Hotel NYX, Prague

Best team perfect location

Our room was a lovely size. Industrial modern quirky feel which we like, might not be for everyone. Rooms were clean and other areas too. Helpful staff. Location was perfect for walking to sights or the metro, which was just down the road. Half an hour to 40 minutes to the airport by train and tram (trolley), very simple to change and cost was so reasonable.

Location is great, Hotel is stylish and comfortable. Great Breakfast :)

Location was amazing, literally could walk to any major site in Prague plus nots of shopping places nearby too. The staff were great. I got an upgrade too. Long hours for breakfast. Good breakfast.

I had managed to get an upgrade which was amazing but just FYI that if you are 2 people, it's not a very large room. It was great for me as I was by myself. This was a personal thing but also the hallways are very dark - which is basically because it's the theme - not a problem but just letting you know in case you need a lot of light in hallways. Chatting to the Hotel via Booking.com was not always smooth I don't think.

Big room with smart tv, great shower with lots of space and space to put your own things. Staff were super friendly and so helpful and it’s only a short walk to both train station and to main square with lots of supermarkets and places to eat near by.

The location is between all the important area and closed to metro station

- The AC wasn't perfect and stops many times during sleep and have to restart it. - The room size is very small and there is no place for the luggage bag.

The room is very clean, cleaned every day even without a request. The room is spacious, modern, with good sound insulation. Delicious, varied breakfasts.

It's a pity that there is no gym or at least a mat for sports.

Nice spacious rooms, comfy and clean. And very friendly and helpfull staff. Very accommodating with our last-minute booking. Right in the city centre, near the train station and most tourist spots within walking distance.

Sound carries in the hallways and staircase making it a bit noisy when people are comming and going.

The reception is very warm and friendly. Room was so clean. The location is perfect and the old town square is approximately 10 minutes by walk.

Breaksfast could include more alternatives. And also the spa is required in all hotels but I knew when I choose thşs hotel has no spa so that this is not a disadvantage.

Our room was big and comfortable but it needs some renovation. Staff were very helpful. Location is good and close to everything.

The quality of the room on inspection is not as glamorous as its larger parts show. The bathroom being very thin isn’t great when you’re staying with friends. But these are small points. I accidentally left my shirt but that’s my own fault 😂

Located within a short walk from the main Prague train station and to the main old town area, so it was convenient to get in and out of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was a decent size, well maintained and clean. There was some noise generated in the room itself at night (from the plumbing perhaps?) but nothing too disruptive.

It is close to everywhere in terms of transportation, close to the main train station, the staff was friendly. The hotel was clean.
