Staying us at wrong floor due to lot of luggages difficulty to catch lift

They make us stay at floor which has stairs and we had lot of luggages

The breakfast was stunning and the staff where really friendly

Check in could of been smoothly we weren’t told that the rooms wouldn’t automatically be cleaned.

The room was small

The room was clean and tidy and it was very convenient and comfortable. The hotel was great and I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the atmosphere of the hotel and the location was very good. Breakfast was excellent but would have preferred to have breakfast little bit later in the morning but the latest time slots were all occupied.

The room was strangely shaped and the windows covered two walls, extending from the middle of the wall to the top. The room was a little bit dark and curtains heavy. And not possible to open the windows, not even a little bit.

The location is great, such as the design of the hotel. The breakfast has a good variety, very delicious. I only dislike the room, which was way too small and very dark, but depressing. At the reception Jessica was very kind and helpful.

The location is amazing, so close to all the shops, the train station and old center is very close. Breakfast has many healthy options. The room had a comfy bed and stylish look, with adjustable bed and sizeable tv. The shower was divine. However to keep an eye on our budget we chose the windowless room, which was fine as we purely slept in the room - however we did not expect this meant there was absolutely no air flow in the room. We soon discovered most places like to keep it nice an hot inside and our room was no exception. Arriving it was about 25 degrees inside and without a window there was no way to cool it down. This made sleeping a bit of a challenge for us personally. Additionally there was a mini fridge and water cooker in the room, but no way to plug them in so that was a shame. But other than that we had a great stay!

Very good location, the staff was very friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was great with many options.

Superiorly decorated hotel, it is beautiful literally everywhere. Staff at front desk were all brilliant both at arrival and departure.

Booked a table for breakfast, they had no open tables. We were asked to move to other part of the floor, and met with ”we don’t have any tables here either”. For the cost of breakfast, we’d excpect some sort of guarantee the be greeted with an open table.

The sofabed for our 10 and 15 years old girls are way to narrow and uncomfortable Bathroom is a bit small. Room and facilities looks a bit run-down

The hotel location and breakfast was great.

Our heating was stuck on so eventually had to sleep with an open window on the first night which wasn't ideal.

The location was perfect to walk or uber. Also has a Red Bus ( Hop on hop off) stop very close by. Bar area and breakfast highly recommended.

The rooms were well decorated, a bit small but no place to put folded items, only hanging space.

Water pressure in the shower was pretty average and temperature was very inconsistent and didn’t get hot enough.

A nice hotel with a good location. The room was unique and spacious enough. The breakfast was good and varied.

Breakfast required queuing in two different spots and the atmosphere felt rushed.

Really nice décor, very quiet room and almost no noise from outside or other rooms. Very good breakfast and perfect location. Lovely and helpful staff.

Only small bits: Both shower and basin drains were clogged but we could live with it. We had a slight issue with our last day's breakfast as we booked at 6.30 through the online booking system due to our flight out, got to the breakfast area only to find out that the buffet opened at 7 on that day. Although the system let us book at 6.30. The manager was anyway very kind and let us have take away bags as well as a cup of coffee.

the way going to the room. from the lift, you have to use 2 short stairwells. considering we have luggages a baby and a stroller. it was quite a hassle.

Great location, short walk from the Arlanda Express & Hotorget metro few minutes away. Wonderful buffet breakfast & all the staff charming.

The kettle in our room was broken and therefore wouldn’t ever stop boiling unless unplugged. I burnt my hand badly when trying to use this one day during our stay. I didn’t expect this from such a quality hotel.

Lovely room decor, location was brilliant and the staff were very nice and helpful.

Room overall was good. Would have preferred a proper double bed with double bedding rather than 2 singles pushed together.

The design of the hotel interior is really nice. Liked the hotel bar too with nice staff and a nice feel to it. Appreciated the dj in the lobby too.

The description of the room on booking.com was totally inaccurate. We chose a larger room with a view even if it cost us more money. Got a narrow room with a claustrophobic feel. Absolutely no view whatsoever (if youre not into a view straight into an office 20 meters away) Felt like staying in a dark basement. Had to change room and pay even more money for a room that fit the description. Breakfast is ok but feels cheap. Jam is more like watery jello. Boring bread. Very few vegetables and fruit. Juice tastes like cardboard box. Cheap teabags. Omelette and waffles makes the breakfast feel ok.

It allowed external crowd which made the reception are always crowded.

Basic amenities in room

Location was good but I hated the noise from the plaza. Vendors setting up their stands at 5am was crazy and too noisy. Hotel restaurant was very nice.

The water controls in the shower was irritating.

The breakfast was amazing, huge selection available, especially the fresh baked bread. The hotel was in a fantastic location. Loved the 1920s decor, stunning.

One small issue was the air conditioner in our room wasn't working properely so the room was extremely warm (as we had a room without a window) but we were able to get a fan from reception.

Nice atmosphere, nice decoration, room beautiful, overlooking the square.
