I generally don’t take the time to write reviews about individual staff members, but on this occasion I felt it was absolutely warranted. My family and I stayed at Pan Pacific Orchard Singapore from 20th to 22nd March, and during that time we had the pleasure of interacting with a young staff member named Brendan, who was stationed at the front pick-up and drop-off area. Brendan consistently stood out to us in a way that is genuinely rare. Every time we entered or exited the hotel, he would immediately acknowledge us, approach with a positive attitude, and engage in friendly, genuine conversation. He was not only courteous and professional, but also enthusiastic, attentive, and naturally personable. He took the time to ask about our day, assist us with anything we needed, and ensure we felt welcomed at all times. What made the experience particularly memorable was that his approach never felt forced or procedural—it was authentic, and it made a lasting impression on us. For context, we travel frequently and have stayed in hotels all around the world, including recently at Marina Bay Sands, and we are currently staying at the highly regarded Fairmont Tokyo. Despite the exceptionally high standards of service at these prestigious properties, not a single staff member has stood out to us in the same way Brendan has. He is a genuine asset to your hotel and a perfect example of what exceptional hospitality should look like. I strongly believe he deserves recognition for his attitude, work ethic, and the positive impact he has on guests. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and in particular, thank you to Brendan for making it truly memorable.

This was the most luxurious and meticulously designed suite and hotel that we have been to. Pure class. The comfort, looks, smart-home controls, Japanese toilets, the huge TVs/cinemas in each room, ... We didn't want to leave. The staff were very friendly and helpful. From the introduction by Eunice whose energy was contagious (and the singing!) to people presenting food to us (Thava), we felt like home. The in room dining was so good and well presented that it felt like a Michelin start restaurant! Well done! The views from the suite with two balconies was great overlooking the bay with lots of ships and nice sun rises. There is the infinity pool on the roof, which itself is worth a visit. Breathtaking views and nice atmosphere.

The room was gorgeous, well decorated, cleaned and amazing view as requested and the $100 credit to use was fantastic which i used at one of the pre selected restaurants. The boat shaped infinity pool on top of the Hotel was lush and it was great to explore the Sky Deck Observatory and take in the Skyline as well. Lots to see and do around area and would definitely return and spend more time in my room !

It was quite busy and overwhelming stepping into the lobby with so many people walking through due to the fact it connected to other towers and the shopping complex and trying to orientation myself with the app..

Everything. We have never had such incredible service ever

The hotel and facilities were exceptional. The restaurants and bars were amazing. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The concierge team were particularly helpful as were the housekeeper who looked after our room. We were particularly impressed that on the day of check-out we had access to all the hotel residents' facilities until 6pm. We had a night-time flight and were able to store our luggage for the day and also able to book access to a complimentary shower room for an hour in the evening before leaving for the airport, which was fabulous.

We were so impressed, we didn't feel that anything could be improved. I think the only thing that could improved our stay would have been if we were able to stay longer :). We will definitely stay here again and for longer.

Sensational place in Singapore with a magnificent view from the pool on the 57th floor

The only thing we didn't like was the noise from the construction going on right next to the hotel. It's going on 7 days a week from morning till night. So sitting and relaxing on the balcony overlooking the Marina Bya Sand park was not pleasant at all.

The entire experience was phenomenal, the staff was overly friendly and helpful. They help you with everything and treat you like royalty! The food was tasty and drinks delicious. Probably the best coconut ive had by the poolside and they surprised me for my birthday with a drink and a card :)

The AC in the bedrooms has the minimum temperature set to 20 degrees. This is way too warm as it is generally accepted that a usual nighttime temp would be approx 18 degrees. It was way to warm to be u see a heavy duvet and it disturbed my sleep

The large pool area and plentiful lounge chairs means that there was plenty of room for a lot of people without feeling crowded. The views are phenomenal and the hotel is so beautifully appointed that you can't help but feel that you are indulging in luxury. The quality of amenities, even in the bathroom, is very high. I felt that we actually got what we paid for - in a good way.

We had a wonderful stay at Marina Bay Sands and overall it was a fantastic experience. Our room was luxurious, beautifully designed, and incredibly clean. Everything felt new and very well maintained, and the view from the 37th floor was absolutely breathtaking. The staff truly made the experience special. Everyone we interacted with was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. We were traveling with our 5-month-old baby, and the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They provided a baby crib and even a sterilizer for baby bottles, and also surprised us with some lovely little gifts for our daughter — such a thoughtful touch. In-room dining was impressively fast, and the team was very accommodating when it came to special requests with how dishes were prepared, which we really appreciated. Another big plus — we were able to check in at 10 AM, which was amazing after a long trip.

There were only a couple of small downsides. The breakfast was surprisingly underwhelming for a hotel of this level. The selection felt limited and the quality wasn’t great — at one point even basic things like whole-grain bread had run out, which was a bit surprising. Also, the standard checkout time is 11 AM, which feels quite early. We managed to extend it to 12 PM, but then waited about 40 minutes for our luggage to be collected from the room. That said, the staff handled the situation very kindly — they sincerely apologized and even offered us a complimentary transfer to the airport, which we really appreciated.

The pool , pool side , everything was amazing. The room was just so beautiful! and perfect. The room stylist cleaned the room 2 time a day and the special attention were really appreciated.
