Very clean, great location, felt very safe, good customer service.

Pillow options were limited.

A couple of lights didn’t work.

Friendly helpful staff, great location & views. Convenient for ferries, bicycle tour, alcatraz & 4th July boat trip. Peter in the restaurant was excellent & your doorman wearing the Pith helmet always greeting us.

For our 2 King size beds could have done with bedside tables each side & proper stands for our cases.

Great location for tourists, comfortable bed and room, very nice interior.

A bit pricey, wall view (but OK, didn't bother me that much) and loud fridge.

I would like a pool

Almost everything. Location was perfect. Its very comfortable and all staff are friendly and welcoming. We especially loved the outdoor restaurant seating and indoor bar areas. The room itself is spotless and spacious

3 things: 1- Bar closed at 9:30 which was ridiculous, even in July 4. We got up from bar stool on July 4 to look out the door and watch fireworks, as did 15 others, and all drinks were tossed. And the bar closed 2 - bathroom is tiny tiny tiny 3 - outdoor seating with fire tables nice, but this is another a common area to relax, this is ONLY for the restaurant. Even if ⅓ full you get kicked out

We loved the location and the rooms were so comfortable.

It would have been nice if there were a few more amenities like a roof deck or outdoor patio.

The interior and rooms’ decor is great! The hotel is clean and looks new. Its location is in a walking distance to the main attractions.

I liked that they up graded me from a king to 2 doubles at the last minute. I liked there was a restaurant on the property. I wish they were open later.

This hotel is extremely well located and cosy. The first room we stayed in required some maintenance which we had to sort however the staff made up for these small issues with complimentary soup when I fell unexpectedly ill. When I extended my stay there were no issues or fuss carried out by staff. The staff were perfect and we loved sitting by the fireplaces scattered around the grounds.

Lights not working upon check in to the room was a little frustrating when trying to unpack and there were small flying bugs in the room which bit me. Laundry costs were very expensive. USD$12 to wash a shirt seems excessive.

The location felt very safe. They handled the front door 24/7 and kept any homeless far from the location. It was within walking distance of all our activities.

Nothing at all. The museum was fantastic to stop and learn, and the convenience of the restaurants so close was perfect.

Wonderful bedroom. Comfy beds and very clean. Had refrigerator in the room to store our water/soda/beer. Loved the nautical theme. The lobby was so inviting with the fireplace. We sat and chatted with others on two evenings after a chilly walk back from Ghiradelli Square. Great location.

Water pressure in shower was not the best. I also think for the cost of the hotel it would have been nice to include the water bottles that were in the room. We had our own anyway so not a big deal.
