Perfect location for good price and great personel

We had a long layover on New Year's Eve so we stayed as a family of four with two teens and everything was great. Beds and room were very comfortable, the showers, bathrooms and common areas are kept very clean. Couldn't beat the location, we could just hop outside to see the fireworks at midnight and come back in to the warmth.

Amazing place and views

Amazing location beautiful views. Family of five. We had our own room.

Perfect location: quiet place in the centre of Stockholm with panoramic views over water towards Gamla Stan on one side, and towards Djurgarden on another.

The upper dormitory is a bit dark (I stayed in a succession of rooms during my stay there).

This accommodation met all our expectations—and even exceeded them. It is a place where you truly feel a warm, family-like atmosphere, suitable for absolutely all generations. The hosts are relaxed, easygoing, approachable, friendly, and always available. In one word—phenomenal. There are hardly enough words to describe what this place offers. We arrived as a large group, and I can’t think of a single place where we would have felt as comfortable and welcome as we did here. We may have been a bit louder at times, but we made sure to quiet down after 10 p.m. Jokes aside, there is not a single complaint to be found. From the comfort of the beds, the sufficient number of toilets and showers, cleanliness, a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals, to cozy corners for socializing—the list of positive things is truly endless. We are endlessly grateful for the hospitality and will definitely come back again. Warm regards.

Good location, near most attractions by walking. Good breakfast and cafe. However, I lost my gloves in the lounge area in front of the counter. Although I asked the staff to check the security camera, they only revealed that the gloves had mysteriously disappeared. I can understand the need to protect customer privacy, but lost my gloves is still frustrating.

The hotel was superb in every matter. The location allows to reach all places in foot. We had a simple and comfortable room with a stunning view on Gamla Stan and it's waters around. The breakfast was also very tasty with a good choice. This will ask for repetition for sure. Many thanks to the STF Skeppsholmen team!

The hostel is located in an area with beautiful views and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Rooms were not very soundproof and there was no soap by the sinks of the private rooms.

Right next to the National Gallary. Grogous views at night also.

Breakfast was good, but I will do something else next time.

Location is amazingly central, just a short walk from the Gamla Stan touristic center.

The hostel dormitory I was in had no privacy: the beds were arranged like common hospital wards in old films, or military basic-training barracks. Everyone, from any point in the room, could see everyone else.

LOCATION — within 10-minute walking distance to Old Town — Uber is reasonably priced to go to sights like Vasa and ABBA museums — beautiful sea view right in front of hotel and our room window — walking trail and park nearby to enjoy nature and fall leaves CUSTOMER SERVICE — friendly staff — quick response time CONVENIENCE — FREE luggage storage before checkin and after checkout KITCHEN & DINING AREAS — fully equipped — enough tables & chairs for all guests to enjoy and relax BATHROOM — shared but clean at all times — strong shower pressure

CONVENIENCE — NO elevator! Had to carry our luggage all the way to third floor ROOM size — the room for 4 adults is cramped — hardly any space when opening our luggage CLEANLINESS — Trash cans were emptied ONLY ONCE a day. Toilet trash cans were so full that toilet paper were scattered on the floor. Kitchen trash cans should be emptied soon after breakfast and dinner when most guests are using the kitchen to cook meals. — Management staff should do a REGULAR walk-through inspection of cleanliness throughout the day

Location and environment.

Shower gel could be provided, and I really missed hair dryer.

New bathrooms and toilets, very clean, also the rooms are nice.

The lady at the register was not very helpful with the parking advices, there is 30 minues away walking very cheap alternative (3€/day), but she proposes only parking for 60€/day.

Convenient if location , it is do vibrant easily close to majorvtourist aztractions

I dont like the mixed dorm room in terms of comfortable and privacy .but the other point is all goods

Between a hotel and a home. Very clean. There was never a rush in the showers, toilets or the kitchen. The views from the windows were great and the location was excellent!

If you want the views and location of a luxury hotel with the charm of a hostel, this is your spot. Always clean and with kind and helpful staff.

I always come here, because I like the location, the view, the museum close by, the prefect area for little walks and peace. The house never disappoints. Breakfast is amazing.

Rooms were spotless. Breakfast was great. Excellent facilities for the money.

We were a little cold in the room. Especially on the first night. The radiator was set to 6. But, unsure if the heating is controlled from the reception area.

The location was absolutely perfect - right in central Stockholm with easy walking access to all the major sights. The shared amenities were clean and cozy, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Great value for money, especially considering the prime location and welcoming atmosphere.

The only minor thing was that the shared bathroom could get a bit busy during peak morning hours. However, this is totally expected and understandable in a hostel setting, and it was always kept clean.

I loved the location most: Skeppsholmen is a virtually car-free museum island, with several museums like the Moderna Museet all located on the island within a very short walking distance from the property. Gamla Stan (the Old Town) is also a short ferry ride away (but you can walk there, too). The property is very well maintained, totally clean, and well-run with friendly staff.

The position is very good, in a very pleasant place, with a wonderful landscape, and at walking distance from the main attractions. Our room (for two people) was spacious, clean, and had a nice view to the harbor. Breakfast is quite good.

There are only two male WC cabins in the 2nd floor, and the were busy most of the time (although there are more in the 1st floor).

I was very disappointed with the price/quality ratio of the breakfast. It is presented as something great, but in reality, the price of breakfast definitely does not match the reality—it is just a very basic breakfast table with a basic selection.

Central location

A fabulous location, with super friendly and helpful staff. It was great to be able to book bikes to see the city, and have a store to leave bags when we checked out. It was spotlessly clean.
