walking distance from cruise terminal. Good view to Circular Quay and Opera House. Good breakfast to start your day and comfortable bed to relax. Just what we needed!

We stayed overnight with my family to see a show at Sydney Opera House, which is only a short 10 minute walk away. The hotel is only a short walk from the light rail and Circular Quay heavy rail station, which is really convenient for sightseeing or if you are traveling in from the airport. The rooms were well presented, clean and decorated in a very contemporary style. We opted to spend the extra money and requested a room with a view of the Harbour Bridge, which was quite enjoyable whilst lounging in bed. A nice touch in the room is the gentle night light that turns on a soft strip light under the cabinets along the kitchenette and on the bathroom vanity. A very handy feature so you can find your way without kicking toes or bumping furniture and you don't have to turn on bright lights and disturb other occupants of the room. The concierge team was very helpful and attentive, even when there was a large contingent booking into the hotel, and always very prompt with requests.

Hotels in general seem to have gone away from bedside lamps and now have "reading lamps" fitted into the ceiling. Whilst good in theory, the light's location has a habit of illuminating you and the partner sleeping next to you right in the face. Not one of my favourite features of the room, but not a deal breaker either. The main foyer is very loud, with the space amplifying every noise indiscriminately. This did make it a little difficult to actually hear the desk staff when I was checking out and the lobby was full of guests and hotel staff all going about their business.

Servicing of rooms was not entirely satisfactory. I had to request room servicing late one afternoon. It was then attended to but I should not have had to ask.

Location was great, had a partial bridge view from our room.

We were out all day and by the time we got back about 4:20pm our room had not been serviced. No-one came to do it until just before 6pm. Breakfast was quite pricey.

Fantastic location and good value for money.

Extremely busy hotel and twice took 15 minutes for lift down to breakfast.

Staff were always helpful with good service. Very good breakfast buffet and enjoyed the room service food. Comfortable room and bed, clean everywhere. Great proximity to cruise ship terminal and the harbour/city. No complaints at all.

Because of how the building is situated you can’t have views of both the opera house and harbour bridge together.

When we arrived we were given the option of 100AU$ on our credit card to cover additional costs. When we checked out we were told this would be refunded. I emailed the hotel a week later to request the refund. The deputy manger Yang Chung stated we would only receive 85AU$ due to credit card charges. We are still to receive any refund.

Water pressure for the shower in the room was bad. The city view stated was of a construction site. Could not see one part of the city Pool was so so.

The hotel is situated at superb location over looking the opera house, within 4-5 minutes walk to the opera house. We had a beautiful view of the harbour and opera house from our window. The room was very clean and the bed so comfortable. Staff were nice and very polite. We would love to stay again in the same hotel during our next visit to Sydney.

The check in staff told me that I have to wait for 30 minutes if I pay cash.

prime location for all tourist sights, bed was comfortable, room was adequate (perhaps a little small for family of 4 with luggage). Solomon the concierge was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable

size of room alittle to small for family of 4 with luggage and goose down pillows too soft. Would have been useful to have a pillow menu as we prefer pillows that are a little more firm. Really these 2 points are very minor and i would recommend others staying here and i would stay here again also.
