Four Seasons Hotel, Sydney

This is truly a five-star experience. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Sydney, near iconic landmarks. My room was fantastic, offering a breathtaking full view of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. The food was excellent, and the staff was amazing, providing top-notch service. The hotel’s modern design and luxurious atmosphere made my stay even more special. I also appreciated the complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine - a wonderful touch! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sydney.

A wonderful hotel in an ideal location. We chose a room overlooking the harbour, which gave us views of all the famous sites. The accommodation was comfortable with everything you needed. The minibar was competitively priced. All the staff we encountered, from every department were brilliant, friendly and with a big smile. Highly recommended.

Brilliant position close to the harbour and rocks

We stayed in a partial harbour view twin room and the stay exceeded my expectations. The room was lovely with a great view, but it was all the extra touches that made the stay special. I traveled with my 11yo daughter and the staff were not only professional and friendly but went out of their way to make it a lovely experience for her. She was given a soft toy on arrival and there was a robe and slippers in her size in the room. At the pool we drank free non-alcoholic slushies which my daughter loved. Room service was delicious and a luxury experience. On our final day it was raining and we were able to use the hotel’s umbrellas. All these little touches made it a memorable experience and we can’t wait to return.

Amazing service from the staff! As soon as we arrived, the whole experience felt luxurious. From the bellboy who took our bags, valeted our car, to the very pleasant check-in experience. As we were staying here for our wedding, we felt very VIP during the whole stay.

We had to request our mini bar to be refreshed when it should have been automatic.

Location is so fabulous we're tempted to move to The Rocks every time we visit! We tried the "partial harbour view" room this time, which was also very good, with a clear view of the opera house (would probably recommend the full harbour view for preference though, which is what we usually book). The beds are big and comfortable, lots of feather pillows, great minibar. Service was fantastic as always. Love the Grain bar (brilliant cocktails and we ate there the night we arrived - the wagyu skewers were sensational!). Too many positives to mention. We often toy with trying a different area of Sydney, but we'd miss The Four Seasons!

1. Very convenient to the Circular Key trains, trolleys and ferries. 2. Very high-quality facilities, staff and services. 3. Very nice pool and spa with swim lane and deep ( up to 1.7 meters ). 4. Bathrooms have digital scales. 5. Great cafe and eateries / restaurants. 6. Upgraded to water-view and corner King suite with bath and separate shower. 7. Easy walking to other stores and street trolley. 8. NO insect pests / pest infestation, like we had at the Ovolo. End ::

Central location and fantastic view to Darling Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House!

The hotel itself is kind of old and needs renovation, however, the rooms are renovated and very nice.

You can’t fault this property, see for yourself . Everything from hotel , rooms, staff, food all best of the best. Will stay again

Position views

The location was absolutely perfect, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—just what we needed for a restful stay. A thoughtful touch was finding an ice bucket waiting for us when we returned to our room after a warm evening. It made the experience even more enjoyable!

Had a room with a view of the harbour and could see the bridge and opera house. Lovely to sit on the window seat and see the ships coming and going. Very pleasant room. Location was great. Easy access to the ferries, opera house etc and very close to the bars, restaurants, cafes and shops in the Rocks. Close to the financial centre too.

Very busy with conferences. Could sometimes be a long wait for the lifts.

Beautiful design. Great location for airport stay over. Food at restaurant was exceptional.

Service at restaurant was very poor. Waited 10-15 minutes to be seated as host struggled to check out bill from a group. I understand this happens but thought someone else should have been available to help. It was late and by the time I got my food at 9:20 it was approaching close. I then sat and watched as most the staff scurried around clearing tables and cleaning up for close. After ordering, did not see my waitress until finishing my meal at around 9:45 - would have liked to have had another drink. Then again sat for another 15 minutes waiting for the bill to come before I finally walked up front to pay.

It was such a surprise to get in at night to find they’d been in there and tidied up for us, and the water and ice was just so good! The little things just made us smile!

Perfect location for Circular Quay, The Rocks, Opera House, etc. We had a beautiful corner room on a higher floor with wonderful harbour views, and it's worth paying the extra for this. The bed was extremely comfortable, with lovely soft pillows too. Because of our arrival time, when booking we'd requested an early check in if possible and this was certainly met - by mid-morning we were in our room, after an excellent breakfast while we waited. This is a very nice hotel, but made even better by its charming and helpful staff. We had a very enjoyable stay and would certainly recommend - thank you.

The hotel was great but it was exceptional because of the concierge - the chef concierge was amazing and a young man who helped me with opera tour tickets and recommendations in the rocks made the stay. Both were wonderful and made me feel welcomed esp since it was my first day in Australia. They were exceptional

Had such a great stay at Four Seasons Sydney. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful. We landed early in the morning, completely exhausted, and they accommodated us with an early check-in, which made all the difference. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and the team at valet was so friendly🫶🏼
