Nice room, comfortable and well appointed. Quiet and building in a good location all be it a bit of a walk to the Hop on Hop off bus stop. Good restaurants nearby and area felt relatively safe. Staff very helpful. Breakfast unbelievably good. Best we have had so far.

Filtered water dispenser was tricky to shut off so you might risk your glass overflowing. The tiny light on the dispenser lit up the glass enclosed bathroom, interfering with darkness.

The room was very comfortable as was the bedding. All the staff was very nice and helpful.

Lighting in room a bit too dim The breakfast was nice although we found the eggs to be rather lukewarm most mornings; we noticed on our last day there that someone got an omelette. We were not aware that we could request an omelette! Maybe a little bit better communication about breakfast is in order.

In a fabulous location, really friendly and attentive staff and great value for money.

Can be a little noisy on a weekend when people are partying in Lastarria but that is also part of its charm.

The breakfast room was always a bit crowded and some of the staff were a bit rushed.

The location was fabulous for us. So many restaurants and close by to metro lines. Lovely rooftop restaurant for breakfast and amazing views. Gym also nice facility.

The bed was a little soft for us. And the room layout not great, bathroom is effectively in the room and with limited privacy for the toilet.

Modern hotel with great staff in a lovely part of the city

The staff, lay-out and service in this hotel was exceptional and reflected good training and management. The rooms, the ambience, the public spaces were all very good for the price. Nice to have access 24/7 to tea making facilities in the business lounge on the ground floor. Location is convenient to the Lastarria area and beyond. The warm reception from staff, especially Pedro on the front desk, was a highlight.

One minor complaint is that the seating in the bar area is not conducive to relaxed comfort - the business lounge nearby is far superior.

Pretty much everything! I was sad to leave this hotel. I'd gladly stay here again and recommend to friends and family! Just make sure you're aware of how the rings are designed, the bathroom is more "open" so don't stay with anyone you're not comfortable being that open with!

Two small things I feel could bring this hotel up a notch. I wouldn't really say they are that negative though. 1) at check in, we were told that four coffee pods came with the room and there was an extra cost for more (but there was free coffee in the business area 24 hours a day). This was fair, we were clearly told, we used one pod and it was never refilled. But as a high end hotel, I feel those types of amenities, if included, shouldn't incur any extra cost (for example: just provide two a day and refill if needed). 2) there were a couple random lights that flickered on and off throughout the night. Not lights like the ones to light your room, but maybe wifi or other electronic lights. It wasn't really a huge disturbance but if this could easily be removed it would make the stay just that much more peaceful. But regardless, an amazing stay!

They worked with us for an early check in after long flights, and held our luggage and arranged a remise to the airport for our evening flight. The breakfast was fantastic and the rooms were comfortable. The Lastarria area is right outside the front door and is a great place to walk, eat and shop.

The bathroom area was exposed to the room which was fine for my husband and I, but might not work for all travellers.

Location great. In many ways, a fine hotel. However, easy fixes could really make this a stand out place in Santiago. Not value for money in our experience.

Incredibly poor communication, almost all messages ignored before our arrival. Emailed directly and messaged on booking regarding choosing their hotel to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. Not a single acknowledgement of this. Zero personalised customer service although staff are polite, they're almost robotic in their behaviour. Coffee and vanity kit etc not replenished in the room - you have to go down to ground floor to collect a coffee and bring it back to your room! Crazy given the price per night.

Everything was perfect

The hotel is in a very lively location though it is quiet in the rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast delicious.

Very well situated the rooms are big and the beds very comfortable the personnel is very friendly and always trying to satisfy customers, especially the breakfast guys are going out of the way to serve you-Raul thank you!

Everything was great. The location was perfect in the heart of trendy Lastarria with all its bars and restaurants. The staff were incredible and the room beautifully designed with quality facilities. 10/10 all the way.

The location is fantastic, right in the middle of a very nice neighborhood, filled with restaurants, night life, street market and people. There's an infinity pool, a gym, fabulous breakfast, and i think it's a fair price for what you get. They charge you in USD.

in my room, shower and toilet glasses are a bit unprivate, whoever is laying on one of the beds is able to see whats happening in the bathroom area through a not so well-placed mirror. this is not important and it didn't interfere with my whole experience, but it's the only thing i could think of. Everything else is perfect

I loved the location. Wonderful neighborhood with great restaurants. Very near tourist attractions, a relaxed not overcrowded spot. The staff was fantastic. The breakfast was fresh, healthy and delicious.

The cleaning woman did not warn me that she had just washed the floor. She knocked because she left her phone and I slid and fell going to answer the door.

Nice breakfast, staff will greet you and serve you coffee, despite there being a buffet. Options are the standard breakfast, with fresh fruit, good selection of breads, and eggs + vegetables. Room was super quiet, despite the street being super busy (with a fair), which only made the stay even better, considering how lively everything was. The hotel restaurant has a good lunch option, and is as affordable as everything in the area is. Good reception as well, and super friendly staff. A definite must if you're in Santiago.

Amazing location, just in the heart of Santiago close to main sights, amazing ambience, great breaksfast with wonderful view, size of the room, super comfortable beds, perfect cleanliness. It was an amazing stay! Thank you for your dedication and attention to details!

We only had half time to enjoy our breakfast since we needed leave very early but no one told us that they could prepare the meal box for us

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The room was of a very high standard with good amenities including on demand filtered water. Breakfast was included and of a very high standard with a good range of food. The hotel was in a great location with many restaurants in the surrounding streets. There was also a street market just outside the hotel on each of the 3 days that I was here. It was particularly busy on the Saturday night I was here. However, even despite this busyness, it was very quiet inside the hotel.

The only thing needed is for their website and booking.com details to be updated to note that they no longer have spa services.

Amazing boutique-like hotel in Lastarria. Spacious rooms, super friendly staff. In front of the hotel, there are street sellers,and the street is a vibrant place with very good restaurants and wine bars. Lots of people all day and night, but that does not mean you will not have good sleep: the room is silent and the bed is super comfortable.

Could do with some milk capsules for the coffee in the room Would prefer the same taxi price if booking via the hotel as from the airport to the hotel

The beds were very comfortable, and the room had everything we needed. The water dispenser was great as we didn't need to ask for more. The rooms are probably more suitable to a couple.

Nothing really, food options could have been better. The rooms bathroom was very different. It might not suit everyone. But they are minor issues.
