Four Seasons Hotel, Sydney

The property is an older four seasons so the vibe feels a bit dated, however that is the only drawback. The room, amenities, restaurant and staff were superb.

Excellent service at all ports of call. Wonderful room with a fantastic view. Comfortable bed. Turndown service. Replenishment of water, coffee pods etc. Towels changed twice daily. Nice gym and changing facilities. We didn’t eat in the hotel, so can’t comment on food. There were Easter activities and chocolate eggs for customers / children.

It was great. I didn’t use the pool, but looked a little small. An indoor pool would be wonderful.

Thank you to the hotel staff for the warm service and for giving us a room with a view of the Opera House — it was truly memorable. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Location was perfect. The entrance is lovely and the view was stunning.

I didn’t like housekeeping turning up at random hours, knocking and just walking in. There should be a system for knowing whether or not guests are in the room. It was a bit intrusive. I understand that we pay a premium for the location and view, but I expected a little more 5* from the room itself, the pool area and housekeeping.

Excellent location with stunning views of the harbour. Spacious and immaculately clean and comfortable room. Level of housekeeping services was incredible. All staff were friendly, cheerful, courteous and helpful throughout the hotel.

It did not feel Like a luxury hotel as I would expect staying at the four seasons I had to call housekeeping to tell them to add shower gel and hand wash- Again in a luxury hotel these things should just happen Pool was average at best

Only small issue is we asked for 2x small bottles of sparkling water on room service for $6 ea. Instead they sent 2x large bottles of still water at $14 ea, so almost $30 for water lol.

Thankyou Four Seasons. My partner and myself stayed for my 50th Birthday. We were privileged to receive an upgrade to The Presidental Suite. What an amazing experience, we have stayed many times before and always had a great relaxed stay. Five Star experience!!!

The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in! And that was pretty amazing after a 39 hour trip. I also had a family emergency which required me to sign some paperwork. The hotel staff was very helpful in printing out what I needed so I could sign and return. Finally, for cruising this is across the street from the port. An easy walk, even with luggage.

Excellent service, fabulous pool and late check out was available. The room was spacious and comfortable. Block out blinds and double glazing made for a very good sleep.

Such a beautiful foyer. Great front desk assistance when checking in. Beautiful room with great view! Turn down service was amazing, they had even filled our ice bucket for drinks. Room service was delicious and staff were super happy to help. Bed and pillows were so plush and luxurious.

This hotel is at the higher end of our budget and we can see the difference between the impeccable service and amenities at the Four Seasons vs cheaper options but it is still sometimes out of our budget. But hopefully we can still visit again soon. The mini bar prices were also quite high. But we had BYO snacks and drinks so were prepared.

This was our wedding night and staff were wonderful and very professional. A bottle of champagne on arrival was lovely

Absolutely perfect long weekend, celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary.

We loved the view from our bedroom and the comfort of the room. The food we ordered to the room arrived quickly and was delicious. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel because 60 AUD per person seemed too much to pay for breakfast. The location was great, close to the harbour and with lots of places to eat in.

The service and amenities were impeccable. Would definitely stay there again.

This is truly a five-star experience. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Sydney, near iconic landmarks. My room was fantastic, offering a breathtaking full view of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. The food was excellent, and the staff was amazing, providing top-notch service. The hotel’s modern design and luxurious atmosphere made my stay even more special. I also appreciated the complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine - a wonderful touch! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sydney.
