Hotel Marina Bay Sands, Singapore

Room was very clean and spacious.

Gym is not located in the same building and a bit far to get to. Lobby was very busy, full of people as it connects to the Casino and shoppes

Overall experience was exceptional. From the staff, the amenities, the room, and the food at Spago and The Club, everything was great!

The property is outstanding and this was our third stay.

The suite we had in tower one was recently renovated and is spectacular! The attention to detail is extraordinary!

Dinner at Lavo and food and drinks by the pool.

Very complicated to navigate the hotel and difficult to get into areas. Needed key card to even access the bathroom at the pool and staff at Ce La Vie very unhelpful trying to make a reservation. So much so that we went elsewhere.

Loved everything about this hotel. Location was great. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool was exceptional with fabulous views over the city.

So helpful staff, super friendly. Pool in the roof is incredible, and so is the restaurants also. Room was big and very good. It´s expensive but worth it! So must go place in Singapore

The whole stat was great ranging from checking in to checking out. Great friendly staff and great rooms.

There was only 1 hook in the hotel room to hang the towels and the pools didnt have spare towels.

The hotel is beautiful; we traveled for our anniversary and my 50th birthday. The service was excellent, they gave us an upgrade, with a fantastic breakfast, the location is excellent, and the view is incredible. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant on the top floor next to the pool and ended up at the nightclub which was on the other side of the pool. Perfect place to celebrate half a century! 😬😂

We arrived on an early morning flight and managed to check in one of the rooms, we had to wait for the second room which was fine but then there was an IT issue in the hotel and we didn’t get the room until 6pm in the evening It was a total mess and queues were very bad, people were complaining and arguing with the reception staff. So not what you would have expected from a five star hotel like this.

When we arrived the accessories were not there, like toothbrush, creams and other accessories. We had to ask for this as we did not have tooth paste. Someone had clearly not made sure all these facilities were in place before we arrived in the room.

Amazing room, wonderful facilities, infinity pool. A once in a lifetime hotel stay for us.

We had a beautiful, huge patio, but not a single piece of patio furniture.Nor was there anything in the room that could be brought out onto the patio to sit and enjoy the view.

Everything is just perfect. Expensive, but amazing. Great location, spacious comfortable rooms, friendly and professional staff and the jewel to top it all - the rooftop pool with the best view on S'pore ever! Really a place to remember for life.

The bathrobes kindly provided have no pockets - nowhere to carry your phone and room card when going to the pool :)))

Firstly, the warm welcoming of our arrivals is the nice experience of our trip. Secondly, the spectacular views of our rooms in staying made us feel unforgettable journey together. All the staffs were very pleasant and welcoming. We appreciated the hospitality and complimentary food.

There was a strong perfume smell in the room which made me feel unpleasant. Thanks for the portable air ventilation to decrease the smell.

Welcomed on arrival at Airport by hotel taxi, got there very early, but we were looked after by excellent staff until the room was ready. The room was very spacious and everything was high quality. Meals were very good and facilities excellent. The swimming pool is a must and there was always a sun lounger available. Easy access to Marina Bay Mall and close to the stunning Gardens by the Bay

We had a wonderful stay at Marina Bay Sands. The check in was smooth and efficient by VIP staff- Julie Ann. She is incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

Greg Bess the executive chef at Spago and CUT provided an absolutely unforgettable dining experience. All the staff were so kind and helpful. The view from the pool was breathtaking. Overall I had one of the best birthdays ever spent at MBS.

How short my stay was lol

Hotel is very nice and very clean and good service and quality. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The day we checked out, we couldn’t get the Grab to come to pick us up, but the staff name DJ was very helpful to called us the Grab.

Hotel is not allowing the Grab to come drop off and pick up at Tower 1.

Sets the benchmark for five-star luxury. The room feels brand new, with top-quality fittings and furnishings. LAVO Italian Restaurant & Rooftop Bar offers excellent value, the food and atmosphere are outstanding, though it was a little crowded. A morning walk through Gardens by the Bay is perfect to de-stress and detox. You’ll hardly believe you’re in the heart of a busy city.

Hotel is a bit pricey though.

I have stayed there before. Absolutely beautiful property. I booked a very nice above average room for my husband's birthday. When we arrived, the receptionist told us they would give us a lovely room with a view.. What did we recieve? A room that was indeed, lovely. However, there was a view of the parking entrance, the sound of whistles from people directing traffic all night long, and the smell of car fumes. After the first night, I asked if there was a different room available for the duration of our stay, but there wasn't as it was F1 week. We wanted the MBS fior the view, the amenities, the ambiance. Not exhaust smell, and walking across the lobby to access the pool, instead of just going into the elevator. Very disappointing for over $5000 USD. The restaurants were absolutely incredible and the service was excellent. Especially Spago. Delightful.

Communication. That we would have no view.I had reserved a room with the bay view. I would have definitely stayed elsewhere that would have been closer to the F1 race venue

Staff are excellent. Everything you may require has been thought of and is in the room. The 57th floor with the infinity pool is an experience you will not forget.

Most of the restaurants are very busy and really need booking in advance, preferably before you arrive.
