It’s was close for everything

The heating system kept on and the room was so hot 🥵 ( you can’t control the temperature, it’s fixed )

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Prague! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location is outstanding — right in the very center of the city, which made exploring Prague incredibly easy and enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, very clean, and feels brand new. What truly made our stay exceptional was the service. All the staff members were extremely friendly, welcoming, and polite. They really went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Sofia and Valeria — they were amazing and made us feel truly cared for. The breakfast was also delicious, with a great variety and high quality. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

We stayed at this hotel between Christmas and New Year’s and had a really great time. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. When we arrived, they even offered us a delicious hot mulled wine, which was a lovely touch. The hotel is centrally located, close to the metro and very easy to get to. The rooms are warm, spacious, and clean. Since we were traveling as a group, we asked for rooms close to each other, and the staff were happy to accommodate our request despite the busy holiday period. Breakfast is generous, with a good selection of both sweet and savory options. We had a small issue with the shower, but it was fixed immediately. Overall, a great experience — highly recommended!

Absolutely stunning staff, I would dare to say one of the most helpful personnel I have ever encountered. Comfy bed, spacious room and a very good breakfast. I appreciate the possibility to use the calm business lounge for work even after my official check out.

I recently stayed at The Icon Hotel in the heart of Prague, and everything was absolutely perfect. The location is unbeatable—right in the city center, making it easy to explore all the main sights on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety to choose from. Overall, The Icon exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague!

The Location ist wonderfully central. Quick Access to Trams. By Foot you reach the city Center. I liked the size of the Hotel. Not big, not small. Rooms are nice and functional.

I would expect more Czech Food. If you come late. There are no more selection. The Staff does not refill the buffet. Bread and the selection is rather small and sometimes from the day before. Def. potential to get better in the breakfast buffet. Not intercontinetal Breakfast. More Czech Tradition. All seems so done without a hinge of love.

Our experience at The ICON Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Prague and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was absolutely brilliant, with a great selection of delicious food to start the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would definitely come back again!

The room was comfortable. There was an issue with a lack of hot water but it was resolved overnight when we mentioned it. The hotel is handily placed near Wenceslas Square. The breakfast was good with a choice of hot dishes made to order.

The tea making equipment is hard to find behind a cupboard which you need to push. The lack of hot water for a short time.

It was very modern clean and surprisingly cool with a great location. The staff was also super helpful and informative.

Right in the center of Prague, but situated in a quiet road. Large room with comfortable Hästens beds. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Yiannis who made sure that we felt right at home and gave us the best information about the city too. Our bicycles were stored safely during our stay. Good breakfast.

The reception staff was very helpful and even upgraded us to a deluxe room. The facilities in the room were complete even with a smart tv with Netflix. The breakfast was great with special omelette and crepes by request.

The air con is a gripe. It takes a long time to cool down the room making it quite uncomfortable on hotter days. The conditions of the room is also a little run down. May need some touch up or upgrading.

The location is perfect. Bath instead of a shower can be good if you like this kind of relax. Big bottles of soap, shiwer gel, shampoo, conditioner - I don't like tiny bottles in a hotel. Very helpful personnel, if we stay for another day, I'm sure personel would help us with the climat control issue. Breakfast is not diverce, but tasty and because it's in a neighbor restaurant there is plenty of room for guests. Really big table and comfortable chair. Nice beds, not too soft.

Ceiling in a room on the fourth floor is sloping, we hit heads a few times. Electricity schema is strange: a lack of a socket by one bad, but a socket on the out wall that you can only duck to; double switchers, but you can't turn the lites partially. We had an issue with climat control. I lowered the fan power for the night, put it up in the morning, but it didn't increased the power, so the room was warm in the evening.

The hotel has an amazing location. The staff is very friendly and kind. The continental breakfast was good, full of options like: juices, fruits, yogurts, pastries, charcuterie and you can order omelette or any type of eggs you want. The bedroom was spacious, very comfortable, clean and the air-conditioning left our room fresh during our stay. The fridge inside the bedroom was a plus because the city was very warm.

Really good location, down a quiet street away from the really busy old town, close to Mustek subway station, and a short walk to Vinohrady district which has some nice neighbourhood restaurants. The staff are all really pleasant and friendly. Really comfy bed, and nice cool room - even in the middle of summer. Would recommend :)

Hotel was nice and comfortable. Good location, close to old town and main train station. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were super helpful and polite, eager to accommodate requests within reason. Although just for one night there, the overall experience was very good and when again in Prague I would rebook with them.

Very well located, we did everything by foot. We also got some massages at the spa hotel that were great, and the staff is friendly. Room is spacious and comfortable.

Comfortable room with enough space. Breakfast was good. Helpful staff. Walkable from train station, but be careful if you have much luggage, due to hill and cobblestones. Public transit is free for seniors, and connections are close.

A little far from attractions if you have mobility issues. Public transit is a little hard to decipher. Hotel had a problem with AC malfunction, but provided us with an acceptable alternative.

The personel was extremly polite and helpful. Location of the hotel is excellent, in the exact city center but in a peaceful street. We will surely come back.

Clean, many amenities

The hotel is at a very nice location - close to everything that you need basically. The staff was incredible, super helpful and gave ua some great tips about places to visit. They also were kind enough to give us a nicer room since we had some troubles with parking. They will give you a discount code for mr parkit if you need it. The room itself was very nice, the staff also lent us an umbrella for one of the days since it was raining. The breakfast was good as well. Overall, nice place, great location, great staff and a comfy bed. :)

My one thing - the bathtub had hair in it before we used it, so it was probably not cleaned well from the previous guests, though it looked clean otherwise. Also, it seems like the pillows generally used in hospitality in Czech are veeeery soft (your head just sinks in the pillow type of soft), which is not everybody’s jam, but you can always ask for another pillow from the reception.

Our Top floor room was a little cramped as the ceiling sloped.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They always had a smile on their faces and provided useful information about the local area. They gave advice on how to save money with local attractions. The location of the hotel was amazing for getting around the city, some really nice bars around. Sound proofing of the windows was a bonus as the street below was noisy when the window was open. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

The air-conditioning in the room didn't work so we were hot and because the street was noisy we couldn't have the window open.
