This Hotel is Number One. For the price of the room, this is to be expected. If you can afford it, don't hesitate, it's a wonderful hotel. The pool on the roof is a special experience. The staff is watching your thoughts, so it's perfect.

The recently updated room features were something to remember. The infinity pool was amazing, the food served, by the pool, was tasty. The breakfast at Spago restaurant was of a high quality, besides the coffee that was just fine. The Lavo restaurant pizza was delicious, appetizers not so much. The view of the Singapore skyline from Lavo restaurant was great.

The room was on the small side.

Expensive but was on our bucket list and we were not disappointed. Every member of staff we meet was an asset to the company. Love every second

The price good value for money but spending so much for one night was a special treat.

The lighting in the room was different. The lights were either all on slightly dimmed night or off. It would have been nice to have had control over some of the individual lighting

Great stay at MBS. This may not be the most luxurious hotel, bit it is a sight on itself and it is such an experience to stay there. The rooms are super confortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the views from everywhere (including the pool and sky park of course are amazing.

For that price breakfast should be included. Otherwise amazing experience.

Absolutely thrilled to stay at Marina Bay Sands. It has been a dream for a long time and the service was excellent throughout. From the moment we arrived and were welcomed and luggage taken for storing til room ready - the Receptionist who was patient and kind, and a big thank you to Trish who helped us navigate the lifts from Tower2 to the Infinity Pool. Blown away by the bedroom and bathroom facilities. Loved the shower space and the heated auto lifting toilet seat particularly! We ordered in room dining and the waiter delivered a table and set it all up leaving a buzzer for us once finished. Thought this was so special. (We obvs don’t do 5star much!). The infinity pool is fabulous of course! You are met and handed towels as you go in. I recommend bringing your robe as the wind can whip up a little at night! Easy access to the shops where we rode the Sampan; and the Gardens at the Bay. We stayed 1 night only and would love to have stayed longer. There is a perk, however, that you can use the facilities on your checkout day until 8pm! Fabulous Hotel and service. Thank you.

This hotel is suburb, from the hotel staff on arrival to the room which was exceptional and the infinity pool which was amazing. To name but a few areas of excellence.

From the minute we arrived, we were looked after exceptionally well and that continued through the entire stay. The staff were wonderful and the room was beautifully furnished. Words cannot describe the pool.

I think for the price we paid, it would be an appreciated extra to have breakfast included as the buffet breakfast in the hotel is quite expensive.

Staying at Marina Bay Sands is a truly iconic experience. The infinity pool is as impressive as expected, with unbeatable views over Singapore’s skyline — something you really have to see once. The scale of the property is impressive, everything is extremely well organized, and the location is perfect for exploring Marina Bay. Rooms are comfortable and quiet despite the size of the hotel.

Because of its popularity, the hotel can feel very busy, especially around the pool, which slightly takes away from the sense of exclusivity. The atmosphere is more about the experience than intimate luxury, so it’s best enjoyed for a short stay.

We were offered a better room for free which I think was nearly 4 times more expensive than the one we booked. The view was excellent at night.

Best views from our room to the city and from the infinity pool. I still missing this toilet we had in our room. And I miss this bed and bed linens in this hotel. I liked also the body lotion they use. Breakfast in 1. floor was faboulous. Best hotel in earth.

This is a bucket list destination and if you don't normally stay in luxury hotels but you're on the fence about this one...just do it. I would go back to Singapore just to stay here again. There are enough reviews about the views and the pools already but I just wanted to add that when I was curious about how to use MRT, one staff member Hiroshi personally walked my wife and I to the station(same block as the hotel, underground) and explained which lines to take to get to where we wanted. It's a small gesture but really shows how they'll go above and beyond to accommodate you!

the location is a bit isolated from restaurants or shops, making visitors completely dependent on hotel-based shops and restaurants unless they want to take a taxi

The lobby feels very much like a chaotic train station

From check-in to overall facilities this is a first class hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel is immaculate and the rooms are spacious and quite lovely. Roof infinity pool is the finest I've ever seen and the surrounding gardens and views beautiful.

Magnificent shopping but addition of souvenir or similar shop for purchase of small gifts would be ideal. Food choices excellent, but restaurants quite crowded.

As a frequent traveller, this is one of the very best hotels I have ever stayed in. Worth every penny. The attention to detail is phenomenal.

Exceptional housekeeping, the room was spotless and we had access to lots of convenient facilities. Hotel breakfast was fantastic and we made plenty of use of the pool.

Everything. Next level luxury. Loved the attention to detail. Our room faced the gardens. Enjoyed the balcony and the views at night were spectacular. The decor of the room was exceptional. The infinity pool and areas on the 57th floor offered exceptional views. All the staff we interacted with were very professional, and welcoming. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
