Great location, great restaurant.

Bathrooms are way too small. Serving 5’pm wine at the social in plastic cups is a no no, and having to ask to get your room made up is so yesterday

Excellent location in the heart of Seattle, in walking distance to many key sights and transport links. Very modern and clean, with spacious comfortable rooms - big beds too! The 24 hour gym and facility are also ideal. Staff were pleasant and helpful too

Loved the location. Close to the Paramount Theater where our concert was. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Hotel was clean and up to date.

I’m from Alaska so I enjoy a cool room. Had a hard time regulating the temperature. The bathroom was very nice but wish there was more counter space. And at least one towel rack or holder next to the sink. I also was disappointed that there was only one chair in the room. If you are traveling by yourself it would have been fine, but having your significant other with you, another chair would have gone a long way in the comfort department. Parking was also very expensive in this area. Expect to pay $35 - $55 a day.

Really enjoyed our stay! The room and hotel was very luxurious and we would definitely go back. Staff were lovely and gave us a room upgrade and complimentary glass of wine for no reason

The bed was super comfortable and big, we loved that after a big day of travelling. Room was very quiet and clean.

The room was quite small, it was perfect for our 1 night stay but anymore we would have struggled.

Hotel was lovely. Spacious tasteful lobby for a small hotel. Front desk staff knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms beautifully and tastefully furnished. Opposite of ubiquitous cookie cutter hotels.

Location

No free water bottles in room, you have to call front desk to get dental hygiene kit. They were quick to bring it so not a big deal.

Location was excellent for our needs, we did not eat at the hotel so cannot reply to that. I did ask the manager at the desk if we could get tea late in the evening and was amazed that they brought us a hot water kettle so we could make our own just as we wanted. Excellent staff, courteous and helpful.

We had brought our own tea on our trip but a few tea bags in the room would have been nice.

The room was lovely and spacious. The bathroom shower was the best I’d ever been in. I could have spent the day in that shower.

This is a very attractive boutique hotel with lovely furnishings and art work making it a pleasant place to stay. Our bedroom was spacious with a little seating area. The location was great for everywhere we wanted to go and also close to public transport but also within easy walking distance to many tourist locations such as Pikes Market. The staff were very efficient and welcoming. Riders restaurant in the hotel had good food although at times got very busy. There is also a coffee shop for carry out coffees and pastries next to the foyer. Would recommend this hotel and definitely use it again. Excellent value for money.

Great location, only 15 minutes walk to the waterfront and the public market. The monorail station also could be reached within 10 minutes by feet. Old little hotel but quite nice designed and beautiful decorated. Bar and restaurant inside the hotel. The room is clean and nice decorated. Comfortable beds. Coffee machine inside the room.

The hotel looked much older and smaller than the pictures showed on booking.com Quite small and old room, not much space for 2 persons. There is no microwave, no refrigerator, no kettle inside the room. Quite disappointed! We tried to call the housekeeping and finally she sent us a small kettle. Thank you!

Great central location. Walking distance to waterfront restaurants and shops. Staff helpful with directions to where we needed to go.

The hotel will only do room service if you ask for it. We weren’t told about this when checking in and after a day out we got back to the room and it wasn’t done. Pretty disappointed. We asked a TV number of guests if they knew about this and they too were surprised. When I contacted reception they said a text message had been sent after checking in including this information. This is not enough. Most people on vacation don’t constantly check their messages and the reason put forward on the text was based on Covid issues. Covid’s well and truly over and a hotel of this calibre which charges accordingly needs to re-introduce daily service immediately or continue to risk negative reactions from guests. It’s an old building but the bathroom was really tiny with nowhere to put anything. Not sure if the coffee shop is owned by the hotel but to have one poor staff member trying to deal with large numbers of guests queuing up on a Saturday and Sunday morning is simply not good enough. Not fair on that person or the guests. Management needs to re-assess its staffing arrangements.

Our room had a view of the street and was more comfortable than we thought. Everything was clean & neat! 10-min walk to Pike Market Place, in the same street you can find a Starbucks, Cheesecake Factory, Arcade & Regal Cinema. There’s a parking garage right next to the hotel which charges $32 per 18-24 hours. Overall, great location & value!

Fabulous location close to the market and restaurants

Location was great, staff was friendly. Room was generously sized, but the bathroom was oddly tiny. The price was ok, but there was an NFL game in town so the price was pretty high in comparison to other nights in the same week.

When we got to our floor there was a room service tray outside of our room, but it took almost an entire day for someone to get the tray for some reason. TV didn't work at first, but they did call the engineer back from going home to fix it. So all in all, nothing that was a deal breaker, but stepping it up a little would make this an ultimate stay.

I love this hotel for its excellent location and warm vibe. Beds are comfortable and the block out curtains are appreciated when travelling from different time zones. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel is wonderful and very convenient when arriving late.

The location, reception staff and the hotel’s aesthetics were exceptional.

The room I got was very small and the lack of seating space (desk and a chair) had an effect on my stay. I was able to use the meeting room table in the lobby, but I would have preferred being able to do my work in my hotel room.

Smoked food smell permeates the hotel. Very little breakfast food available, zero choice. Coffee kiosk isn’t open in the afternoon.

Booked for 4 people, but the towels were only for 3 people. No concerns though, guest services were able to provide the extra towels. The sofa bed did not have a fitted sheet.

Wine hour was a very pleasant surprise. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. The coffee machine in the room was good. The bathroom was clean.

True what others say about the hallways smelling like campfire, but I did not detect this scent in my room, and it was actually kinda pleasant in the hallway. The room was beautifully decorated with high end products in the bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Perfect location for exploring downtown, including Pikes Place and the Aquarium. A massive shoutout to the housekeeping and front desk staff, who located a piece of gold jewelry I left behind in the room, and held it in the hotel safe until I could return to retrieve it. Many, many thanks.

Bedroom very small - as was stated on the website but access to inside of the bed quite restricted given room orientation. Air conditioning too noisy to turn on plus the hotel or some property adjoining it has a conditioning system which generates quite a hum. 24 hours a day.
