One of the best hotel expierences we have had.
The service! We arrived on Valentines days and there was a free of charge bottle of Prosecco and chocolates in the room. Then we had a rough night when guests moved in the middle of the night to the connecting room next door, we could hear everything… Night shift upgraded us to a Suite and told us to transfer the luggage the next morning. Then on the last day, without anyone requesting it, I received a birthday cupcake for breakfast. Someone must be keeping a tab on the passport birthdates. Very nice touch. We even forgot to pay for mini bar charge and it was on the house. This was a very good hotel experience.
Depending on the room, you can hear what’s happening in the hallways or the rooms next door which make it noisy especially at night :)

It could not have been any better, we loved it.
It was quiet, so much so we felt like we were the only quests. The staff were so friendly and helpful and took such good care of us and all our needs. The location was perfect for walking to several places of interest in the city. We will stay there again.

Relaxing, high quality service and facilities.
The service was exceptionally good and the quality of the room was excellent. The breakfast was amazing and I would recommend dining in the restaurant. The hotel is in a brilliant location with all of the key sights being within walking distance.
There was nothing that we didn’t like.

LUXURIOUS, PEACEFUL AND ATTENTIVE STAFF
The location is excellent and while it’s right where you want to be it’s also two streets over from the hustle and bustle so provides more privacy and quiet.
The staff was beyond helpful, they gave excellent recommendations and went above and beyond for us when they were informed it was our honeymoon.
The decor of the rooms was beautiful, luxurious and tasteful. The beds were very comfortable and the maid service did an impeccable job. Turn down service every night was a treat to come home to.
The amenities were excellent and the products provided in bathroom were top quality.
We were so sad to leave the hotel but would 100% recommend the First Roma Arte to friends and it will be our first choice when returning to Rome.

Good location, quality, great hospitality♥️
We stayed for our honeymoon. They welcomed us to our room with a bottle of Prosecco and chocolate covered strawberries♥️ The hotel staff were amazing. Very helpful and kind 24/7
Hotel is also close to many nice and popular destinations.
Another perk of the hotel is they host a 2 Michelin starred restaurant! We recommend the hotel 100/100!
