A great hotel in a fab location but check exactly where your room is located
It’s in a great location and some of the service like the valet parking etc was really good.
I paid for an upgraded room (a sanctuary suite) but it was super near to the plant room and we were woken up at 05:00 each morning by the plant switching on. It also had a weird outside space which seemed to be shared with the next door room.
The reception staff were a mixed bag, some really friendly and helpful others not so much

Great location, great food, and excellent service by all staff.
Everything was excellent. The property was clean, professionally presented, and amazing views from both sides. We had rooms on two different floors and both sides had exceptional views of the beach.

Enjoyed and I Would return for a longer stay.
Convenient location on the beach with nice amenities and rooms. Enjoyed the restaurant JRDN, in the hotel on the beachside. A bit pricey but very nice.
Nice rooms, beds, and sundeck. Lovely sunsets too.

Amazing location with wonderful ocean views
Wonderfully located hotel very close to the beach in a hip and trendy neighborhood. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. You should get a room with an ocean view to really enjoy the hotel.
Rooms are okay, but could be furnished in a nicer and more comfortable manner. Wifi is pretty poor. Unfortunately, they do not have a gym/fitness room. Although they provide you with guest passes to a gym that is close by.

Wonderful staff but very basic hotel.
The views are amazing. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Valet service was wonderful very nice employees!
We were disappointed with the amenities. There is a resort fee but it does not feel like a resort. We did not realize there is no pool or hot tub. On site dining is very fancy and beautiful but can not inviting for the average traveler. Not a place for families, I would not bring my children, much more suitable for couples.

The location of the hotel and the spacious rooms as well as the restaurant of the hotel where the best things that we liked!
We didn’t liked the fact that the housekeeping service was upon request, in a 4 star hotel you shouldn’t ask for your room to be cleaned.

Fantastic all the way around! You won't be disappointed!!!
We loved our stay. We signed out bicycles, beach chairs, beach blankets /towels that were at no additional charge. We did the Wednesday night wine tasting which was fantastic and very informative. Located right next to the pier; the boardwalk was fun, and watching all the surfers was a blast! The hotel restaurant served nothing but the freshest and best food. The sunsets were amazing!!! We plan to come back again. Side note: We had reservations for Tower 23 for 2 nights and planned to go to the gas lamp area afterward.
Since it was such the perfect location, great service, fine dining and so clean, we decided to stay the rest of our vacation there. We will be back! The staff is very kind, accomodating and they remember who you are and the room
you are in!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

It’s a hotel vibe and not a resort vibe. A good brief stay but for relaxation and luxury the Pacific Terrace prevails.
Location was fabulous and on site restaurant was convenient . Valet staff was excellent and very friendly too.
No pool, no room service or not offered and no sundeck food/beverage service…. Amenities were not explained during check in and no brochure or handouts given. Host staff in restaurant were reluctant, not friendly and food options for vegan and vegetarian were very limited both in number of options and in the variety of ingredients used.

Food is fresh and delicious. Clean and comfy bed. Best view of the ocean. Parking fees is reasonable with free valet.
