The quality of the room on inspection is not as glamorous as its larger parts show. The bathroom being very thin isn’t great when you’re staying with friends. But these are small points. I accidentally left my shirt but that’s my own fault 😂

Located within a short walk from the main Prague train station and to the main old town area, so it was convenient to get in and out of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was a decent size, well maintained and clean. There was some noise generated in the room itself at night (from the plumbing perhaps?) but nothing too disruptive.

Top perks were a really comfy bed and pillows and big shower with powerful hot water. Room also had a coffee machine and a large flatscreen. Room very compact, not much room to move around at all, hence the 4 ⭐

It is close to everywhere in terms of transportation, close to the main train station, the staff was friendly. The hotel was clean.

The hotel is comfortable and clean with amazing location, right in the city center. Breakfast was fabulous and all the staff were really kind. I would stay here again.

our stay at the nyx hotel was great. the room was clean but small but that was not a problem as we were only in the hotel room to sleep. all the entertainment and attractions were a very short walk away. the breakfast was great with a wide selection. the hotel receptionist lewis was very nice and helpful. we have no bad words about the nyx hotel, everything was great!

Staff friendly and attentive

The property was in a fabulous location and extremely good value for money. The bar within the hotel was reasonably priced and open till late. We found the hotel perfect for our 3 night city break and would highly recommend for future travellers visiting Prague. We were a 10 minute walk if that from the main square (astronomical clock area) and nothing was too far away. The hotel was very comfy and clean.

The only thing I would say is in our room there wasn’t much space to move between the desk and the bed it was very close together. I know this isn’t the case in all rooms as we booked two identical rooms for this booking and the other room didn’t have the same issue. However it just made it very cramped getting past the bed to the wardrobe.
