Amazing Location and views. The staff are always friendly 7 helpful.

Great location, great service from all staff.

The staff were all friendly and helpful and made us very welcome. We had a long flight from the UK and our room wasn’t ready due to the time we arrived. They took our cases and we were able to use the shower facilities in the spa whilst we waited to get our room. It made a huge difference. The room was amazing and the views of Sydney Opera House was perfect. It’s our first visit to Australia and they really helped make it even more special. We are staying there again for a few nights on our return from our NZ cruise soon and we’re really looking forward to it. Its location in CBD is perfect also.

It was our first time staying at the Four Seasons Sydney prior to our cruise. The facilities were clean. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the wait staff were very efficient and attentive to our needs. Our meal was also very good and reasonably priced. I would recommend this hotel.

Good location, friendly & Helpful staff. Particularly the concierge (Laura) who helped us make the most of our stay.

We upgraded to a full corner suite on arrival and it was superb. Amazing views, beautifully appointed and comfortable and accessible to the executive lounge for a delicious breakfast and also pre dinner drinks.

Its position, with harbour bridge and opera house and harbour viewed from room- staff attentiveness, spotless throughout. Just a great hotel

Great location close to circular quay. Very nice welcome from the management team apologising for the wait (which was minimal). Large room with double aspect city view. Great outdoor pool which was very busy due to the extreme heat. Breakfast buffet extensive but expensive. Bell boys provided a superb service storing bags.

This hotel is very popular with cruise guests.

Love the location . The service was fabulous and our harbour room view was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave

Views were exceptional. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Room service prices overall good. Positioning for Opera House or shops A1 and with the tram service basically on your doorstep was great.

Was slightly let down with some of food. Room service pizza was very bland not even a whiff of garlic could have been out of a shop box. Kids toasting presentation was a bit sad looking on 2 occassions. But overall other items were well presented and tasted great and for room service value for money.

The view was exactly what I paid for and expected to see. The bed was comfy, and the hotel is in a great location. Short walk to the ferries, train or bus station and another short walk in the other direction and you have a lot of food and shopping options. The buffet was wonderful and had a great selection, just a shame I wasn't able to try all the different food options.

Room was a little cramped for my two large suitcases.

View is perfect! Of course, it’s pricy but worthy!

No bar open when I got back from a meal out in the evening. Lack of comfortable seating in reception

Perfect location at Circular Quay to explore the Rocks area. The view from our room over the harbour was magnificent.

The housekeeping and room service staff very friendly & obliging. I also asked concierge to arrange for a rug I had unexpectedly purchased to be shipped to my home address which was arranged without question or delay.

Lack of lobby facilities/seating. We spent a few hours waiting for our room and had nowhere really to go. Room was a little small.

Everything - best place to stay when visiting Sydney. We have stayed here several times and they always deliver the highest level of service. Highly recommended. Also the location is much more convenient than Shangri-La if you want easy access to the Circular Quay or Opera.

location location location ! my room was small, but had everything I needed: bed, table, sitting area. THE MOST MAGNIFICENT, AMAZING BREAKFAST OF ALL HOTELS ANYWHERE ! WOW !!

The service of every staff member we encountered was phenomenal and above and beyond. The room was pristine and the views of the Opera House and ferries were mesmerising. Decided to treat ourselves further with the buffet breakfast, and we weren’t disappointed. Amazing stay.
