Great breakfast Awesome shower Wonderful staff

Our room was on a high floor and the views were gorgeous! The room is spacious with multiple sitting areas. The beds and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. I'm going to buy some, if not all, of their bedding. The staff is helpful, friendly, and kind. I am impressed!

I have no complaints and no suggestions for improving anything. Well done, Four Seasons!

It took 30 minutes for valet to bring our car around. We stayed for our honeymoon, which was mentioned on our booking. But when we checked in, the lady rushed us through the process and no mention of our honeymoon which was a shame.

Amazing location walking distance to all of Sydney’s sights and great restaurants. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely and I really enjoyed the bar downstairs (Grain). The pool area is also lovely.

We had a delightful room with a partial view of the harbour. Our bed was large and extremely comfortable. The room housekeeping service was excellent. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had! Our restaurant experience was first class and we should particularly mention our waitress Mon, who was both friendly and very attentive. She deserves a gold star!

The gentleman that checked us in to look after us was amazing! So friendly, professional, informative and an asset to your company!

Host! Easy to book, excellent communication. Extremely large room; perfect to room share, even with teenagers! Walk in robe acted as a dressing room, making space very private, and versatile

Great staff and hotel and location.

They were painting over several days and so there was a recurring strong chemical odor coming up from a lower floor, and it was bothersome. But at least the smell was only in the corridors and not in the room.

Alan from reception was a true gentleman. All facilities exceptional. This is a proper 5 Star Hotel in every aspect

The views across Sydney Harbour were absolutely stunning. Awesome outdoor swimming pool w/ a bar on the deck nearby for a Spritz & a Mojito. Place isn’t cheap (obviously) but you certainly get what you pay for. One of the World’s Top 50 Cocktail Bars (actually “Maybe Sammy”) is straight across the road (backdoor) on Harrington St.

The staff were lovely. Especially the front office manager Oliver.

Everything was perfect! On our last night, we even got upgraded to a room with the best view of the Sydney Harbor Bridge and the Opera House!
