I was looking for one little not to like wasn’t around to find

The standout was the rooftop infinity pool, absolutely stunning! The room was large, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. The on site restaurants were many & varied, but we only used at the breakfast buffet & dinner once.

Nothing that I can think of.

Everything was great, the pool was exceptional and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. The view over the Gardens by the Bay were amazing.

It’s a bit of a maze at times with the lifts/transfers to the pool level (57), otherwise amazing.

Beautiful amenities, wonderful and friendly staff, loved each moment at Marina Sands!!!

The lady who welcomed us, named Erika, was fantastic at the reception. She treated us exceptionally well. All staff members were very approachable and helpful.

Pool, generosity by staff regarding the little things that mean a lot - like room comfort items provided complimentary, especially extra convenience items for children. Well thought out. Also little touches like cord ties for electronic cords, screen wipes placed next to laptops. All very thoughtful.

Not much! The only single oversight was with the confirmed arrival airport transfer - there was nobody waiting for us. However, after contacting the hotel this was quickly rectified with thoughtful care.

at the swimming pool there should be a rule that children under certien age cannot swim at the pool at 21 hours and on the noise cannot offer you to rellax.you see children at age of 4 or 5 wondering at 10 o clock at night

A hotel of this size was not for me, Impersonal and over crowded, it felt more like an airport or shopping mall, rather than a hotel lobby. No seats to sit & chill. Ridiculous queues for breakfast & checkin, nothing luxurious about it . Unable to get a restaurant booking during my stay.

The infinity pool and views were crazy nice. Loved the balcony too — chilling there with the Gardens by the Bay view was next level. The room was clean, and the room service food was some of the best I’ve ever had.

Check-in took forever. No microwave or hot box for room service food, so I had to throw away some food after 2–3 hours.

Our stay at Marina Bay Sands was truly exceptional. The location is perfect, offering easy access to beautiful evening walks along the harbour, the mesmerizing Garden Rhapsody light show, and plenty of retail therapy right downstairs in the Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands. The staff were outstanding—very friendly, welcoming, and impressively attentive to every detail. Their warmth and professionalism made us feel right at home. Our room was exquisite: modern, impeccably clean, and tastefully designed. It struck the perfect balance between comfort and luxury.

Eveything is bust picture perfect. For sure thats what you expect for the price, but the high expections have been 110% fulfilled. Basically booked two nights to enjoy the high rooftop pool, which - esspecially at night - is amazing. Also happy to always felt treated like a VIP and even got a room upgrade! :))

We had a very luxurious stay at Marina Bay Sands Hotel. Thanks for upgrading our room to an upper level and the cake to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Also the infinity pool was amazing.

As a couple travelling together, most people carry 2 piece of Luggage but the rooms have only 1 place to put Luggage. 2nd Luggage has to be placed on the sofa that then cannot be used for it's intended purpose.

This place is beyond exceptional, it is the most amazing place I have ever stayed, the staff are fantastic, customer service is outstanding

The extra fee for the buffet breakfast is ridiculously high. For my family of 4, it would have cost over $200.

Wow, I cannot express how special this stay was at the Marina Bay Sands! From check in to check out, my Husband and I had the most amazing experience. The Front Desk Concierge, Belinda was so friendly and helpful with our check in and we really appreciated her acknowledging our anniversary, we had a beautiful and delicious cheesecake sent up to our room. The suite we booked & view was also spectacular, facing the Gardens By The Bay. The Infinity Pool which was the highlight of why we wanted to stay here was also breathtaking, we went in the morning and again in the evening. For the high price tag for the stay, MBS definitely lived up to expectations. I recommend staying here for a very special occasion 😊

I was not sure MBS was going to live up to expectation, but I was unexpectedly blown away. Where to start? Well, the staff were exceptional - every staff member we encountered was extremely polite, helpful, professional and attentive. An extra thank you to Michelle and Paula at checkin who were awesome. The room (we got one facing the Gardens) was amazing - spectacular views and we watched the light show from our balcony, amazing large bed, bathtub and huge bathroom, and so beautifully designed with all sorts of extras (I don’t want to spoil the surprise). And the obvious - swimming on top of the world in the rooftop pool. We were even allowed to use the pool prior to checkin and after checkout as we had a late flight, and we were given a room to shower and change afterwards. A top notch experience!

On arrival at the sky park at 2125 we were told it was too late to view the skyline Fortunately another assistant said as hotel guests it was worth a try and walked us across and we entered with no problem We did wonder why we had not been told you could not go up later than 2115 Thankfully we did get to see the amazing views

The check-in process was confusing, as I didn’t receive any email or SMS with instructions for the keys, and as a result, I didn’t get access to my room until after 4 PM

Our recent stay at Marina Bat Sand was trully exceptional. From moment we arrived, the level of service and attention to detail set hight standard. The facilities are world class, elegant, modern and immaculately maintaned. Luxurious room and iconic infinity pool was a highlight. Overall we were impress with commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious, memorable and forward-thinking in Singapore.
