There was no refrigerator at room , seems took for maintenance and forget return to room 😗😗

You have to wear a swimming cap to use their pool (first time in my life I've come across this rule!). If you don't have one, you can buy one from them for 47RMB which is annoying Poor quality toilet paper WiFi was super slow and/or kept dropping, even after my connection was reset Junior concierge staff struggle a little with English Gym opens a little late for my taste (8am)

Location excelente. Breakfast buffet with a lot of options. Price is good.

Staff is not oriented to service. They majority don’t speak English and try to avoid contact with the client.

The rooms were on the 22nd floor, next to each other. We all liked the rooms. Even though they were close to the lifts, there was no noise from them.

We were a family and it was a shame that there were no connecting rooms in the hotel. The hotel is definitely more suitable for single people or business people.

Is very nice to stay here again, special see some old friend, as Brenda feel very nice,

The staff are very friendly and supportive.

The hotel and rooms was very dated and it SMELLED...that's not a good sign. The hotel needs a refurbishment.

Very close to the metro station, right in the middle of everything but calm and qiet.

Location is awesome, right outside metro station with 24hours convinent store. The lady receptionist was very warm welcoming during check-in especially when I arrived past midnight. Majority of service staff are great.

During check-out, a little disappointment with the gentleman front office manager, kind of rude.

Convenient location. Easy access to subway, just few minutes of walk.

Comfortable room. Wide selection at breakfast. Check out very efficient. Great location near many malls, cafes and subway. Use exit 12 when arriving at Jingan Temple. Disposable toiletries provided at reception were appreciated.

Bathroom small and outdated. Does anyone actually use the overcomplicated toilet seat?? Prices in the lobby lounge bar were extortionate. Open hours for bar and cafe did not match the advertised. Pool was a bit too cold and could do with lane markers at least to separate a kids playing zone and a swimming area.

Right next to the Jing'an temple and three different metro lines, this location was nice for those who like to move. Easy to go places and easy to come back. the gym and swimming pool were nice and they even had a tennis court.

The carpet in the room felt a bit old with all the problems that come with old carpets... The road next to the hotel can be loud with the amount of cars passing through. but even the Puli has that problem

Excellent location, close to the French concession and Jin an temple. The breakfast is very complete, it has a lot of variety for asian and westerners. We got an old room that did not smell good.
