It had a great playroom which is a fun day to wind down from the city. Small gym with everything you need and the electric by to explore city was great

It is unfortunate that the surrounding area has so many homelessness and mental health issues for people.

WiFi connectivity was a little complex and challenging. It never happened. I used my Verizon wireless platform

The bathroom was clean , room was clean , good wifi , excellent staff

Some of the staff displayed rudeness during our stay. Additionally, there were issues with our room being prematurely checked out, which the front desk employee initially questioned. Moreover, our card keys malfunctioned on three separate occasions. The staff member on duty at the time insisted it was our fault, despite the keys allowing us access to the elevator, clearly indicating an issue on their end. This experience has left me with no intention of returning, and I cannot recommend this place to others.

I loved how nice and helpful every person that works there was from the man at the door after hours to the valet, front desk, and the cleaning crew. Literally above and beyond.

I wish there was just a normal coffee machine in the room and not the espresso thing we had. I don't drink coffee but listening to my roommates whine about it was a nightmare for me.

The staff goes well above and beyond to take care of guests - without even needing to be asked. Needed to store my bikes, valet my vehicle, steam my clothes and grab dinner before the ballet. All was taken care of with no stress and full smiles. This is my second stay and I'm beyond impressed with the cleanliness, hospitality and luxe accommodations. I don't think there's a better value in the city than Zetta.

I love everything about this Hotel. There were so many fine touches. the staff was beyond wonderful for example walking me out to show me the location of a great restaurant, personal wake-up call with advice that is was colder than usual. Down comforter…yea. So many hotels have gone to cheaper blankets that are cold and far less comfortable. Finally the two head shower and a scale in the immaculate bathroom.

Downtown San Francisco has a few issues these days.

Spacious rooms, with a desk to work on. Very nice staff. They even had an ambarella waiting in my room which was handy.

Not safe area because of homeless people and drug addicts Reception staff - not helpful, not willing to even talk to customer Some basic stuff for a 4 start hotel was missing, e.g. piece to paper and pen, magnifying mirror in bathroom, slippers, nothing in minibar

The hotel is unbelievably loud, to the point where it is impossible to sleep. I stayed in two rooms – the first had the elevator sound through the wall, sounding like a drill, and the second had a vent outside the window that made my room vibrate it was so loud. Both had industrial style air con that could not be left on when sleeping, due to once again the noise disturbance. Moreover, Hotel Zetta do not do a proper breakfast (a cursory pastry is on offer before they run out) and room service from the attached restaurant is limited hours and non-existent on Sunday and Monday.

The staff is absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, they were forced to deal with major inconveniences caused by change of ownership. Again, it was not the staff’s problem… But it resulted in a less than optimal visit this time around.

change of ownership caused significant inconveniences with the booking system. When we checked in, there was already somebody in the room. They couldn’t take my credit card for incidental charges, resulting me having to come back to the lobby during my dinner. The property is fantastic, one of our favorites… But whoever makes the decisions about infrastructure should consider clients before profit.
