Loved most everything about this place! Such wonderful staff, so charming and sweet and personable, fabulous location, very intimate and gave us a suite that we had not booked at the same province as our regular double room.

Please make sure there are more towel bars and that the bars for drying clothing are heated in the evening. We’d love to be able to control the room heat too.

Loved it all. Hotel so central to all attractions and amenities of Rome. From the minute we arrived the staff were so kind, helpful and efficient. This was a surprise trip for my husband’s birthday and they’d made it such a wonderful experience, even to bringing a birthday cake to the breakfast table that morning. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Fantastic hotel! Location great, walking distance to all the main tourist sites and surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes. Staff could not be nicer, more helpful or friendly. Hotel itself is in a lovely building and has great facilities, the spa is brilliant after long busy days. Our room was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom. Breakfast is very good with plenty of variety. Would gladly stay again next time we are in Rome.

The property was beautiful, we stayed in a superior room with a large en-suite. Location was perfect too. Spa facilities were really delightful after a long day walking around the city. Staff were genuine and friendly.

Nothing. A little noisy outside due to construction but that was nothing to do with hotel Lunetta and it didn’t disrupt our sleep.

This is a Boutique Hotel with a fabulous spa and a lively roof top bar. The location is perfect. Very close to some beautiful restaurants and a fabulous ice-cream / gelato shop. We were able to walk to all tbe attractions.

Great location, very good breakfast, internet strong and fast, very helpful staff- helped us find a replacement for an item we had left at home. Can walk to all historic sites and restaurants.

Only complaint was there was little room to open the suitcases, little storage. I guess they could also use some more hooks in the bathroom for towels and toiletries.

Superior room still a bit small. No real view. Plus no airco leading to warm temperature. Window could open but early morning allowed cigafette smoke to come in.

The water in the pool could not be turned off so took away from the peace and serenity of the spa.

The location is great! A walking distance to all the main historical sites, and, importantly, to Trastevere which offers phenomenal dining options and vibrant bars. The room was clean, comfortable, and specious (for a hotel located in the city center), and the staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was also great, but the true gem was the daily visit to the spa. After hours of walking around the rainy city in the midst of winter, spending an hour at the spa's hot tub and sauna was just perfect. The ultimate recipe for recovery!

The check in process was well-handled and whilst waiting, we were offered coffee and this was much appreciated. We stayed in the luxury family suite and this provided good space for our family. Pity we didn’t have time to experience the spa as it looked very interesting. Perhaps, the next time. It was a comfortable stay and breakfast was good with some variety in our two days there.

It was rather noisy on the second night ( Saturday) with possibly party-goers or late night diners. This made it hard to sleep. Our room could have been facing an alley. Also, we wanted to go to the rooftop bar as the sign outside the rooftop bar suggested it was in operation, but when we went up, it was all dark. Perhaps the drinks were to be bought somewhere else. We were not too sure about this. It would have otherwise been a nice spot to unwind.

Everything was perfect. Great breakfast and the hotel was located pretty much in the middle of everything I wanted to see. I dropped off my luggage and explored Rome while my room was being prepared as I arrived early. They texted me when my room was ready.

Our room was small compared to others in our party but naturally they cannot all be the same . The room was very hot. As a Brit in Italy in the winter we find the Italians really feel the cold . They brought us a fan up with no issue.

Hotel personnel were super nice and attending. Room were cosy, spa was relaxing. Location perfect.

The location of the hotel – located centrally in the city – is excellent. You can easily walk to about anywhere, be it the Vatican, the Colosseum, the Piazza del Popolo or Roma Termini. Breakfast, while not huge in options, has something for everyone and the staff is very friendly and was able to help me with all my enquiries. If I hadn't spent all my time outside of the hotel to maximise my visit, I would certainly have used their spa center. There is also a certain level of attention to smaller details; for example, housekeeping will leave a card everyday with the weather forecast for the following day — a lovely timeless practice of days gone by in a world where people usually tend to lose themselves in three different weather applications which each have a different forecast.

The room is satisfying in terms of size and comfort. Some parts of the bathroom do need a new lick of paint, especially above the shower as it's starting to peel off. Housekeeping seemed to have forgotten to clean the shower-head, which is regrettable as it was a stain on an otherwise clean room. Would have loved a room that wasn't so far down an internal courtyard to get a little bit more of natural light.

We had such a great time! The staff went above and beyond and even surprised us with an upgrade to a Junior Suite at one of their other hotels - Martis Palace Hotel, just five minutes away. The suite was gorgeous and super comfortable. Everything was handled so smoothly—we didn’t have to worry about a thing..
