Great hotel, excellent location, good rooms

Staff is welcoming and very professional and supportive The location is perfect and surrounded by everything you need.

The breakfast wasn’t that good.

Breakfast was fab, staff were welcoming and helpful. Pretty good location. Loved the upgrade, our room was massive. Eat at Masala, the food was great.

Two minor things. It's been unseasonably mild, the heating was still blasting out. Adjusted it in my room, but was cooking for 24 hours before it dissappated. Coffee/tea facilities in the room would be a nice touch.

Staff was great! They also did everything they could to support my partner gluten intolerance during breakfast. Location is perfect, where you get most tourist attractions within 15min walk.

The location of the hotel was perfect distance for everything, the staff were always lovely and helpful

The only issue was the tap leaking slightly

- Lobby staff are excellent, great customer service - We landed at 9am and our room was ready 6 hours early which was a life saver - Breakfast was great and felt luxury - Room was big and slippers provided. There was also a fridge which was great. Netflix on the TV too! - Great location - 15 min walk max to everything!

- One flaw, and that was on one of the mornings, we had the ‘do not disturb’ sign on our door, but had a knock and a man came in to check the heating was working. This was strange as we didn’t want to be disturbed but he apologised at the time.

The location is absolutely fantastic, easy walking distance to all attractions. The rooms were so nice. The staff were super nice. Actually noticed was my birthday and upgraded my room. The breakfast was great , loads of variety.

Didn't like the quilts they were all single. To short for my husband who is 6 foot.

Good location, very central, but away from crowds. Nice lobby, comfy beds, very good Indian restaurant downstairs.

Breakfast did not seem fresh, the rooms on the 4th floor are quite dangeorous with the very low ceilings, no toiletry kit in the bathroom.

Location excellent, friendly helpful hotel, clean and comfortable. Decor was very nice, room facilities suited us especially with a kettle in the room and a fridge.

Fresh clean modern design of rooms. Very good location only 15 -20 minutes walk to all interesting places.

Hotel has no parking, so I had to book parking ca 15 minutes away. Noise from the street, so you will have to keep windows closed. Safe box with finger prints was not working. Eggs at breakfast are terrible.

The Icon is in a great walking location to all central attractions. It is on a quiet street. They need to change their name - there is NO LOUNGE at all. The chairs in the picture are the chairs at check-in. There is nowhere to sit and have a drink etc. When I asked he said they got rid of the lounge years ago. Would recommend staying due to location

I was there when it was quite hot but my room A/C was not working. The night person made it worse by putting heat/fan on. The next day the other person gave me a fan. I know that Europe isn't designed for heat waves but my A/C definitely was not working even though they said it was at 21 degrees. I was sweating like crazy.

Top location. Very friendly staff. The guys from the reception very polite and very helpful to giving guidance about anything. Mr.Giannis explained every question we had.

Good hotel in the central part of the town Close to main squares and railway station. The hotel provides standard continental breakfast. The hotel personnel was very helpful and polite.

We lived on the 4th floor, and once faced with not enough water pressure. It was for a very short period, and it was not clear if it was a failure of hotel infrastructure or a global problem.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days. From the very beginning I would like to note its high level: • good cosmetics ("Rituals" brand); • excellent breakfasts, where the range of dishes is constantly replenished until the end of breakfasts, everything is always in stock; • excellent, comfortable pillows; • cleanliness. During my stay at the hotel, an extraordinary situation happened: I left my car in the municipal parking lot opposite the hotel (parking cost EUR 23.50) and at night my car's license plate numbers were stolen in this parking lot. I would like to thank the hotel manager, Valeria, who immediately reacted to this situation. She called the police, helped me throughout this entire situation both as a translator and as a psychologist :) I also want to thank the hotel employee, Janis, who helped me to put new license plate numbers on my car. The hotel and its employees have really proven themselves from the best side. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The air conditioning was not working properly so had to ask for a fan.

Good value for money, good location.

Parking overpriced and located off-site. Paying 30EUR to park in a private garage and have to walk back 10mins isn't exactly appealing.

Nice staff, nice breakfast, clean and big room.

It was nicely decorated with friendly staff. There's also food and drinks at the entrance floor.

Great location. The room and bathroom were large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good a great start to the day, with a few options available. Overall a great stay.

The facility is in a great location in the very center of the city, the staff is very friendly and approachable. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all amenities.

Maybe the breakfast could have been a little better, it could be said that the breakfast is a little poor with not a very large offer and choice of dishes.

The location was great, nice safe neighbourhood with tons of restaurants and bars around. Tram station outside the lane.

The ACs did not work well. It was a good thing that it was cool outside. Wouldn’t be able to spend 1 night here if it was the summer heat outside. I don’t even think they switched on the AC, couldn’t hear/feel any difference when I switched it on or off. Felt a little cheated.

The place was very quiet and nice, good location, wonderful breakfast.

That was an amazing stay. Thank you to the hotel stuff for providing us with an early check in, that was essential for us, as we traveled early morning with a toddler. The room was spacious, quite modern, clean and quite!! The breakfast could have a little bit more options, but they were just enough for 5 different days. The location is toptop. 10 min walking from the historical center, 2 tram stops :)

It might be nice to have a garden or a balcony to sit in the late evenings outside the room. But there were a lot of pubs around so really not a trouble

Valerie who was on the front desk, was brilliant. She helped me work out a few things. Nothing was too big or small for me to ask for her assistance.

Modern deco/ room with AC and windows that open. Free wifi, decent location ( one block off main street) convenient to local transportation ( streetcars, subway, walking ) and attractions. Room 404 has safe, mini refrig, included breakfast.Room was decent sized for EU approx 250 inch, long desk with multi (3) outlet plug slots No concierge but front desk persob Eddie gave full ddtailed info and instructions on how to gdt around via Metro ( not reommended bcuz stopsvate not near attractions) , street cars ( which lines fo take For Prague Castle area , and stay on line 22 or 23 to get views of various tourist sites ( with get on, get off priviledges if you buy 90 minute fare (cost 40 kc instead of one time fare (30 kc), etc He does this at check-ib time for each guest, and is always available and ready to help.

Location was perfect. Staff were friendly. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. WIFI was great.

The mini bar in the room wasn't fully stocked.

First and most - location! Within walking distance from almost everything and a very nice walk.. We only used the public transportation twice. The hotel is modern and furnished nicely, the room is spacious (comparing to other city hotels we've been to), clean and very well maintained. Breakfast was tasty and had a lot of variety including bakery, hot plate, fruit. Staff are very nice, happy to assist and provide information on money exchange, traveling tips, and other tourist pit-holes. Check in/out were fast.

Very centrally located, perfect for exploring the city in all directions. Large room with a very comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Helpful and good tips included. Highly recommended. Many good restaurants right around the corner.

The breakfast is okay but only filter coffee is served. No variations such as cappuccino etc. Scrambled eggs or omelettes available on request, which is great.

Location was excellent. Yes, I was rather noisy because of some nearby bars, but that isn’t the hotel’s fault. The rooms were big and comfortable and the shower was great. The staff, especially reception were super friendly and helpful. They made our stay so much more pleasant.

My only criticism is that there was no water or tea and coffee facilities provided in the room. There was a decanter and glasses but nothing to put in them. I think this would improve and give the hotel top marks.

Staff, breakfast, bathroom, room size and location were great.

Bed was too hard for us, and pillows were too soft. The biggest issue was the broken a/c. They gave us a fan for the 2nd night.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect. Many bars, restaurants and nightclubs around. The Tram was very close too. The room was very clean and the breakfast had a variety of continental and cooked options. They also arranged our transfer back to the airport with their service. We would definitely stay again.

The pillows were quite soft but this is something subjective depending on your sleep preference.
