Super modern hotel in an excellent location, right next to all the shops and just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. The rooms we booked were large and spacious. For the triple room, we received a wonderful and unexpected upgrade to a huge suite with a kitchen, a big dining area, a living room, and a large balcony. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

The best location , central and quiet. Big comfortable room, but the best was a great, friendly and helpful staff, available for questions and requests, always thinking one step ahead and really providing an excellent service. I will sure return if I'm in town.

Good location easy to walk to the old town, plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Also in the asking distance of the Astronomical clock

Very nice and modern hotel. Many shops and restaurants are nearby, and the metro and tram stops are just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The only downside was the strong perfume smell in the room at first, but after airing it out, it got much better.

Location, people at the reception were the most welcoming, breakfast was great and the whole place is very clean and so was the room cleaning service. It’s a very funky-styled hotel with an automatic photo booth in the entrance of the bar area, gives a young vibe with a billiard and soccer tables.

Lighting for adults can be challenging, and I personally expect gym and 3 different bottles of soaps (they have 1 soap that is 3 in 1 for hands, hair and body)

Great location, very central and close to everything. Very nice and helpful staff at reception. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well there. Housekeeping was good.

We spent there one night, I especially liked the staff, they were amazing, super helpful, polite, definitely a highlight of the stay.

The property is in an excellent location to all the sights. The staff were amazing especially Lewis who helped me sort out a problem. The breakfast was delicious with lots to choose from.

The staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. They made all.the difference!The location is perfect! I was able to walk everywhere to and from the hotel (old town, the sights, the shopping district, the bridges and the castle. Love the signature decor of NYX and all the modern artistic details. The are in the hall and the common areas were cool.

The location was absolutely perfect. So close to the train station, so arriving was convenient. You step outside and turn a few times and you're in the center of the city. The amenities were also very neat and useful.

Be aware that the walls seem to be thin and noise transparent.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but here I had to. The service was amazing! I travel a lot and stay in many hotels, but I have never experienced service like I did at this hotel. At any hour and for any question, there was always someone available at the reception, with a smile and incredible attitude! Truly commendable!

Lovely staff, especially Klara who helped us rearrange our dates very last minute which was a huge help for us! Lovely big rooms for 4, cozy rooms for couples, perfect location into town close to shops, pubs, restaurants and landmarks, super close to the train station, loved it!

Breakfast was a bit expensive, but we went with some local spots instead and got some lovely budget friendly breakfast there!
