Nice, well maintained, modern property

Great location, everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Nicely decorated decent size room perfect for a short stay. It was clean and we appreciated the kettle and fridge plus the iron which we requested. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I was lucky enough to get my room at a heavily discounted rate by booking in advance otherwise this hotel was way outside of my budget. The location couldn't have been better, within easy walking distance of the best areas of Prague. It was very quiet so I slept well.
Bathroom was well equipped with a great shower that was spacious clean and and worked really well. I had to pay extra for breakfast but it was worth every Euro. Loads of freshly cooked choices.
Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

My room was incredibly small and I barely had room to unzip my suitcase. Given the price I paid this was not an issue but I think if I had paid full price I may have felt a bit miffed.

The hotel was wonderful in an amazing location. The staff were really nice and helpful, suggested their own personal recomendations and help. The breakfast was incredible. The rooms and general areas were very clean and included everything needed for a wonderful city vacation.

The specific room was a bit small and warm, but it fitted our needs. If the size of the room is of importance to you, make sure to check it. During our stay we understood the hit in our room was on and turned it off which made our stay more pleasant.

Lift is so slow, the common area like staircase or hall ways does not match the theme of rooms interior, which kind of look odd! It is a bit expensive for the general Prague standards.

Fantastic service ! Specially at the reception on our check in and check out. Receptionist who was checking us in and out, was such a great man. He knows how to make real service from the heart! Thank you so much for this. Room was big for our 3 ppl. We had very comfy beds and jogę space all around the room. We had welcome basket in the room with local wine and sweets which was absolutely amazing and put smile on our faces right after eating the room. Nice clean room. Breakfast was good and everyone could find sth for himself. We will be back to experience this hotel and nice service again !

So nice and clean, you can reach the centre just by walking 5 minutes, breakfast was amazing even they have prosecco

This is my 3rd time that I stayed in this hotel. The room is very clean, staff are always very kind and their services are great, location is just so perfect. Rooms size is just perfect for 2 people and we feel very st home and safe in this hotel. We'll always come back to this hotel whenever We'll come to Prague.

Location is absolutely fab: really close to bars, restaurants, shopping etc... rooms are clean and comfy and staff were great.

Every thing was perfect!
We got early and the nice desk reception made everything that we will get our room early, same goes with our checkout they let us keep the room until 15:00 pm!

The hotel was amazing. Great facilities, great staff, amazing location, extremely central, very clean, felt very safe and cozy. Would stay again, completely recommend. Affordable price too.

There are no faults

The hotel was good, room was good, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom/shower. Location was good and near the metro station and all other sites. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was a little small, breakfast could have had more 'hot' options. Its about a 10 min walk to the Old Town but this wasn't a massive issue as the walk was through shopping areas.

The location is just perfect. Very close to the main tourist square as well as the Old Town. Everything is right on the door step. The breakfast is everything you can imagine and more! Also, the reception staff has been the best we have ever encountered! We absolutely loved our stay here and will be back.

One tiny issue with the bathroom door handle that came off but that was just funny;-)

Fab convenient location. Comfortable mattress. Breakfast was great, staff were very friendly and pleasant and it was a lovely stay.

The room was compact and very warm overnight, which was fine whilst we were awake (it was the middle of winter), however, despite turning down the radiator to minimum setting, it was a little too warm for a comfortable sleep through the whole night..
