The concierge was wonderful. Doorman always polite.

Overpriced most definitely. I paid over $1000 per night for a $200 room at best. I paid extra for a room with a veiw and that was a joke.

I made reservation because of pool with my family. There was no info about pool is not accepting 9 years old child. I disappointed. When I complain with Hotel managment they made me another pool out of hotel with extra cost. This was your mistake and even you did not accepted.

Room was great except for a fire sprinkler making a buzzing noise in the middle of the night. We really enjoyed Alvin at the bar. Hostesses and front desk staff friendly and helpful.

$25 martini?, $20 for two black coffees because the lobby coffee was gone by 9am?, a wrong charge on our bill from someone who had a tequila lunch and charged our number (I realize that can happen and they did reverse the charge). Drinks just too pricey.

Overrated. The rooms were smalls and old. Hotel is hidden with no view

- Clean - Good location - 90% of the staff are not rude

- Wrong mini bar charges. - The price of the in-room dining are very high and the food is so basic with limited options. - The doormen only serve you if you ride a nice car. - The phone has a button that does not work, and the lights of the bedroom can take 5 mins to close if you try to close them down.
