Breakfast was amazing. Cleanliness. Location great! In the city center! Recommendations!

Soundproof wasn't very good. You can hear everything that is going on in the hall.

The entire staff were friendly, especially the reception, who were very attentive. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice.

The location was absolutely perfect. So close to the train station, so arriving was convenient. You step outside and turn a few times and you're in the center of the city. The amenities were also very neat and useful.

Be aware that the walls seem to be thin and noise transparent.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but here I had to. The service was amazing! I travel a lot and stay in many hotels, but I have never experienced service like I did at this hotel. At any hour and for any question, there was always someone available at the reception, with a smile and incredible attitude! Truly commendable!

Lovely staff, especially Klara who helped us rearrange our dates very last minute which was a huge help for us! Lovely big rooms for 4, cozy rooms for couples, perfect location into town close to shops, pubs, restaurants and landmarks, super close to the train station, loved it!

Breakfast was a bit expensive, but we went with some local spots instead and got some lovely budget friendly breakfast there!

Property is clean, fresh with an arty vibe. The room was good, if a little small. Bed was super comfy! Property is well positioned right in the city.

Parking is very expensive at €38 a day.

Our room was a lovely size. Industrial modern quirky feel which we like, might not be for everyone. Rooms were clean and other areas too. Helpful staff. Location was perfect for walking to sights or the metro, which was just down the road. Half an hour to 40 minutes to the airport by train and tram (trolley), very simple to change and cost was so reasonable.

Location was amazing, literally could walk to any major site in Prague plus nots of shopping places nearby too. The staff were great. I got an upgrade too. Long hours for breakfast. Good breakfast.

I had managed to get an upgrade which was amazing but just FYI that if you are 2 people, it's not a very large room. It was great for me as I was by myself. This was a personal thing but also the hallways are very dark - which is basically because it's the theme - not a problem but just letting you know in case you need a lot of light in hallways. Chatting to the Hotel via Booking.com was not always smooth I don't think.

Big room with smart tv, great shower with lots of space and space to put your own things. Staff were super friendly and so helpful and it’s only a short walk to both train station and to main square with lots of supermarkets and places to eat near by.

- The AC wasn't perfect and stops many times during sleep and have to restart it. - The room size is very small and there is no place for the luggage bag.

The room is very clean, cleaned every day even without a request. The room is spacious, modern, with good sound insulation. Delicious, varied breakfasts.

It's a pity that there is no gym or at least a mat for sports.

Nice spacious rooms, comfy and clean. And very friendly and helpfull staff. Very accommodating with our last-minute booking. Right in the city centre, near the train station and most tourist spots within walking distance.

Sound carries in the hallways and staircase making it a bit noisy when people are comming and going.

The reception is very warm and friendly. Room was so clean. The location is perfect and the old town square is approximately 10 minutes by walk.

Breaksfast could include more alternatives. And also the spa is required in all hotels but I knew when I choose thşs hotel has no spa so that this is not a disadvantage.
