Great location, very comfortable. Great staff, very helpful when we needed to leave suitcases prior to leaving on a cruise.

The hotel is lovely. Loved the vintage touch. Bed was super comfy with very nice bedding. Check in smooth and fast.

The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable and should be more firm. The bathroom is too small, you hardly can move. Regular hotel, but it was overpriced. The room size is small for 2. The room I got is one of those connecting room style, this was not clarified before I confirmed the booking. I asked to change it, but no other room was available. I ended up upgrading to another room on my own charge. I asked for a late checkout and been told it has been approved until a certain time, and beyond it, I will be charged. However, I ended up being charged for this time that was supposed to be complimentary.

The location is excellent. It is in a fantastic shopping and dining area with a short walk to Pike street Market. It is also near the Monorail and train stations.

I liked the decoration as it didn’t feel like standard room hotel. It was clean and room was super spacious (we had a kind room, an open sofa bed, a baby crib and still had space to move around. Location was very convenient next to the monorail stop, shops, and short walk to pike market.

Bathroom was too small. The bathroom sink didn’t have any space on its side where you could leave your toiletry bag or anything at all. You also didn’t have any place to leave your clothes to get dressed inside the bathroom.

Great location, good views from the 20th floor. Nice room, having a lounge area was definitely a bonus

The bed was small and the reception staff were not very friendly. Nobody offered to help us with our cases, in fact one member of staff stood and watched as we struggled with the door trying to get two large cases in.

Central, quiet and had an excellent restaurant

Our superior king room was very spacious, well laid out and well appointed. The bathroom featured a well above average shower recess and the remaining area comfortably catered for two people at once. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.

The bed was fine, however we found it a little hard.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the decor throughout the hotel was stylish and well thought out. The location was also convenient — just a short walk to Pike Place Market and close to the Link light rail station Westlake, which made getting around to/from the airport easy.

The room wasn’t serviced daily, which was a bit unexpected. It would have been nice to have fresh towels and a quick tidy-up each day without needing to request it.

Good location and funky communal areas. Nice coffee shop with zac being very helpful.

Size of bathroom. I’m Ok with a small bathroom but this was not even uk small en-suite size in a room for 4 people.

Good location, easy to get to via public transport. Cool room with interesting decor. Coffee in the room. Complimentary wine hour was a treat!

No breakfast included. There is a small cafe on site but options are limited and it was very busy with only one person working. No tea option available in the room. We found the hotel expensive for what it was ... But this seems in accordance with Seattle prices.

Super kind staff and really accommodating. My luggage had been lost and they offered me a variety of products to make me more comfortable. They greeted us every time we were in the lobby. Great location. Clean.

There’s a great coffee shop right in the lobby — it really adds to the atmosphere and looks amazing. The overall design is stylish and inviting, and the hotel staff are also wonderful — friendly, professional, and always helpful.

They were very accommodating to a large group. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We had alot of luggage since there was alot of us who just got off a cruise and they stored luggage for everyone.

The location and the room were excellent

We arrive early (10am) and the room wasn’t ready, we return at 4:00 pm and they told us they don’t have rooms already, we explain that we already checked-in early and let them enough time to clean a room, and she doble check and magically they have our room ready, I don’t get the actitud!

Hotel was walking distance to everything, good location. Elevator was lovely.

Bathroom light switch was not in the bathroom. Not a good view from our room.

Our room was so cozy and quiet and beautifully updated (as is the hotel). The elevators are fast. Cafe Darte coffee always delish. Friendliest, most helpful and warm staff throughout our stay. Valet service quick! Perfectly central to our event in Pioneer Square, our kids in Fremont and walkable to Lake Union and back for the 4th. We had the best stay thank you well done!

Not possible we realize but spaces were tight. It was fine for what we needed but you might want a little more breathing room

The restaurant, food is very expensive and poorly prepared. I ordered a hamburger and the taste was meet mixed with raw fish. They need to avoid mixing food while prepping. They did not charge for my food and overall the fries were very good

Staff was exceptional, room super comfortable and large. Shower modern and great water pressure. Lots of nice touches. The attached restaurant, Riders, also nice happy hour specials. Across the street from a sweet lil market for essentials and wine. Starbucks also. Thinking it’s our new Seattle go to place.

There needs to be easier ways to get ice. It took a while to get requested ice. ( over an hour) Better parking accommodations and price on parking.

Very clean and comfy

The only think we did not like is that because the room was very small the king size bed occupied a lot of room and it has a wooden frame that we hit ourselves at least 3 times and it did really hurt. Otherwise very comfy mattress, very crisp and clean sheets and good pillows The bathroom is Very small. But very clean, good shower, water pressure very good.

The first day we left the room early and returned around 3 and the room had not been cleaned yet. As soon as we got there, they came to clean it, and we had to leave the room as we were told the cleaning crew did not work longer hours than those. We did not have the same issue the following days and everything was great

The bed was extremely comfortable, the location was ideal for exploring and the facilities in the hotel were also good. We also enjoyed the free wine hour - a nice touch and a good way to save some $$$ in a very expensive city!

The cleanliness of our room was mostly OK but there were multiple hairs on the ceiling of our bathroom and in the shower, which was a shame. It also would've been good to have a kettle in the room since we don't drink coffee.

Clean & perfect location

Very tight space in the rooms.

I arrived early in the morning after a long 17+ hour flight and the staff were happy to accommodate my early check-in request. The room and toilet were also very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable and I like that they had adequate electrical plugs/USB outlets around the room and an ironing board. Location-wise, this hotel can't be beat if you're attending an event at the Seattle Convention Center, with less than a 5 min walk door to door. The famous Pike Place Market, Target and many eateries are also within a 10-20 mins walk from the hotel.

The room was a little small and all I had was a tiny round table that was barely big enough to put a laptop on. Since I was traveling for work, I would've been great for the room to have a proper desk or at least a larger table. Also, be warned that they don't do daily room service like most other hotels, though this was not that big of a deal for me. I do wish that they had paid more attention to the amount of shower gel left in the dispensers during the last room service as the one in my room ran low on my last night there. Finally, do check your bill carefully AND online credit card statement upon check out. The hotel accidentally double-charged me for one of the nights and I didn't realize this until days later. They were finally able to resolve the issue by issuing me a refund after 2 weeks but I could have done without the stress as they take a long time to reply to messages over Booking.com and the refund took almost 2 weeks to reflect on my credit card statement.
