The staff are very thoughtful ! Clean rooms and bathrooms .

Shower made a lot of noise and the shower head was a bit broken .

Great location, nice design, and comfortable, staff was really helpful too

The bolting mechanism on the door didn’t work, and you could hear sounds from the corridor from inside the room

So nice and clean, you can reach the centre just by walking 5 minutes, breakfast was amazing even they have prosecco

Everything was perfect warm friendly staff hotel very clean very modern great lighting in room location was perfect looking forward to coming back the welcome fruit and water and sweets bags to help yourself at reception was a nice touch top marks 5 stars

This is my 3rd time that I stayed in this hotel. The room is very clean, staff are always very kind and their services are great, location is just so perfect. Rooms size is just perfect for 2 people and we feel very st home and safe in this hotel. We'll always come back to this hotel whenever We'll come to Prague.

Location is absolutely fab: really close to bars, restaurants, shopping etc... rooms are clean and comfy and staff were great.

Every thing was perfect! We got early and the nice desk reception made everything that we will get our room early, same goes with our checkout they let us keep the room until 15:00 pm!

The hotel was amazing. Great facilities, great staff, amazing location, extremely central, very clean, felt very safe and cozy. Would stay again, completely recommend. Affordable price too.

There are no faults

The hotel was good, room was good, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom/shower. Location was good and near the metro station and all other sites. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was a little small, breakfast could have had more 'hot' options. Its about a 10 min walk to the Old Town but this wasn't a massive issue as the walk was through shopping areas.

The staff very friendly and helpful, the barman sergey one of the best bartenders that i ever seen, he makes cocktails on very professional level also we had some misunderstanding and they immediatley solved it great hotel and it was worth every euro

The location is just perfect. Very close to the main tourist square as well as the Old Town. Everything is right on the door step. The breakfast is everything you can imagine and more! Also, the reception staff has been the best we have ever encountered! We absolutely loved our stay here and will be back.

One tiny issue with the bathroom door handle that came off but that was just funny;-)

Fab convenient location. Comfortable mattress. Breakfast was great, staff were very friendly and pleasant and it was a lovely stay.

The room was compact and very warm overnight, which was fine whilst we were awake (it was the middle of winter), however, despite turning down the radiator to minimum setting, it was a little too warm for a comfortable sleep through the whole night..

Klara ar reception made the whole trip. Super friendly super helpful just a little joy to speak to. Location was also really close to the old town so that was nice and very cool interior design. Also there is a pillow menu, amazing extra service.

The room has a super tiny wardrobe, could really hang our longer clothes coz the mini fridge was in it.

The hotel is an easy walk to and from the train station, as well as to many of the tourist sites one would want to reach on foot. The staff were exceptional - helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was stellar and had everything a picky eater (or not) could want. The room was comfortable and apportioned well for a small European hotel room. The thank-you treat upon checking out was a nice touch.

The mini-fridge in the room is a nice touch, but doesn't keep things cold - just lukewarm. Which is fine because it is in Europe, and lukewarm is the thing. The hotel is expensive. I realize you're paying for convenience, and I did go during Christmas Markets, so of course, rates are going to be high. I am not sure it was worth the cost of the room, tho, solely for the location. The room was fine, but the cost did not match "fine."

Location was fantastic and the vibe of the hotel was fun.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as other recent hotel stays and the cleaning crew was very loud outside of our door in the morning.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Even before our arrival, the staff responded quickly and helpfully to every question or request by email. The location is excellent – close to public transportation and easy to get around. The front desk team was friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped with a coffee machine and a small fridge. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety and good coffee.

The room is a bit small and not a lot of space to put your things. Only one elevator so sometimes it takes some waiting.

Location is excellent - all sites of interest can be reached by foot and lots of cafes and restaurants about. Room was good size and comfortable - just a little dark though. Breakfast was very nice - good range of food in nice room. Staff friendly and helpful throughout.

Lighting in room was really dim - poor for putting makeup on.

Super modern hotel in an excellent location, right next to all the shops and just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. The rooms we booked were large and spacious. For the triple room, we received a wonderful and unexpected upgrade to a huge suite with a kitchen, a big dining area, a living room, and a large balcony. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

The best location , central and quiet. Big comfortable room, but the best was a great, friendly and helpful staff, available for questions and requests, always thinking one step ahead and really providing an excellent service. I will sure return if I'm in town.
