Hotel Marina Bay Sands, Singapore

Luxury at its finest, beautiful hotel and facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend a stay here just for the experience of it.

Was a little disappointed we couldn’t have breakfast after checkout even though the last seating was at 11:30

Lack of food options for the room service. Also the quality of the food for the room service is not satisfactory. They need to improve it. Other than that, the hotel is amazing.

Writing a review on a majestic hotel such as this is superfluous in the extreme. I must say not everyone who ever wishes to stay, even one night is a multi-millionaire. Some of us, like me just wish to have and pay for an experience, which we would otherwise not afford or at best, book a once in a lifetime experience even at sacrificial cost. But, it's not the amenities and comforts, supreme as they are which touched us the most. SHA, a beautiful, courteous and exceptionally trained staff who handled our reservation, is a testament to why this hotel is as iconic as it is. She made us feel like millionaires, and we are not, she made us feel like royalty, and we are not. She was extra special in every way. Thank You SHA. From Rajie and Jennifer. The room was amazing with every detail thought of. The view first rate. The staff were very polite and helpful.

There was a problem with the lighting sensor in our room, which kept going off during the night. Hence the two nights I slept there (honeymoon) we hardly got any sleep. The staff were very helpful and tried to fix it. Unfortunately we couldn't get into the restaurant we wanted as it was completely booked out on both the nights we stayed there.

We were upgraded to a suite which was exceptional.

Maybe could be better if the check out timing was around 3pm. Find the one day staycation too short.

The hotel is stunning, with top-notch facilities. The room was spacious and well-equipped with city views, and the infinity pool offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. Perfect breakfast — so many delicious options, from fresh pastries to made-to-order dishes. You can choose between two breakfast restaurants, one on the top floor with incredible views and another on the ground floor.

While there were small queues for breakfast, they were well-organized and moved quickly

SkyPark Infinity Pool

The hotel is wonderful, however the rooftop pool is a bit disappointing as facilities. If you book the hotel only for the pool access don’t do it. However the hotel has so much to offer with the mall, casino, restaurants and the top location!

The suite was excellent. There was nice furnishings and interesting art. Room service was phenomenal. The infinity pool is, of course, well-known and an attraction in itself. Check in was a joy dealing with the staff.

The pool is just the best of a very amazing hotel. Best bed we have ever slept on, great views and cleaning service. The food options are insane and the entertainment.

Excellent customer service from the start to end,each and everyone especially Ping from the reception was exceptional, Julius (Room service)explained thoroughly what’s included and how we could use MBS facilities. Actually we stayed in other hotels whilst touring Singapore and kept the last day to MBS for relaxing before departure and it was worth it 👍👍 Also we were given few surprises Thank you MBS until we come again

The service at the Club house was pretty poor. My sister had to wait nearly an hour just to get a pot of hot water for her tea.

It was a pleasure staying at the Marina Bay Sands Hotel for the second time. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The Marina Bay Sands is the preferred hotel in Singapore!

Really excellent staff, especially Marie at check in was super friendly and helpful. The room was well beyond our expectations. Food, pool, cocktails, etc are all well above international standars. Overall the whole stay was remarkable. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Pricing is high but we get value for the price.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area with an amazing view! Everything is super clean.

Over 20 minutes waiting time to access the breakfast area and then asked to leave after 15 minutes. The fitness area is quite far but hey, for those who love sport it is ok! Check out was super fast (good) but nobody even asked us how our experience was.

I mean, what is there to say? This is the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed at (including the Shangri-La at Shard in London). We booked a premium room with harbour view and were stunned on arrival with a free upgrade to the Junior Suite, which was unbelievable. It was a huge room with a lounge area, kitchenette, large bedroom overlooking the harbour, spa bath, two showers and even a karaoke system! The staff here are so friendly and helpful (particularly Peach who worked at reception). The pool on the roof is absolutely stunning with plenty of loungers and great cocktails available. It's in a great location for visiting the nearby Gardens by the Bay, but also to explore the city too. There are some really good food options all around the hotel and you can also head over to the Shoppes area and the casino. We were also allowed to use the pool after check-in and book a shower room before we left (late at night) for our flight.

There's nothing to add here. This place was stunning in every respect.

The only thing we could complain about was the room wasn’t ready by check in time , but they gave us passes for the sky park, we had a great lunch.

Room is impeccably designed, comfortable and elegant. The pool is obviously incredible and generates amazing views over the area. Great location, with an MRT station under the hotel which makes getting around very easy. Very accommodating and flexible around our travel plans as well - despite being a huge hotel with lots of guests, the staff do really try to make you feel looked after

The cost is enormous - but it really does feel like somewhere that is worth staying if you are able to.
