Views. Exceptional front reception staff, recommending tours, lending an adaptor. Especially chaps on the morning shift. Large room. Clean. Fresh towels. Great cotton sheets. Large Comfortable bed. Roof top bar. Water and a chocolate left in the room each evening. Breakfast was great, fresh fruits, juices, detox drinks, dietary requirements catered for. Room service good.

Not a dislike but to improve, kettle in the room to make tea.

Amazing breakfast, with a wide variety of delicious choices. The bed was one of the most comfortable ones I’ve slept in a while. The Hilton standards were visible.

Excellent hotel. The staff were lovely. The breakfast had great choice. The beds were super comfortable. We had a great view out of our bedroom window.

It lacked on the amenity front. The cotton buds/pads were never replaced. There were only small bars of soap to wash yourself with. The pool was very cold but we did go in their off-season.

Staff and facilities are excellent

I visit Rio frequently, and this was my first time staying at this hotel. Unfortunately, we got off on the wrong foot due to an IT error that caused issues at the restaurant—twice. However, the staff was extremely polite and went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The location is perfect, right in front of one of Rio’s most beautiful beaches. Will come back!!

The hotel is in a perfect location, right in front of the Sugarloaf Mountain, and the staff was very attentive and provided all the support we needed. Additionally, the room was very clean, well-organized, had a good size, and met all our needs.

The shower leaked a little water onto the bathroom floor.

Great Staff attention. We were 9 in the family and arrived and left at awkward hours and the staff was tremendously polite and helpful. We will return for sure.

We just spent 9 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great location to reach the city’s sites, restaurants, bars and night life. Excellent breakfast buffet. Good gym for both weight and cardio training. Lovely, scenic rooftop pool and sun loungers. Our room was very comfortable with a good bed. Spectacular views over Botafogo Bay and the Sugarloaf. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Yan on reception and Davi at breakfast. We certainly recommend this hotel.

Great spot, great view, amazing staff (all of them), great breakfast, beautiful rooftop, great gym, the room service was excellent, the room clean and cosy, we stayed for 10 days and really felt like home.

Great location in Botafogo with easy access to broader Rio with the metro nearby. Staff were lovely throughout, and breakfast was of a great quality with numerous options. Rooms were very comfortable and I felt lucky having a view of Christ the Redeemer from the bathroom! The rooftop facilities and restaurant were also lovely. Very much enjoyed the stay.

Excellent location, the staff were very professional but also kind and warm. The breakfast buffet was very good, with plenty of options. The rooms were quiet and comfortable.

Rooms are too small with very small bathroom

I stayed in two different rooms. The first one was facing the botafogo bay and the Pao de Acucar. Incredible views, spacious room with coffee machine. More expensive but overall good value for money. The second room was in the back of the hotel, overlooking a busy road - less expensive but a bit noisy. The rooftop bar has amazing views. Food and drinks are OK. Breakfast is good. Staff is very nice

Good food and drinks but in relation to other bars, restaurants and hotel i've visited in brazil expensive. No fresh juces at the breakfast. Room smells not good and the room was very dark

Lovely hotel with great views and top quality breakfast!

The hotel is located in a prime location, near lots of transportation and sights. Views from the rooftop pool and bar are exceptional. Staff are friendly and helpful. English speakers. Breakfast was better than the average continental style provided at some hotels.

It may have been me....but the toilet kept stopping up. Maintenance was readily available to fix. But for me, that was the only bother.

The grout in bathroom is disgusting. i managed the cleanest hotel in NYC. Every room should have bleach baths done every six months. once a year one of these times new grout and new calking should be done. shower heads need to be soaked in solution to take lime off AND give me new towels please. i do not care if you charge me but please. You shower more in Brazil. Towels fall on your dirty bathroom floor and I use on my body. Need to keep up with 24th century

The room wasn't clean when we arrived and we could find belonging from previous guests. There was dust everywhere, and when we asked for a deep cleaning, the staff seemed to be unbothered.

Excellent breakfast with many choices. Beautiful view of Sugarloaf Mountain. Great location in very safe area of the city. Staff was professional and helpful. Due to delayed flight back home we stayed another night and the staff made the process seamless, allowing us to stay in same room, same price.
