Excellent location, modern and clean room, great staff

Very thin walls. Very noisy (our room was next to the kitchen and we had noisy next room neighbours)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me multiple times call a taxi, were attentive to other asks and helped me print out some forms I needed.

Property was like shown. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful to start your day. Location was awesome and surrounded by great restaurants.

I did not like that at night you can hear the people talking loudly in the street. Depending on your room, I had to go through several doors and hallways to get my room. Also, my room had no curtains like on website. Just window panels.

The location is great, and though noisy in the evenings, shutting the window and the shutters kept things quiet. The room was larger than I’d expected from a reservation with “small” in the name—it was very compact, but not cramped. And the staff was extremely helpful with problems that had nothing to do with them, and explaining strikes (bus) and calling taxis. They were quite willing to store our bags when we arrived very early, and let us into our room three hours before check in. The room was bright, clean, and attractive. Charming, cheerful place. Loved the little courtyard at the entrance, and the fact that the elevator always worked.

The bathroom and especially the shower were tiny enough that larger people might have problems. Also, the bathroom pocket door latch lacked the hardware to latch. The unexpected step between the bedroom and bathroom tripped me once. The elevator has automatically closing doors the could be dangerous for children or inattentive people.

Exceptional location and neighbourhood. Upgraded us to a fully renovated room with extra large spa and shower. Very very quiet with double glazed windows. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Excellent location in the centre of the city, meaning you can comfortably walk to many of the attractions (Vatican, Spanish Steps, Colosseum etc.). The staff were friendly and helpful with suggesting areas we could visit or answering questions.

There wasn't very much storage or furniture in the room, aside from a small desk. A dresser and mirror would have helped with storage and getting ready in the mornings.

The location is the best! Close to major attractions. Restaurants and bars close by. We are older and the elevator is a real plus. Staff always willing to help.

Breakfast room can be quite crowded. But they do try to accommodate.

The location was extraordinary. Very close to the pantheon and 10 mins to all the attractions in the city.

The location of the room was right on top of a bar. It was very noisy until 2:00 or 3:00 am.

Great location!! The lobby staff were so kind and helpful and the rooms pretty nice and clean. Breakfast was adequate but waiters not so friendly.

In our room there was a hot tub but not a shower; it was nice having the tub but a little uncomfy lacking a shower.

Amazing location. Bang in middle of Rome historic centre few minutes from the Pantheon. I will be back for sure when I come to Rome again!

Location: Proximity to Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and walking distance to the Coliseum were very convenient. Direct bus connection to Termini. Breakfast: Very filling, healthy and had variety. Cappuccino was very good. Room : Our room was well lighted with windows on two sides. Was adequately big - didn't feel cramped. Staff: The front desk was very courteous and hospitable. Very helpful as well.

Family room is very large, fully renovated, lots of room for clothes. Good breakfast for reasonable price. Very nice staff, smiling and helpful. Great location close to Pantheon, many monuments and restaurants within walking distance.

The lodging was in a great location, very accessible by multiple bus lines. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Close to major sites. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff.

If my husband or adult daughter were traveling with me, there is no privacy in the bathroom while the other person is in the room.
