Location was ideal

Very little My wife didn’t find the hairdryer any good

location was great, staff were helpful on arrival and most accommadating when we asked them to hold our bags for 7 days while we left rome and returned would highly recommend , room comfortable and clean,

a little bad timing as there were renovations through the hall that we travelled through to get to our room. But this is really if we had to search for something negative to say.

Fantastic location in Rome. Within walking distance to so much and in a cute, unique area. Great cafes and restaurants around. Very friendly and kind staff.

Nothing. Rooms were a little outdated but for me it added to the charm of the stay.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and well organized. It has a charming Italian style that really makes you feel the spirit of Rome. The location is extremely strategic, close to many major tourist attractions and everything is easy to reach. The staff were truly amazing — very kind, patient, helpful, and always smiling. Anything we asked for was done perfectly and with genuine care. The stay was very comfortable and honestly exceeded my expectations.

Well located at the heart of Rome, walking distance from all the important landmarks and there are heaps of restaurants in the area. The hotel is quaint but well maintained and very clean. The staff were very helpful too, I have nothing to complain about, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who’s going to Rome.

It was lovely and unique - exactly like a boutique should be. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and cozy, the little balcony providing some nice fresh air perfectly. The location also cannot be faulted as the square nearby has a wonderful market almost everyday and lots (and lots and lots) of great restaurant to choose from. Also easy walking distance to most monuments or regular buses to all over the city.

We did try to activate the do not disturb feature while we were out as we didn’t need the room cleaned or anything but the light wouldn’t stay on. Also even though we hung up our towels after use they were still replaced everyday. But this were truly tiny things that if anything show that the stay are particularly determined to ensure guest comfort.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room, the lobby and the Christmas decorations were wonderful. Shower was very good.

The high prices for anything on the roof terrace. I would never pay 28Euros for a glass of scotch. If we could purchase a drink of get a bit of food on the ground floor, that would make more sense to me Water in the room and bigger water glasses (little plastic ones are useless). Room was very warm for sleeping

We stayed in their apartments for a bit more room which were great. Had all the hotel amenities plus the front desk to call taxies - the best of both worlds!

Acomoda

We were in a two bedroom apartment directly across a small piazza from the hotel. It was very comfortable and well equipped. It was one short flight up, but hotel staff helped us with suitcases. We had daily maid service just as if we were in the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful. Great location with many restaurants, grocery store, major bus route, and daily market right out the door.

Excellent location and waking distance to most things! We did take a taxi to our tour for the Colleseum and the Vatican . The hotel calls the taxi for you and they come very quickly ! Staff are just great and friendly ! There’s a great caffe place literally right out the front door and many restaurants . The Market is behind the hotel , just be aware , as we figured out day 2 , they are not authentic restaurants but we did stop have some drinks and a meal out first night because we were so tired and hungry . It was still great but just be aware if you’re looking for quality real Italian don’t come to the market restaurants . We had room on second floor , elevator is very small but one person can take luggage up . Rooms are small but we were only there to sleep and shower . Bed very comfortable as well ! Was able to open a window when we got too warm . Shower was great pressure and always hot . Highly recommend this hotel !!!! Clean , affordable , staff go out of their way to help and very courteous . And location location location ! Short walk to Trastevere as well !

Nothing everything perfect .

The staff is so welcoming. The location cannot be beat! We walked everywhere from this beautiful hotel. We had two rooms that were quiet and comfortable. Decorated for Christmas was a bonus. Concierge was available at 4 am to help with a taxi. The hot shower, the comfy bed, the hot water pot, the safe and fridge. We would definitely stay there again. Don't forget the rooftop! Wow! The location cannot be beat!

Location is fantastic. Near restaurants and attracions. The staff was very helpfull specially Irvin, Adam and the two Andreas.

Fabulous location for exploring Rome and surrounded by good places to eat. Room tastefully decorated.

By the lift so noisy as people gathered. Cleaners started very early (before 8). Twin beds, joined together. - not the most comfortable with a gulley in the middle.

Stylish, very quiet and the location is unbeatable. Staff were all friendly and more than helpful. Having a drink on the rooftop terrace while listening to the bells of Rome with the basilica dome in the distance was magical.

The room was lovely and the plaza right out the hotel entrance was a great place for food and drinks.

Great location, with an active market in the square for fresh fruits and vegetables. The fresh squeezed pomegranate juice was amazing.

Highly recommend! Probably the best boutique hotel I have stayed in. In particular, a shout out to Valentina who was absolutely amazing and made great recommendations. She is very helpful and made us feel at home. The facilities are extremely clean and the rooms are so authentic and beautifully presented. The rooftop is the cherry on top and was very impressive. The location is another great thing about this hotel, it’s walking distance to great shops and food, as well as all the attractions.

It beautiful hotel, in a great location and great staff. Valentina was lovely and helped with getting things sorted quickly.

Tiny rooms, shower leaked onto floor

Interior was amazing, bed is very comfy and shower is great. The room was very clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly. They helped us get a taxi to the airport and worked on making check out as easy as possible. The roof top view is nice.

Beautiful, historic building with wonderful roof-top terrace and some of the most breath-taking views in Rome. Attentive staff.
