Hotel Lunetta, Rome

Location excellent. You can walk practically everywhere in historic Rome. Very clean everywhere. Friendly and helpful staff. You can have a very good time, if you turn a blind eye to some things and to the price.

Room was just big enough for three - calling it a "junior suite" was a misnomer... it's a double room with a sofa bed. Once sofa was converted to a bed you lost your seating facility in your room. Couldn't open curtains because neighbouring windows too close. Bathroom was a disappointment. Shower too small to be comfortable, and not a single hook in the whole bathroom, so shower accessories, clothes, towels and bath robes ended up on the floor. Breakfast area too small to accommodate all guests and breakfast bar basic and uninspiring. Although we had a good time, at this price you expect something more, e.g., an inviting room to relax in after a day's touring.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My parents also had their room upgraded without paying anything extra and this was a nice gesture.

Initially my parents were told that the spa can only be used 1hr a day however this wasn’t mentioned anywhere prior to booking. Once I been told this, I contacted the property and told me that they can actually stay longer than an hour. Breakfast was poor for the value of money paid for this hotel. Overall it was a nice hotel however, would have expected better breakfast and maybe mention within your booking conditions that spa is only allowed one hour per day for future bookings. If I didn’t contact you, I would have never been able to use it more than an hour. Bianca

Beautiful hotel with a great location in the center of Rome. You can walk everywhere, no need for car or public transport. Plenty of restaurants around in the area as well. The staff is very kind and helpful.

The location was amazing and service was outstanding - the spa/pool was a lovely feature. The 24hr check in was perfect for our late arrival and there were staff to help with our baggage. Breakfast was just perfect - not too heavy and has everything you need.

Very nice hotel in a great location. We walked to all the big sights - the Vatican, the Pantheon, Trevi, Colosseum (about 20 minutes walk). Close to loads of great restaurants. The hotel was also really nicely done. Comfortable bathrooms and housekeeping was excellent.

This was the perfect boutique hotel..very stylish and well positioned in Rome. Walking distance to the main attractions. Highly recommend this lovely hotel, staff and accommodation were perfect. We had the family suite which was perfect for our older children (21,19 &17) which consists of two bathrooms and two separate bedrooms and then a double room for the parents which was a perfect size and amazing high ceilings. Only thing I would change would be the shower as this could have been better pressure but wouldn’t stop me from returning to this lovely hotel. We had a great weekend break so thank you Hotel Lunetta ❤️

Location was great, near Camp di Fiori and other attractions plus close to bus line. Had a large buffet breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly. We enjoyed the SPA and small thermal bath. The room was clean and well kept. We were on the 4th floor with only our family’s rooms so it was quiet for us, no noise from other rooms. Breakfast was nice. The hotel is in a good location, 5 minutes walking from Piazza Navona.

The bathroom was spacious but the bedroom felt slightly cramped; of course this is a city hotel but there was minimal space to move around the bed and we didn’t get that from the photos on the website. There was not enough storage space for our party (family with 2 younger kids). We paid around EUR 2000 for 3 nights in Jovember which felt too expensive.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful 100% of the time; cheerful and polite, a pleasure to deal with. The location is perfect - right in the centre of the old city, so we walked to every sight we wanted to visit and an abundance of restaurants were within a few steps too. The hotel looked newly refurbished - very tasteful decor, very clean.

We booked the Luxury Family Suite, which was described as having '1 Living Room, 2 separate bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms'. The living room was not separate - it was actually just one end of one bedroom, a good sized room but obviously not as convenient as having a separate room that could be used when other family members were trying to sleep!

Very clean, staff extremely helpful and facilities clean. Within walking distance to all attraction.

Lovely place to stay. Great location. Very pleasant staff. Spa was great. Morning staff at breakfast were wonderful.

Breakfast could have had more variety.

Service was excellent, they helped to book a taxi and even packed me a breakfast box for my early morning flight without me asking. I loved the spa privileges (45 min free a day) and the location could not have been better.

A few things in my room did not work - fridge, safe. They fixed the safe after the first day. My room was smaller than I expected.

Perfect location! You can walk to all the tourist places. Also, the barman on the rooftop is super nice and makes great drinks.

Perfect location, a bit away from the crowds, yet close to all the major attractions, with a lot of nice restaurants nearby and Campo de' Fiori market just around the corner. Rooms are cosy and comfortable, staff are amiable and helpful. A great place for a hassle-free weekend in Rome.
