Four Seasons Hotel, Sydney

Everything! Best hotel stay we’ve ever had. Location was amazing, staff super friendly and helpful. Views were breathtaking. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. No mountain was too high. Hotel is clean and modern. Room was big, bathroom super comfortable. Room service was fast and so delicious! Turn down service every night to make sure we had all we needed for the night. Highly recommend!

The bedding was a bit too heavy (as in weight). Beds were a bit too soft.

Such incredible service. Attention to detail. My room had a beautiful view of the Sydney Opera House. The interior decor of my room was sublime. Food was average. The staff knew my name and the hotel group keeps records of their customer's preferences. I loved the cranberry juice in the fridge especially put there for me.

The room service and restaurant food was average.

The views, the hospitality, the service, the cleaniess of things (including absolutely clean towers).

I wish there could be some complementary drinks and tooth paste provided.

The location was fantastic, close to Circular Quay and public transport. Room was beautiful and staff very friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

Only thing we didn't like were the pillows were too soft. I'm sure if we had asked for different ones it would have been fine but we didn't want to be a nuisance.

the plug in our bath leaked and as a result we were unable to have a bath. Other than that it was excellent.

The hotel staff made a special effort on our 25th wedding anniversary by decorating the room and providing free champagne.

It was a bit expensive.

Only thing i didn't like was the smell on the ground floor reception level , i am very smell sensitive and it had a real perfume smell to it , some people love that sort of thing but im sensitive to fragrances etc . (you asked or i wouldn't say lol)

All the staff were super accommodating with my request - I was planning to propose to my girlfriend and wanted it to feel extra special! All the staff were friendly and kept everything a secret, and made us feel extra special once we arrived back as a newly engaged couple!
