The staff were very helpful and caring, amazing room facilities and the infinity pool. Everything was just perfect.

OMG the Pool. It was also connected to the Gardens by the Bay. Best Hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

This property is expensive so our stay was short.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I checked in, the staff were top-notch-polite, prompt, and genuinely eager to help.The room was a haven: immaculate, spacious, and with a bathroom that sparkled. The food was a highlight, with delicious options that catered to all our tastes. And the service? Seamless. The Rooftop Infinity Pool was absolute perfection- the views were jaw-dropping, and the pool itself was spotless, making for some unforgettable moments.

The Suite was extraordinary! Pur Luxury! The Skypark and especially the pool are amazing!

The price for a suite is quite high (but ok for the delivered services). But prices for the additional bar beverages are too high. They earn enough with the price for the Suite itself. The Balcony was very nice. But it's, no chairs or table. So it's useless.

i was disappointed to learn that i cannot work on my notebook comfortably from room where is missing small office desk with chair which in other SG hotels is something automatic

How far I had to walk to get to my room from the main lobby and to get to the mall area.

It was a lavish property and well maintained

I did not like the check-in and check-out timings We stayed there for 2 days so it was good. However people staying there for 1 night would be only able to check in by 3pm and check out by 11 am. Stay would have been less then 24 hrs

No sitting area for people to just relax and have a chat or coffee.

You never had to leave. Everything delirious and thought of. They celebrated my birthday in the sweetest of ways. We rented our stay there immensely.

The check in time was quite long. It took over 2 hours. I was t expecting that.

Beautiful hotel, first class service from private airport pick-up all the way to check out. Excellent location, close to misty of the iconic Singapore attractions.

Absolutely everything from the moment we arrived till the sad moment we had to leave….. Eunace went above and beyond expectations and is an absolute credit to MBS….. To be fair everyone we came into contact with were a total credit to MBS…..

I liked everything. The Architecture, the set up, the cleanliness, the staff and the fast pace service to make everything right for the guest. Furthermore, the comfortability of the room, exceptional! And, I also had a great view of the Gardens of the Bay.

Everything was perfect.. one should go to this hotel once in their life. Breakfast was rich and one could have a ton of choices. Giving access to the pool and the top floor until the time came to check in or until time came to leave, (after check out) was really great.

Where to start, everything about the Marina Bay Sands is exceptional, the staff are fantastic, the organisation of everything at the hotel is first class, my experience was the best of any hotel I have ever stayed at.

All was amazing room , staff & pool was the highlight. What I would expect for the price of the stay.

We couldn’t get into the bar for a drink on the evening as we were told they were full …. Not so good

Everything about the hotel is 5 star. It’s truly is an amazing hotel. Staff are amazing, the room was outstanding!! And location is great.

We booked 2 adults one child (9yrs old). They said your child stays for free..amazing! But only if the child shares your bed or pay 150 SGD for an extra single bed in the room. This made zero sense to me and we’ve been caught out with this again with another hotel. (In Europe and the West you get a bed per person) That being said, the hotel were very accommodating and did what they could to help the situation which we greatly appreciated.
