Harbour Marriott Hotel, Sydney

Location was fantastic. Close to everything that we came into the city for. Room was lovely although the pillows for me were just a little too soft and squishy.

Staff were very generally very helpful and wanting to be so. Reception on arrival was very good.

We were there in June and the hotel, whilst not cold, felt chilly especially in the dinning room.
No hand shower in the shower cubical just over head.

didn't like the minimum room charge for room service when you just want to order one things. Parking was disappointing $110 a night is a joke to be honest.

We recently stayed at the Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel at Circular Quay over the King’s Birthday long weekend and had an outstanding experience from start to finish.
The location is simply unbeatable, within easy walking distance of Circular Quay, the Sydney Opera House, The Rocks, and many of Sydney’s most iconic attractions. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient and enjoyable.
The hotel itself was immaculate, with spacious, comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after busy days sightseeing. The views and atmosphere perfectly complemented our Sydney getaway.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every team member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made us feel valued throughout our stay.
Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options to suit all tastes. The overall standard of cleanliness, hospitality, and comfort exceeded our expectations.
Thank you to the entire team for making our long weekend so memorable. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel at Circular Quay to anyone visiting Sydney.
A truly five-star experience.

Check in was great, room was available well in advance of when we expected it. All staff friendly. Room was fine, clean and comfortable.

Nothing too bad. The restaurant was quite busy for breakfast and supper, but it was a very busy weekend so understandable.

We have stayed a few times and have enjoyed every trip. The service is great, buffet breakfast is fantastic and you cannot beat the location in the city. Kids loved the pool and the beds were very comfy too. Great dining options downstairs - a fantastic all-rounder hotel that always suits our family's needs.

The location was perfect for a quick trip to VIVID. The longe access was excellent and was very useful as we had three people in one room so there was no real room to just sit for tea etc so we used the lounge area numerous times during our stay.

My booking was incorrect on arrival they had a single occupant when I had booked for three people so our room wasn’t able to accommodate three adults so they had to set up another bed. I had to request additional towels and coffee mug - no big deal. They also didn’t have the lounge access on my booking. They fixed everything and addressed error so it wasn’t a problem but just inconvenient that the booking was incorrect on their system and I’m unsure if the error was booking.com or the Marriott.

I had booked a harbour view room but my window looked out on a large construction site! If I stood in the corner next to the window I did catch a glimpse of Sydney Harbour Bridge but truly not a true view. Somewhat disappointed for the extra one pays.

Probably one of the best locations to stay in Sydney. All the staff were friendly, buffet breakfast was very good and the room was very comfortable with a great view over Circular Quay and the Opera House from level 27. Accommodated a super early check in. Recommend to stay here at least once when you tavel to Sydney!

Pool could have been a couple degrees warmer.

We came to see Vivid and the location was brilliant for that purpose.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Sagged in the middle and absolutely needs to be replaced.

The room was comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children. Wonderful view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge from my room. It is a perfect place for tourists as it provides easy access to transportation to many tourist places. Walking distance to all major tourist attractions.

The breakfast buffet needs to improve. I stayed at the hotel for 8 days, and eating the same food every day was a damper. The food was bland and didn't cater to Asian travellers.

Unbelievable location location was everything due to being in Sydney for Vivid, The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and looked after , The welcome drink on arrival to the check out
