Staff were amazing, was given an upgrade and we were allowed to relax by the pool while we waited for our room to be ready. Can’t wait to come back.

The price is expensive and most people could only afford 1 or 2 nights. It would be great if it was a lot cheaper so I could have stayed for a week.

It ticked all the boxes for excellency. View of Garden By the Bay was beautiful at night. The room comes with automated system. Curtains open automatically as I enter the room, and the lid of the toilet seat lifts up as I enter the toilet. While the room's decoration is one of quiet elegance, it is equipped with many amenities on the luxurious side. For example, even the dustbin and clothes hanger are leather ones. The infinity pool is not to be missed when staying here. The pool offers excellent view of the city and very Instagrammable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Services were fast too.

The room was fantastic. It had everything you might need, was extremely comfortable and had a beautiful view over Marina bay. The staff were also excellent. The staff servicing the rooms in particularly were exceptionally friendly, always going out of their way to ensure your comfort. A big thank you should go to them. The rooftop pool is a highlight and is worth the room rate alone in my opinion! Spectacular. Thank you for a great stay.

A wider range of food options at the pool, particularly Asian cuisine options, would be great. Otherwise no areas for improvement identified. Thanks.

Where do I begin with how much I loved this hotel. Perfect location with extraordinary views. Infinity Pool that deserves the hype. Incredible breakfasts at 2 great restaurants. Attention to every detail with endless luxury. At this price point I expected luxury and amenities and service BUT after 102 countries and enless hotels they exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and welcoming. One of my favorite hotels ever.

There is honestly nothing I would change about my stay

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I have never slept on a more comfortable bed in my life and the room was immaculate, thanks to our amazing room stylist Shwe Zin. The view from the room over the city was just spectacular! What a hotel!

Superb experience from the very moment you step in. Worth every penny. Pool side cabanas were a major plus.

Loved everything. Our second stay and we were upgraded to Paiza suite. What a wow! There is nothing not to love about the renovated rooms. The suite had every little details you could think of, and I'm super picky. We had a beautiful sea view from the 52nd floor and could even watch and hear the gardens by the bay show.

Queues for breakfast is ridiculous. Don't book for breakfast else you will feel obligated to eat there. Plenty options around the hotel. Lack of shade at the pool during the day is a problem. They really need to figure this our somehow.

The amazing staff and stunning hotel

All staff we interacted with were over-the-top kind. We were only staying for one night and received an upgrade to a suite, so I can't provide a review for the room we actually booked. The suite was recently renovated, beautiful and had a breathtaking view of the harbor. I'm sure that suite is incredibly expensive, but it certainly felt special. Coffee, tea, and bottled water were included. The pool of course was the highlight. We went in both morning and evening on a weekday and it wasn't crowded at all. The location is easy to get to via public transit (though a bit removed from the rest of town if you want to walk). Everything from the mall to gardens by the Bay is easy to access, even if things are spread out a little.

We could only get a 30 min extension for late check out. That may be because of the upgrade we received, it's unclear. I will say for a comparable price you can find other beautiful hotels in town that include breakfast. So this hotel may not be the best deal, but it is a unique and enjoyable experience.

Quite big line at check in

Everyone was so friendly and really appreciated the room upgrade. The room was also fantastic.

The bedroom aircon was not as cold as expected. The dining area was fine. Only the bedroom aircon was a bit hot.

I loved that even at a basic room level you feel the grandeur and opulence.

Their pillows are feathered pillows. Probably quality feathers too…however I don’t like feather pillows so it was hard to get my neck comfy when sleeping

The suite was fantastic and pristine.

Breakfast on level one was a bun fight. Queues even for The Club which was supposed to be for premium guests. Spago on the top floor was great but only for premium rooms. A poor deal for normal rooms.

Amazing staff, nothing is too much trouble. Great room with lots of lovely toiletries, Garden by the Bay view, sat watching the evening show on your own balcony is perfect. Room very clean with really good size baths and shower. The pool is awesome, nice adult only section and they are strict with the hotel guests only access which means its not to crowded.

Everything except the internet. Spent 2 hours all-together waiting for an IT guy to show up, telling me as an IT pro what should I do to get online. I was there for business, and waiting hours to get connected for this price is insane. I had to purchase an e-sim so I could answer my emails.

It's like a tourist attraction. It's as crowded as an airport. The breakfast area is way too small for this many guests. The second morning, we had to sit outside, sweating in the heat and humidity. No thanks. On the last day, they just offered us a 1-hour extension for late check-out, after wasting many hours of my precious time waiting for an internet connection in the 21st century. (again. I was there for business ) Would I complain about this otherwise? No!!! But for the price I paid, the least I can expect is a secure internet connection. Upon check out, they offered us a handicapped toilet for changing our suits to travelling gear. For 700 euros per night, this is not expectable.

The gym is in the convention center and you must walk with gym clothes trought the crowd or trought peers that are in formal clothes. Presented the issue on the dine in pick-up (1 hour to pick up the food the room got smelly) but for the rest everything is fantstic gonna stay there again for sure
