Great location. Staff very helpful. Nice breakfast.

Good location for a few days in Stockholm.

For the price you pay you would expect daily cleaning of the room (you can request it but it's not automatically done). I fully agree that it is not necessary to change bed linen, towels etc but think it would be nice with a quick clean. Breakfast was a bit basic.

Location was phenomenal and staff was accommodating. I needed a fan and they had one brought up to my room.

The room was very small and barely had enough room to move around comfortably.

Breakfast was very good, large selection of varied food. Hotel is in a great location.

I had the single room without windows and it still was gorgeous, with great shower. The bed and those pillows were the best ever.

It wasn't very clean. There were spots everywhere. The bed was clean and I just got a free and very welcome early check in from the lovely lady so I didn't feel like complaining. Also the breakfast was nice, but not 30 eurp nice.

Brilliant location close to everything. Great breakfast, bar and extremely helpful reception staff. We arrived early and one room was not ready so they changed one room to allow a slightly earlier check in. Rooms were big and overlooking the square

Fantastic central location, breakfast buffet was excellent lots of choice that covered everybody's needs. Sunday market on the square outside the hotel was worth a visit.

Location

We loved our stay at Haymarket hotel. The location is great for exploring Stockholm and is close to the central train and coach station for easy connection to the airport and for travelling to Gotland where we went next. Very close to a metro stop too. The art deco style decor of the hotel is beautiful, the breakfast selection was very good and the staff helpful and courteous. It didn't feel expensive for central Stockholm either. Easy to recommend.

Nothing to do with the hotel itself but the concert house across the square is currently under renovation which somewhat spoiled the view from our room which would have been perfect otherwise

Segmentation of guests at breakfast to 2 different areas with one being more luxurious than the other. Allocation seems to be based on dress code.

Comfy, very nice staff

The main thing I didn't like is the fact that the check-in time is so late (4pm) and that they couldn't guarantee an early check-in. In the end, it worked out ok, I could check-in early, but the fact I wasn't sure whether I would be able to shower and change after a 12 hours flight, before heading to my meeting was a little nerve-wrecking.

The bedrooms need a painting and it needs a facelift , not much hanging, no draws in the bedroom

Went to reception and checked in made sure it was original booking plus extra night through booking. Com. On second night our room keys didn't work Went to reception and checked on our booking again , sorry from staff should be fine now after playing with computer. They had a box for putting room keys in on check out. I then get an email stating we had not paid when we left. I had forgotten that we had only logged the credit card not actually paid staff should have taken payment on arrival feel very embarrassed

The staff in the hotel are excellent and very helpful.

The rooms are a bit odd and there is almost no storage space. I don't like living out of my suitcase.

Common areas were great. Restaurant and bar were excellent. Staff were friendly and prompt. The bathroom in our bedroom was very pleasant.

The room was a bit cramped and the hallways had small stairs every few meters which made moving heavy luggage very difficult.

Excellent location, fantastic breakfast.

The only downside was I had a cosy single room and the only way to get into the bed was to climb in from the end as it was against a wall on one side and on the other side an oversized wardrobe that you couldn’t open and use.

We loved the atmosphere of the hotel and the location was very good. Breakfast was excellent but would have preferred to have breakfast little bit later in the morning but the latest time slots were all occupied.

The room was strangely shaped and the windows covered two walls, extending from the middle of the wall to the top. The room was a little bit dark and curtains heavy. And not possible to open the windows, not even a little bit.

The location is great, such as the design of the hotel. The breakfast has a good variety, very delicious. I only dislike the room, which was way too small and very dark, but depressing. At the reception Jessica was very kind and helpful.

The location is amazing, so close to all the shops, the train station and old center is very close. Breakfast has many healthy options. The room had a comfy bed and stylish look, with adjustable bed and sizeable tv. The shower was divine. However to keep an eye on our budget we chose the windowless room, which was fine as we purely slept in the room - however we did not expect this meant there was absolutely no air flow in the room. We soon discovered most places like to keep it nice an hot inside and our room was no exception. Arriving it was about 25 degrees inside and without a window there was no way to cool it down. This made sleeping a bit of a challenge for us personally. Additionally there was a mini fridge and water cooker in the room, but no way to plug them in so that was a shame. But other than that we had a great stay!

Superiorly decorated hotel, it is beautiful literally everywhere. Staff at front desk were all brilliant both at arrival and departure.

Booked a table for breakfast, they had no open tables. We were asked to move to other part of the floor, and met with ”we don’t have any tables here either”. For the cost of breakfast, we’d excpect some sort of guarantee the be greeted with an open table.
