Four Seasons Hotel, Sydney

The hotel was excellent in every way and the staff was helpful and friendly. One staff member was particularly outstanding. On the morning of January 25, Saif drove us from the hotel to the white point ship terminal. He and I thoroughly looked through the back of the limousine to be sure I had all of our bags and belongings. Shortly after entering the terminal to board our cruise ship, I realized I didn't have my phone (our tickets for our cruise were on the phone, so without it our vacation would have been ruined). I assumed that I had left the phone in the limousine and started to run back to the street in the hope of catching Saif before he pulled away. Just as I got to the terminal entrance I saw Sarif heading in my direction with my phone. He had taken one last look throughout the car to be sure I had not left anything behind and in doing so found my phone. He then went out of his way to return it to me. While all the staff at the hotel were outstanding, Sarif deserves special recognition for saving our vacation.

We booked for a high floor corner room via Booking,com that showed your more exclusive corner rooms that were way more expensive so upon arrival we thought we had the wrong room which was not your fault.. But the booking was definitely for a high floor and we were on floor 7. The room was very nice but small by this brand standard.. However even on the low floor we were able to watch all the festivities of Australia day that we streamed on our TV while watching in real time . It was awesome.. So all in all this was an amazing time.

The room I had was fantastic! Windows with views both east (city) and west (harbour). The king bed was super comfortable, and everything else in the room was extremely well thought out.

The breakfast room is a bit gloomy, and the breakfast buffet somewhat average

The room was very spacious, and the view of Sydney Harbour was sensational. The club lounge access made the stay even better.

An extra single lounge chair, or maybe two lounge chairs instead of the one larger one, would have been better as they could be more easily moved to the window area to look out at the view.

Staff are so friendly and helpful they went out of there way to help my granddaughter had a broken wheel on her scooter suitcase we went out came back to hotel and they had fixed it for her she was so happy can not thank them enough 🤗🤗🤗

Nothing! Only a few very insignificant things that didn’t quite make the grade. Over all we loved our stay.

Location was perfect for seeing Sydney harbour area, The Rocks, Darling Harbour, Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House. We booked it due to its proximity to the international cruise terminal for our Bew Zealand cruise and it was brilliant for that too. The suite was beautiful and the views of the opera house were perfect. The staff were excellent and very helpful and professional.

If I was being picky, the dressing gowns were quite small and not overly soft, but that is me being really picky. The hotel was overwhelmingly excellent and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel in a great location to tour the city, very clean throughout, quality furnishings, staff were excellent, very attentive and always helpful, it is the little extras that make a difference like the milk in the fridge, costs little but means a lot when making that early morning cup of tea!

Hotel was fabulously appointed. Rooms and whole areas were visited very clean. Rooms were comfortable. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. We were gifted on arrival 2 glasses and bubbly as we were celebrating our 40th anniversary. Stayed for 2 nights and explored Sydney whilst we awaited our cruise. Would recommend.

Great location, great service from all staff.

The staff were all friendly and helpful and made us very welcome. We had a long flight from the UK and our room wasn’t ready due to the time we arrived. They took our cases and we were able to use the shower facilities in the spa whilst we waited to get our room. It made a huge difference. The room was amazing and the views of Sydney Opera House was perfect. It’s our first visit to Australia and they really helped make it even more special. We are staying there again for a few nights on our return from our NZ cruise soon and we’re really looking forward to it. Its location in CBD is perfect also.

It was our first time staying at the Four Seasons Sydney prior to our cruise. The facilities were clean. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the wait staff were very efficient and attentive to our needs. Our meal was also very good and reasonably priced. I would recommend this hotel.

Good location, friendly & Helpful staff. Particularly the concierge (Laura) who helped us make the most of our stay.
