Amazing location and lovely help from the staff. Well equipped gym.

Upon arriving on Friday was surprised to the late night live DJ performance. The sound was heard from the room, but it was on a bearable level.

Location. Brilliant breakfast spread. Huge room. No kettle/cups and toiletries in the room. All you need to do is ask and they will gladly provide

Very inspiring Hôtel at a great central location with amazing breakfast!

I have to start by saying that Flo or Fiorentina at the reception Is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She was so kind to my husband and I during our stay. She was always there for help or to chat. Our room was upgraded to a corner room unexpectedly so that also made for a great trip. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever experienced in many years traveling.

My biggest complaint is that there are no overhead lights in the rooms. We went to Stockholm in October so it was mostly dark by 16:00. When we arrived in the room it was hard to see some things because the lights are dim even when turned up to the highest brightness. Like others have said, this isn't a hotel for the lightest of sleepers. They do have parties in the lobbies and across the street at a karaoke bar on the weekend.

I was here with my mom. Our room was very quiet, surprisingly big and the interior was quite nice, the breakfast was incredibly good and with everything you could wish for. The breakfast location with this stunning view over the city every morning was the cherry on top! The staff was always smiling, super friendly and helpful! The hotel is very central located und you can reach everything you need by foot - the city‘s attractions and museums, a huge shopping mall in the same building, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, train-, tram- and bus station - everything! We felt very comfortable during our stay! We would definetly book this hotel again and we can recommend this place to everyone! :-)

Now and then the A/C brought slightly smells of food in our room. And you couldn‘t open the windows to let some fresh air in. But nothing of that bothered us that much. All in all a wholesome stay!

The hotel has a very hip vibe. Both the bar on the lobby level and the bar and restaurant on the roof were busy over the weekend. The buffet breakfast is comparable to any five star hotel we visit. We simply loved the hotel and will consider this brand on our European travels.

Loved the vibe and the location between the old town and the modern city. The location could not be better.

Minor, but a light switch in the bathroom was broken. It would be great to have a bidet shower in the bathroom.

The room was tidy and comfortable. The rooftop view is impressive. We also loved the bar service and the location.

The additional bed for our daughter was very uncomfortable. But the big double bed was very fine.

A wonderful hotel in the very center of Stockholm. Excellent breakfasts, a very comfortable bed, and good quality linens. There are plenty of different stores and cafes nearby, and all the sights are within walking distance! I recommend it to everyone and will definitely come back again!

The room was very playful and nicely decorated with super nice tips of what to do in Stockholm. Super friendly staff, They took care of everything and offered us breakfast for take away as we had to depart at 4am. Breakfast was great with asian touch and a lot of variety. Everything could be reached within short distance. Hotel is very stylish and nice food in the restaurant as well. Very guest friendly and you can feel they really feel about the guest experience.

Maybe a bit noisy at night and the mattress was a bit thin. But all the rest was amazing.

It was my first experience to stay in a room without any window. After the lights off it got a black pitch darkness. It was a little bit scary. It would be nice to have some soft night light

Location was in the heart of Stockholm and close to everything. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Kudos to Raul and Sebastian and the entire front desk staff.

It was a little noisy because of the bar downstairs and across the street. Fortunately, the staff was able to move us to a a quieter room after one night and it was much better.

The reception girl kindly offered me early check in and late check out without extra charge. Breakfast buffet had a surprisingly large variety, even had Japanese style rice, sashimi and miso soup. The hotel is located right by a mall with fast food, juice, bakery and everything.

I’d like a water kettle in room although tap water was also pretty good in Sweden.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, with all the main attractions just a few minutes walk away. The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of options, and the view from the building is stunning. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

When we arrived, the bathroom was full of hair, but fortunately they changed our room. Also, for a 4-star hotel, I expected better quality beds and pillows.

The room was compact but modern - everything I needed for my stay. Great shower pressure, there was a hairdryer and shampoo/conditioner/bodywash. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. I was able to check in quite late which was helpful.

The lighting in the room was a little impractical, especially since I worked from there for most of one day.

I felt like many people were at the reception but didn’t really care about the clients, I stayed 5 night and most of the time when we were coming back at the hotel nobody were looking at us just to say hi or welcome back. The staff at the reception always seems so busy more than the nice cleaners always smiling and saying hello. Also the breakfast was very good but the queue to get a table ? I believe breakfast until 9:30 is not long enough. I wished there were a kettle in the room and tissues. It’s basic comfort stuff.

Super clean, modern and centrally located. No issues during our stay whatsoever. You get access to free laundry if you have a longer stay which I appreciated. My favorite thing was breakfast. The breakfast buffet was PHENOMENAL!!

Good hotel in the center of city

The location was excellent, seemingly central to a number of areas meaning that simply by coming an going on different routes we found ourselves exploring new areas of the city centre. Its also close to the train station (and the excellent Arlanda airport express) which saves on taxi fares.

Room size , windows cannot be open to bring fresh air, bathroom shower poorly designed with water overflowing. Bed mattresses not staying in place and a little narrow . Noise at night from rooftop club

Very friendly staff, amazing view from the top bars, very delicious food, clean and on very good place. Highly recommend it. On my next trip I will be as well there.

Breakfast: The breakfast buffet on the top floor was great and included many hot and cold selections to choose from. The hotel offered special foods for people with dietary restrictions. Everything was delicious. Location: Safe and convenient location within walking distance of many sites as well as public transportation Room: Storage space is pretty basic but there is space to hang a few items. We especially liked the automatic low lighting in the bathroom during the night, which helps you avoid stumbling around in the dark if you have to go to the loo.

The coffee was perhaps a bit weak.

Room could have been darker. Room at it cool. Parking is a challenge for those not used to Sweden. Be good if there were more specific instructions to help with parking
