The location was good. The gym exceptional. I would encourage this hotel to promote their gym as it’s one of the best we’ve ever found. Great, great people and service. Fantastic breakfast.

An outstanding hotel with amazing service - not to be missed
This hotel was the perfect start to our Italian tour. Outstanding in every regard. The staff, and particularly the housekeeping staff and bar staff, were terrific. Seemingly on a mission to 'surprise and delight', they made the experience. However, the facilities (including the gym - one of the very best I've seen) were first class and our corner room was spacious with amazing views. Now in my personal top 10 hotels!
I really couldn't fault the hotel and the service at all.

Awesome W Hotel and splendid experience
We liked everything from the staff that was so nice and diligent, the hotel was very modern, we liked the beautifully decorated suite, we liked the location close to everything at foot or quick taxi drive, we liked the terrace in our room, we liked the vibe, we liked the restaurant and bar. The hotel services and facilities were top notch and beautifully designed. We liked a lot our stay in this hotel and have usually quite high expectations which were all met with this hotel.

Where can I start? This was the best hotel we’ve been. Super nice, helpful staff. very stylish hotel. very good breakfast. always smiling people around. the rooms were great, they welcomed out children as well.

The noise at night in my room made it impossible to rest relax and sleep. The response to my complaint was inadequate. it spoilt my trip to Rome

Amazing, just make sure you are prepared for the noise
The property is beautiful and the stuff was amazing.
Do not take the courtyard room. There is no soundproofing and there is a DJ every night from about 6pm until 1am. We had to switch room, as it was impossible to rest or sleep.
