Great location just next to the Jing’an temple, surrounding shopping malls and the metro station. The fitness centre was clean and had a variety of equipment (but a lot of empty space they could fill with additional equipment to make it a real great gym). The bed was comfortable and room clean.

People smoke in this hotel, despite it saying non-smoking hotel. I had to spend two days with smoke billowing into my room and I was not compensated for that. One night was completely ruined. The small cleaning fee that smokers have to pay if they are caught is rather an encouragement to smoke. The spa was a great disappointment. I went there expecting a calm, relaxing massage. However, the massage table was next to a hair saloon where they used noisy equipment, like a super loud hair dryer, they talked loudly. This made the entire experience stressful and the total opposite to what I paid for. When I pointed this out, there was no compensation. This was considered normal praxis at the spa. There is no spa culture at all. AVOID USING THE SPA SERVICES and do not stay at this hotel if you are looking for a spa!

The location is simply excellent! The rooms are also good size and have all we needed (electric kettle, coffee machine).

Some of the rooms are very noisy, so we asked for anotheer one. The staff also had to be repeatedly reminded to replenish things like the cofffee cartridges for the machine, tea bags, toiletries, etc.

in general is quite a traditional design/old design of the structure or room but overall stay is still very comfortable and the location is handy.

Nice location. The housekeeper Mrs wang on our level 18 cleaning our room is super friendly and professional. She deserves a raise.

Breakfast was abundant. Something for everybody. Room with City View to the Temple, loved it. Great place to sit at night and chat. Swimming pool is huge. Fitness place also big and not crowded. All in all, I would go there again. Ohh yes, the massage for 450 Yuan was great. Very clean massage place.

The staff are always helpful. The hotel has a great location next to Jing’an temple. There is also a metro entrance next to the hotel.

I have stayed here many times and will continue to do so however because of this I’m aware that some of the rooms have been updated and are of better quality. I had achieved a free room upgrade from Booking.com but the room I got was the most basic and hadn’t been updated. There was even a stain on the carpet.

The hotel is in an amazing location and as value-for-money goes, it's hard to beat it. There are much better hotels in the area but they are also much pricier. I needed a place for weeks, so the difference really made a difference.

Cleaners were struggling with tidying up and replenishing goodies like coffee cartridges (one day we got 2, the next day none, then 1). The hotel reception told us they were outsourced staff, and I'd rethink their contract.

The location is excellent. The room is very clean. Even The outside the hotel looks rally old, but the is new.

In my room is full of smell of cigarette. I already noticed that I don’t like that smell.

Check in and check out, very simple. Summer Wang dealt with us on both. We've been coming here for many years now so that would tell it's own story.

The bar closes a little early, maybe another hour would be good.

The location is fantastic. The overall room is quite big in comparison to similar hotels. I really appreciated how helpful the staff was. There were almost no difficulties with communication. The concierges are very helpful, they took my order and helped me send cards (you can buy stamps from them, which is very convenient). Overall, the beds were nice and comfortable except for the pillows, which were too thin. The bedding is clean.

The rooms are baroque style, and they are very classy with a lot of dark wood, it may be good, but I felt like I was in a granny house. Because of the colors and dark wood, the room weighted upon me. The blinds were ripped and had a heavy nicotine smell. The toilet should be disinfected better as you can smell sewerage. There are little lights in the room (even if you turn every light, it will still be too dark) and no central panel to control lights, and you have to switch them on and off individually.
