We couldn’t get into the bar for a drink on the evening as we were told they were full …. Not so good

Everything about the hotel is 5 star. It’s truly is an amazing hotel. Staff are amazing, the room was outstanding!! And location is great.

We booked 2 adults one child (9yrs old). They said your child stays for free..amazing! But only if the child shares your bed or pay 150 SGD for an extra single bed in the room. This made zero sense to me and we’ve been caught out with this again with another hotel. (In Europe and the West you get a bed per person) That being said, the hotel were very accommodating and did what they could to help the situation which we greatly appreciated.

Service is second to none and the rooftop pool is like nothing else in the world. Even the basic room is super comfortable, clean and has amazing views

It is quite expensive but even if you just stay for a couple of nights you can get a taste of how the other half live so to speak

We got upgraded to a VIP suite. It was enormous and totally luxurious. So lucky! The food was excellent and the staff we super friendly.

The architecture is amazing, views, room comfort and services are no less.

The common areas are huge and a bit disorientating. Security deposit is withheld for 3-4 weeks - that feels like a scam.

The level of service is just above and beyond throughout. It is a stunning hotel and the attached facilities are second to none. One of, if not THE best hotel stay and ve had.

It is costly but I would argue worth it. You absolutely get what you pay for.

Second time visiting and it was even better than the last time! Rooms were extremely comfortable. Great quality amenities in the rooms. Service impeccable, friendly and so accommodating - from everyone to the reception staff, luggage staff, at the pool, housekeeping. The pool was again the highlight, alongside the garden views. Look forward to visiting again in future!

The grand entrance into the hotel, being greeted by a personal staff who escorts you to your room, personal check in after shown around, The magnificent views of the ocean and gardens. The light displays every night, the sweet smelling lifts, the automatic opening of the curtains when you enter your room, the warm toilet seat which flushes itself are all amazing. The Hotel is centrally located to the botanical gardens, the modern brand shopping Malls, and everywhere in the hotel is ultra clean, with beautiful flowers displayed throughout the hotel. The super comfortable beds, the cleanliness to a high standard, the staff are professional, polite and helpful. The food is scrumptious and varied. The infinity pool on top of Tower 3 is so amazing, warm and safely guarded. The smooth organisation of this Hotel is Deluxe deluxe. The personal touches were impeccable and staying at MBS is a unique experience which I would highly recommend to family and friends.

I can not find any faults with this hotel. Truly.

The swimming pool side

Everything was exceptional.The location was great for the gardens and light shows. Easy access to MRT transit to allow visits to other areas of Singapore. The pool was wonderful. The service was exceptional and the staff were a great resource.

The best hotel in Singapore with a perfect location. The rooftop pool is stunningly beautiful. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, with everything you need for a complete vacation.

The pool was beautiful that was main reason. I enjoyed swimming laps. Also the views were gorgeuse.

I thought the pool temperature could have been a little warmer. The front desk i found from certain places in hotel was hard to find like a maze. I thought the price a bit higher than value --

We wait 35 mins to hire a taxi in the morning to airport, but still didn't get one.

Was on my bucket list. I think 1 night is enough to experience it. The roof top pool really gives the hotel the extra point: from a 9 to a 10. Comfortable room in all respects.

My stay at Marina Bay Sands was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, everything felt seamless and luxurious. The staff were incredibly professional, warm, and genuinely welcoming — especially the gentleman at the reception desk, who made the check-in experience smooth and pleasant. The room was huge — more like a stylish apartment than a hotel room — beautifully designed, spotless, and extremely comfortable. Watching the night and waking up to that breathtaking city view was surreal. Every detail was perfectly thought out, from the service to the atmosphere. You truly feel that this hotel operates on a world-class level. It’s not just a place to stay, it’s an experience in itself. I can confidently say this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I would return in a heartbeat. If you’re visiting Singapore, this place is simply unbeatable.

I liked everything. Shopping centre was right next to the hotel, food court were great. Infinity pool was exceptional experiences, except that the weather was not that great. We could have enjoyed more if we had a nice weather.

Lovely view, very friendly housekeeper Lei Zhang, the infinite pool and sky garden were the highlight and overall experience was great.

More punctuating check in. The check in time was delayed, we waited for an hour, and was only offered $100 gift voucher.
