The room was clean and the location is not too far from the Termini station, although you need to cross some rough neighborhooed. They have luggage depot onsite but the software running the lockers is somewhat improvable.

The place is super-noisy... 'premium' rooms like mine right at the middle of the corridor it is nearly impossible to relax as all the school groups and their teachers keep running and shouting from the lift to the dorms at every hour of the evening and night. The only solution is using earplugs to sleep, but if you try to do anything else (watch tv or talking over the phone) you won't have a chance. Breakfast is overpriced (and all cheap supermarket stuff: don't expect bakery style croissants)

The hostel is very nice and comfortable. Emiliano and Lorenzo, some of the front desk members, are really nice, warm and they try to help you out. In general, all the staff was nice and tried to help, but Emiliano and Lorenzo are out the charts :) The location is 5min foot from the Colosseum, beds division is well organized, two bedrooms for 6 people - very nice. There is a top roof with a bar, to seat.

The kitchen is not fully equipped. It doesn't have cups, forks and knives, spoons, plates, etc. That sure could be improved. There is a sink, a fridge and a table nothing else. The lights in the room are super strong and turn on automatically every time someone enters the room. I asked for it to be off, the staff could not manage to do it. Every time someone entered the room in the middle of the night, everyone was uncomfortable (the ones entering, for disturbing others; the ones asleep who would get the lights shooting right in their eyes - white, strong big lights). Presence lights (ON THE FLOOR) would be a much better option.

The only thing I don't like is when you tap your card going inside to your room is the sound creating inside like a buzzer. You know it gonna disturbed your roommate inside

No kitchen facilities

It was only a short walk from the train and bus and a couple of streets from an elegant part of Rome with nice bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and modern, and quiet. We arrived earlier than check in but was allowed into the room immediately ... much appreciated after a long flight.

There is a roof bar and downstairs bar, but only one is open at a time it seems, so if it cool and windy on the roof there is no choice.

It is very central and has the benefits of a large chain hotel. The staff was friendly.

The shower was not clean. I had a twin room which was not the best. The AC did not function.

The hotel is located several minutes from the train station, which was very comfortable, but the neighborhood feels very sketchy and unsafe. The room was clean and spacious. There were two bathrooms in the room

There were no shower gel/shampoo or even towels. Also, you need to pay 5 extra euros if you want to lock your drawer with things, otherwise it's gonna be open.

The staff is really good, specially Chiara, she helped me a lot. All the hostel is very cleaned, the beds are confortable and the structure is okay.

Despite the great localization, the neighborhood is sketchy at night, I had to come back early, for not be stolen by some immigrant groups that stay around the place.

Shout out to the two girls who checked me in on 12th April. Lovely staff, very helpful and attentive. Great location, very closed to train station and all the attractions are walkable.

There’s a loud buzzing sound when you open the door for the room, could be a little bit stressful if other people come back in the middle of the night or leaving early.

It’s very close to the train station, and the staff provide excellent service. Whenever you have any questions, they help you quickly and always with a smile.

I stayed in a single room, but the cleanliness wasn’t very good. On my first day, I stepped on a piece of used chewing gum on the floor. The soundproofing isn’t great either, and the people around the area seem a bit more complicated. It’s better not to return too late, as it feels a bit unsafe.

The staff was amazing, very open, and ready to help with any question you have Amenities were good. I had an issue with the power system in my bed, which was solved in less than a day. Rooms are super clean

The rooms themselves felt a bit dark and, as a result, dont really feel the space. Also, the smoking area is very dark, and there are no plugs there

Overall, the hostel was really nice, it was clean with a nice social area, the reception was 24hrs with great staff and the rooms were really spacious! Having the en suite dorm was really useful as it meant there were less people using one bathroom (much nicer than what we'd experienced in other hostels).

To be honest the location wasn't great, other than the fact that it's close to the train station, there isn't much going on in that area. It feels quite unsafe and (as we later found out) is one of the worst neighbourhoods in Rome. However, it was a short walk (20mins) to nicer neighbourhoods and the Colosseum which was good. Other than that, our only other minor complaints would be that the beds weren't particularly comfortable and if you are in a dorm the doors make a very very loud noise when unlocking and the lights immediately turn on. This is fine during the day but at night can be quite distracting from sleep. This hostel was a bit on the pricey side for us and although it was nice it wasn't THAT nice.

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond what I would have expected. My phone got stolen and they really helped me and restored my faith in humanity! The location is great, 5 min walk from the Rome station, rooms were reasonably priced and clean.

I understand that the accommodation is a youth hostel so there will be noise but the constant banging of the doors was a lot. I'm not sure if there's some mechanism that could minimise them shutting so quickly and loudly

Incredibly friendly staff. Be prepared it can get crowded with groups of youngsters and thus loud - you're in Rome after all

Powerpoints on the bed didn't work at all. So I had to use the communal one to charge my phone. There was a risk to get taken.

Location was great for Coliseum, Trevi fountain and Spanish steps, all well within walking distance, however we did appear to be in a slightly "rough" area. Police consistantly outside. We were in a mixed dormitory, which was fine but disturbed by large party of teenagers in room above. Staff on duty did deal with it.

Very friendly staff who genuinely enjoy their guests comfort. Bar and bar food good. Great location.

A beautiful and clean hotel

The hostel is located right next to Termini station so it makes it very practical to arrive and leave by bus or train, even to the airport. The distance to the city center is 20 min by foot but there is a metro station right next to the hostel. The reception and common rooms are very comfortable and nice. The rooms are spacious with separated ensuite bathroom and toilet which is great for a room with more people. The lockers beneath the bed are very big. Every bed had a light and two power sockets.

The only thing I didn't like and that I would change is the bed sheet and matress. The matress had plastic cover while the bed sheet didn't have elastic so with every turn my sheet would slip. But besides that everything was great.

Clean, well appointed rooms. Lovely helpful staff. Near Termini station, and very close to Vitorio Emmanuele metro station. Don’t understand the negative reviews at all, our experience was great.

Absolutely amazing staff, they were very helpful and friendly. Rooms and common areas were clean, there were an extra room with lockers to leave the luggage (for an extra fee) after check out. Overall, good value for money.

I was missing a little kitchen (there are 2 small fridges, a microwave, a kettle and a few other items) and the location was okay, but didn’t feel safe, especially for the women in the evening/night time.

4 bedroom dorm is very spacious, separated bathroom & shower room

Honestly it is a very very nice experience, met super cool people from many countries and lived together like we knew each other for months. The staff is super friendly and they deep clean the bathrooms daily. would definitely recommend and would try again. I recommend the 6 beds room because its more spacious than the 4 and has 2 bathrooms.

It was clean and cozy, the room was big. the price was also fair.

The bedsheet were from materials like plastic and it was causing sweating and annoy while sleeping. The beds were not having curtains for privacy or to prevent annoying others from light etc.

I loved the bar/dining room and the food they had. It was delicious to boot! The location was great and super close to the metro and train station. The square a block or so from the hostel had great coffee options.

The noise at times was a bit much, but they can’t really control that. My room was really stuffy and warm, but I had a window so I just opened it.

Staying in this hostel exceeded my expectations. The room was big and spacious. It had its own bathroom and toilet. The staff was super nice and helpful.
