Hotel Marina Bay Sands, Singapore

The property was absolutely iconic. The staff were incredible, our room was exceptional and we would highly recommend to anyone staying in Singapore.

Beautifully refurbished room with great amenities. Ours had a stunning view over Gardens by the Bay. The gym is brand new, the infinity pool spectacular, and the breakfast excellent. The location couldn’t be more central, and the overall experience was outstanding.

Check in could be improved – we had to wait over 45 minutes before being attended to, which was frustrating after a long journey.

Hotel is amazing. Staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Rooms are renovated and they look like heaven. Accessibility to gardens and mall is so easy. The rooftop pool is breathtaking, for sure a must do in a lifetime!

The property is incredible and the fact that you have everything at that one place is fantastic. Shopping malls, the gardens, the domes, the restaurants, casinos and more! You are treated so well from the first moment all the way until you leave.

Prices are quite high for the hotel, although once you experience it, you can understand why. Dinners are a “normal ish” price but I find breakfasts a bit too steep for what it is. Luckily in the mall you have a well priced food court.

the room and the pool were amazing! personal very friendly i dont remember name of one of staff that send me a little detail of my birthday, that was a nice touch

the change room in the pool was terrible, there was only one shower so i have to change my clothes in the toilet and space was very limited... this is not a critic but after you paid 900 SGD for 1 night at least hotel can have a transportation from airport to guest every 2 hours or something like that, also breakfast!

Casino - they allow public smoking so it deterred me from staying there and I left although I wanted to play.

There is only one word for this hotel and that is simply amazing from facilities to bedrooms and most off all the amazing staff and their attention to detail for their guests. Restaurants within the hotel are amazing with excellent service and good quality food and drink and the roof top pool with the amazing views are breathtaking!! But again the staff from concierge to reception to housekeeping to the restaurant staff and everyone else are what make this place a very special stay.

Everything facilities are amazing as were the wonderful staff. Nothing was to much trouble. The sky deck is amazing and it was a short walk to the sky garden.

We were excited to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary in this exclusive luxurious hotel. Almost everything including Annivesary guft. except for the time of check-in (past 3pm waiting from 11.30 am), from our over experience of 50 yrs of traveling was great.. But although the staff went out of the way to provide us with the best of services with the best view at a higher floor and to check in early, had to wait from 11.30 am till past 3pm having approached the staff a few times. Although they mentioned I will be notified of the progress by email etc, unfortunately did not materialise. If I had not finally reached out to the same staff who seved us first in the Sands Lounge I won't be sure whether they would have emailed/contacted us given the normal check in time was 3pm we got it much later. As Regional Advisory Consel member for Australian Vic Premier's VMC, ex Deputy Chairman for over 100,000 Sri Lankans in Victoria/Melbourne, Australia and a Senior Multicultural Community leader I will share my experience and any feed back with significant network of family, friends and colleagues. In all we were extremely satified with the services etc as expected.

Only waiting for the chek-in and no progress info via email. Once I approached the staff to ensure my email is correctly revorded as I didn't get any updates.

It would be nice if they are adopting the use of non-once used toiletries amenities, such as the one the Fairmont is providing/using. This would reduced the plastic usage of this Earth.

Everything was exquisite - the staff, the service, the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast is one of the best we had in any hotel, huge variety and flavorful. The pool is amazing, such a unique experience!

We had an incredible stay at Marina Bay Sands. Check-in was smooth and we were spoilt with a free room upgrade — a lovely touch that made our stay even more special. The suite was spacious, luxurious, and offered spectacular views over the bay. The infinity pool lives up to the hype, especially at sunset, but the shops, restaurants and facilities were second to none. Staff were professional and attentive throughout, and the location couldn’t be better for exploring the city. A truly memorable experience — worth every cent.

I’m big on customer service and the front desk was amazing! The rooms were presented beautifully. It was well organized and had everything you needed. I’m not a pool type of person, but it was nice too! I highly recommend this place.

I think for the front desk to be so big and have so many receptionists, the line to check in still took a long time.

Just the little incident involving the maid in the room. She was very good. I just think the way the issue was handled involving management was overkill. The room maid, handled it well. She failed to clean the little tiny sugar container in the coffee station, so we asked if it could be cleaned and replaced. It was a little oversight on her part. the next thing we know, the manager came to the room. then the maid again. then the manager came a second time to ask questions. All for a little sugar dish that we just wanted replaced. i think it became a big issue involving the ability or honesty of the maid. there was a little communication barrier with her but overall she did what she was supposed to do which was fix the issue. All within her scope. but the housekeeping manager came in and had to verify what exactly happened.

the time allowed at the buffet breakfast. they said buffet was until 11am (?) however, food was already being removed by 10:30 to get ready for lunch buffet
