I absolutely loved the comfort and the crisp linen fresh clean smell The host was absolutely supportive and available Walking distance to the beach restaurants etc

May be inconvenient to have a car parking on the street will get ticketed if the meter is not monitored to be paid every 2 hours

The location was fantastic, the room was always lovely and cool to come back to from the Oz heat. Also very quiet away from the hub bub of Bondi but still super close to the beach and amenities (literally 30 seconds from a lovely coffee shop and restaurant for dinner) staff were very helpful, luckily we didn't need much as all was ready for our arrival but refilled our breakfast bar as we were super hungry!

Nothing, just make sure to get the door code before you travel if you are arriving from long haul flights! As it was sent as a text but obviously lost as I was in airplane mode for the 48 hours before arrival.

Location and personal touches were excellent. As was the unexpected but very welcome late checkout.

Need a longer shower curtain - otherwise all was perfect.

Great location, just a few steps from Bondi Beach, but very quiet and very comfortable. Everything in my room was modern, thoughtful, and very clean. The owners were very communicative, and even let me know that I could "check in" about 10:45am which was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely incredible stay, cannot recommend this enough! The accommodation is within a couple of minutes from Bondi Beach, however it is located on a very quiet street so you have the best of both worlds. The room (I had room number 1 which I believe is the garden suite) is really charming, and you can just tell that whoever did the decoration thought of every last detail. All products provided (eg. Linen, appliances, bathroom items) are of the utmost quality and they stay true to what they are advertising online. Friendly staff who were very helpful (even though we never actually met in person. What a gem of a place! Bravo, Bondi Beach House, and thank you!

The only two minor issues I encountered were: 1) the room did get very cold at night (July), I had to use all of the blankets provided plus a water bottle, in addition to the tiny heater they supply. I was comfortable, but without my hot water bottle I wouldn’t have been - this is something for travelers who feel cold easily to bear in mind if they’re going in winter! 2) I thought the walls were a little bit thin as at times (but rarely) I could hear next door/upstairs neighbors more than I’d have liked.

Location is awesome, 2 minute walk to the beach. The apartment was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The apartment was cold with no sun and there wasn't a nice common space to hang, though the shared courtyard was lovely, but only big enough for one couple staying to sit.

Nice spacious beaituflly furnished room and the house has a beautiful terrace to sit outside on a bench. We learned for two adjacent rooms (1 and 2 I think) both remote controls control the fans in both rooms, meaning when one room wants to turn their fan off, the fan in the other room will be turned off as well; if that room wants to turn theirs back on, the other fan goes back on as well, hope they fixed that. The "breakfast" is just some cereals and milk etc. they put in your room beforehand but why not. In the end, nice accomodation but in my honest opinion too expensive for what you get, especially as there is no BBQ or other option to cook on your own which in all our other stays in NSW seemed to be a staple.

A very stylish and welcoming space perfectly located just a minute from Bondi Beach. The spacious suite was well equipped and very comfortable with a compact kitchen / dining room and gorgeous bed linen. There is a lovely communal garden where you can eat breakfast or as we did - enjoy a late night drink. Fresh fruit, chocolate, breakfast biscuits and delicious granola were provided on arrival which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend staying here. Top tips - Take a swim in the Bondi Icebergs pool just 3 minute walk from the house. If you go out for dinner, skip dessert and head to Gelato Messina nearby where the queue for ice cream stretches right up the street (it's that good!).

Staying at this boutique hotel is what going to Bondi is all about. This wasn’t my first time going to Bondi, & it won’t be my last. Bondi Beach House, from now on, will be the place that I stay. Everything about it is beautiful.

Epic place, great location and loved my room. Decor was well thought out. if you want to stay in Bondi Beach and close to the action whilst still being quiet this is perfect

The property was cozy and located just steps away from Bondi Beach and lots of restaurants/bars/shops. It was very easy to access public transportation from the beach house. Hosts were fantastic and easy to communicate with. I loved the personalized welcome note and breakfast basket! Check-in and check-out were easy and flexible. Would definitely stay here again!

There was some construction going on next door that started at 0700 both (weekday) mornings I was there, but that is the only downside to my stay.

Very good location just around the corner from Bondi Beach but still in a quiet street. Very comfy beds which was important for my sister who was recovering from a medical procedure. Very good communication from the owners who even provided a video on how to access the property.

Bathroom could be cleaned a bit more ie some mould on floor/walls need some exit mould and would be fine.

Bondi Beach House was a beautiful quiet oasis only 5 minutes away from the fun, hustle and bustle of Bondi Beach. We had a wonderful time at Bondi Beach enjoying the fantastic atmosphere, watching the surfers enjoying the waves and soaking up the beautiful views. The sunset and sunrise were stunning. It was great to have a very clean and comfortable base so close all of the activity. The room had a help yourself breakfast area which was perfect for our busy stay with delicious natural healthy snacks and some chocolate treats to cap of the day with a refreshing cup tea. The bed was very comfortable and had natural fibre bedding to keep you cool but snug at the same time. Thank you for such a lovely stay. A perfect end to an amazing time in Australia and New Zealand.

An extra mirror outside the washroom would have been useful. Also would have liked to have shampoo and conditioner. Small complaints, though. Overall fantastic.

A really nicely furnished room with lovely linen sheets and great breakfast.

It was really hot in Sydney and we couldn’t easily get air to flow through the room without leaving the outer door open. The small electric fan looked very stylish but sadly was really ineffective. If they could put in a ceiling fan (don’t like air conditioning!) it would have made all the difference. In slightly cooler weather the place would be perfect!

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean with works of art on the walls. The location was excellent.

The mattress could have been a little more luxurious.

Breakfast was pretty casual, museli and waffles in room. Would be nice to have yogurt and fresh fruit. Fruit in room was old. Location was spectacular , living by the beach for a few days. Staff and family extremely friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

great location, just a few minutes from bondi beach Main Street. lovely big room, with upscale decor including a Samsung Frame TV. hosts were very friendly via text messages and communication was 10/10

parking is pricey at $50 a day but maybe this is standard for the area

Excellent communication from the staff. Loved the location, close to the beach and all facilities but in a quiet residential area of Bondi Beach. Excellent communal outdoor seating area at the front of the property. Good breakfast items provided in the room, also good toiletries. Decor just on the chic side of 'shabby chic' with some interesting items.

We were unlucky with the weather and our room had one comfy chair and not much space - but I realise that indoor space isn't often needed in Bondi! Shower room could benefit with some TLC.

the hotel was lovely and very charismatic and authentic. however, I missed a nice window and sunlight in our room (gumleaf) especially after 4 nights. the shower overflows, nothing you can do about that. but the beds are the most comfortable you will ever have. the furniture and design are beautiful too. but overall, I am giving an 8 instead of a 9 because the price - quality is a little out of balance, the room was never made up again (4 nights) and the walls were quite noisy. lovely hosts and atmosphere really made up for a lot though

It was very centrally located. Comfortable bed. Easy check in and kept well informed by owners on how to get in, door code etc.

It was very dark with virtually no natural light and i found this quite oppressive. Glad i was only there for 1 night because i would have found it very hard to be here for a longer stay.

It’s a charming property in an excellent location. It is comfortable and quiet yet still close to everything Bondi has to offer.
