The ICON Hotel & Lounge, Prague

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect. Many bars, restaurants and nightclubs around. The Tram was very close too. The room was very clean and the breakfast had a variety of continental and cooked options. They also arranged our transfer back to the airport with their service. We would definitely stay again.

The pillows were quite soft but this is something subjective depending on your sleep preference.

I asked to turn on the sauna, but stuff did not act, and I could not use the sauna.

The building is gorgeous and the rooms themselves are really big, lovely big ceilings and cosy beds.

The breakfast selection was not great for those Irish who like a fry!

It is our second time staying in this hotel and I think that speaks for itself. There was a great deal of comfort and a very friendly staff at this hotel. The location was also great and prices were reasonable. I should note that we get room upgrades every time we visit, and the room was ready when we arrived, which was earlier than 3 PM. I appreciated getting the keys to the room immediately without having to wait.

Despite the fact that the AC was functioning, the room could not be heated up to comfortable temperatures for some reason. In any case, the staff responded quickly and we were given a portable warmer that solved the problem.

Great location and facilities, breakfast and staff were excellent. Didn't sample the Indian restaurant as only just opened but looked good.

Doors needed push to close correctly. Friend tried the massage but found it painful. Maybe option for no housekeeping, as do not disturb card fell off door easily. Very minor as we had a great stay.

Great location. Very central but quiet. Nice sized hotel, very friendly and attentive staff at the reception. Lots of shops, restaurants and cafés in the area. All major sights in the center are close and walkable. Tram stops next door, supermarket Billa 50m away.

The interior is already a bit worn out. The breakfast was ok, for a 4 star there should be more vegan/vegetarian choices in milk products. Only soya milk for coffee was provided but not for yoghurts. The background music played in the breakfast room repeats over and over and the quality of the tape is bad.

Room was spacious and cleaned daily. Location was great, short walking distance from everywhere you wanted to go.

Hotel is in a very good location. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and taking good care about the guests. Breakfasts are really tasty.

The rooms didnt have tea and coffee making facility, no water bottles provided and breakfast options were too limited. Think this is more of a three star than a 4 star hotel

We loved our stay at the ICON Hotel & Lounge! The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was always clean and tidy and our stay there was great! Special thanks to the receptionists for their help on where to go on our first day at Prague and for taking the time to book us tickets for a destination we decided to go to at the last minute. They also upgraded us to a deluxe room! Very very satisfied with our stay!!

Hotel is perfectly placed in the very center of Prague, just minutes from trams and metro, and a short walk to the old city. There are many restaurants and stores nearby. Room I've stayed in was big, overlooking inner courtyard and thus very quiet. Comfy beds. Very friendly personel is a big plus.
