Hotel was in the ideal location

The air conditioning was not working properly so had to ask for a fan.

Good value for money, good location.

Parking overpriced and located off-site. Paying 30EUR to park in a private garage and have to walk back 10mins isn't exactly appealing.

Nice staff, nice breakfast, clean and big room.

It was nicely decorated with friendly staff. There's also food and drinks at the entrance floor.

Great location. The room and bathroom were large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good a great start to the day, with a few options available. Overall a great stay.

The facility is in a great location in the very center of the city, the staff is very friendly and approachable. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all amenities.

Maybe the breakfast could have been a little better, it could be said that the breakfast is a little poor with not a very large offer and choice of dishes.

The location was great, nice safe neighbourhood with tons of restaurants and bars around. Tram station outside the lane.

The ACs did not work well. It was a good thing that it was cool outside. Wouldn’t be able to spend 1 night here if it was the summer heat outside. I don’t even think they switched on the AC, couldn’t hear/feel any difference when I switched it on or off. Felt a little cheated.

The place was very quiet and nice, good location, wonderful breakfast.

That was an amazing stay. Thank you to the hotel stuff for providing us with an early check in, that was essential for us, as we traveled early morning with a toddler. The room was spacious, quite modern, clean and quite!! The breakfast could have a little bit more options, but they were just enough for 5 different days. The location is toptop. 10 min walking from the historical center, 2 tram stops :)

It might be nice to have a garden or a balcony to sit in the late evenings outside the room. But there were a lot of pubs around so really not a trouble

Valerie who was on the front desk, was brilliant. She helped me work out a few things. Nothing was too big or small for me to ask for her assistance.

Modern deco/ room with AC and windows that open. Free wifi, decent location ( one block off main street) convenient to local transportation ( streetcars, subway, walking ) and attractions. Room 404 has safe, mini refrig, included breakfast.Room was decent sized for EU approx 250 inch, long desk with multi (3) outlet plug slots No concierge but front desk persob Eddie gave full ddtailed info and instructions on how to gdt around via Metro ( not reommended bcuz stopsvate not near attractions) , street cars ( which lines fo take For Prague Castle area , and stay on line 22 or 23 to get views of various tourist sites ( with get on, get off priviledges if you buy 90 minute fare (cost 40 kc instead of one time fare (30 kc), etc He does this at check-ib time for each guest, and is always available and ready to help.

Light bulbs out in hallway, mentiinedbro staff, not repaied over 3 nite stay.

Location was perfect. Staff were friendly. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. WIFI was great.

The mini bar in the room wasn't fully stocked.

First and most - location! Within walking distance from almost everything and a very nice walk.. We only used the public transportation twice. The hotel is modern and furnished nicely, the room is spacious (comparing to other city hotels we've been to), clean and very well maintained. Breakfast was tasty and had a lot of variety including bakery, hot plate, fruit. Staff are very nice, happy to assist and provide information on money exchange, traveling tips, and other tourist pit-holes. Check in/out were fast.

Very centrally located, perfect for exploring the city in all directions. Large room with a very comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Helpful and good tips included. Highly recommended. Many good restaurants right around the corner.

The breakfast is okay but only filter coffee is served. No variations such as cappuccino etc. Scrambled eggs or omelettes available on request, which is great.

Location was excellent. Yes, I was rather noisy because of some nearby bars, but that isn’t the hotel’s fault. The rooms were big and comfortable and the shower was great. The staff, especially reception were super friendly and helpful. They made our stay so much more pleasant.

My only criticism is that there was no water or tea and coffee facilities provided in the room. There was a decanter and glasses but nothing to put in them. I think this would improve and give the hotel top marks.

Staff, breakfast, bathroom, room size and location were great.

Bed was too hard for us, and pillows were too soft. The biggest issue was the broken a/c. They gave us a fan for the 2nd night.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect. Many bars, restaurants and nightclubs around. The Tram was very close too. The room was very clean and the breakfast had a variety of continental and cooked options. They also arranged our transfer back to the airport with their service. We would definitely stay again.

The pillows were quite soft but this is something subjective depending on your sleep preference.

All staffs were extremely nice and helpful
