The room with modern design and comfortable bed. It was so lovely with welcome gift of a champagne in ice bucket. Cute prague iconic toy and the room display is so nice. Strong WiFi and good location. Breakfast is nice too.

This hotel offers a quiet and safe location, just a 10-15 minute walk to The Old Town Center. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is polite and helpful.

Air conditioning is my preferred method of cooling, even in the winter. Therefore, I was searching for that information on how to lower the tempreature as heating was 22. However, the outside temperature was 2 degrees, so we opened the windows.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful while accommodating our requests. The hotel is beautiful, cozy and has a lot of character. Is very well located. The room was the right size, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is very good with a lot of variety. Price to quality ratio is very acceptable.

It’s very well designed even though not part of any brand it feels like it. It’s a great location. The internal coffee shop and breakfast is great. It feels like someone cared when designing the rooms which feel great.

We had to open up our window to reduce the room temp. Our group got rooms all by each other.

Perfect location just steps from Old Town Square, stunning art-deco mosaic interiors, spotlessly clean and stylish rooms, super comfortable beds and a fantastic breakfast. The staff are incredibly warm and helpful. Felt like a boutique luxury stay at a fair price. Already planning my next trip back!

Second visit. We loved the location, the style of the hotel, the lovely friendly staff, and on this time playing chess in the bar area in the evening.

Such a minor point - out bed had a solid metal frame with no give, this made the sleep firmed than usual. Although hardly a problem.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel right in the center of Prague. The location couldn’t be better just minutes away from the Old Town, Charles Bridge. It made exploring the city effortless and enjoyable. The room was spotless, beautifully designed and modern. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with a great variety of fresh options and the dining area had a calm, cozy atmosphere. The staff truly elevated the experience — everyone at reception was warm, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations, taxis, and reservations. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Prague and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality stay in the city center.

We loved the location of the hotel. It was within easy walking distance to the old town and was in a quiet area of the new town but had plenty choice of eating and drinking places nearby. We booked a superior room which was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel cafe bar is a nice chilled out area for breakfast or a place to have a drink after a day of exploring Prague. The staff at the hotel couldn’t be more helpful. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Prague.

The room was very clean and homely, lovely decor and a very large bathroom. All the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was brilliant. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The toilet was very high up so your legs dangled down. Also, we could not alter the temperature of the room so was very warm when trying to sleep sometimes.

I rarely bother writing reviews, but this stay deserves it. We booked a room with a balcony at the Mosaic Hotel, and it was the best choice we could have made for a trip to Prague. The staff handled every request and went above and beyond! The balcony quickly became our evening “spot” to relax after walking around the city. They even arranged small details for us that we didn’t expect, and that alone set the tone for the whole stay. The SPA deserves its own mention. Super clean, calm, and relaxing. Perhaps a lil pricey, but it was worth it. We didn’t try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that, but everything else was handled so well that it didn’t matter. This was one of those hotel experiences where you walk out thinking: “Yes, I’d come back here without hesitation.”

Everything about our stay was lovely. We stayed as a large group for our friend’s birthday and it was the perfect place for us!

There was absolutely nothing we could fault about Mosaic House, the staff were great, breakfast was delicious, the bar/cafe area was cosy and the room was great. The beds were very comfy and the shower/bathroom were modern and well equipped. The view from our balcony was lovely too.

I liked the styling in the bar area and library and bedroom, though I did keep bashing my head on the light in the bedroom.

The room itself is very small, and oddly shaped. There is little space for hanging or putting away clothes and other items, but also no unobtrusive space to put bags

Well located hotel in New Town, within 20 mins walk from city centre. Room was clean and updated, and double windows kept the room quiet. Staff were responsive, although the service staff spoke very little English. The lounge offered a nice place to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. A lovely comfortable cosy vibe, a large quiet room which was not too hot, a comfortable bed, coffee maker, Bluetooth speaker & lovely toiletries. Breakfast was fabulous.Very pleasant & helpful staff. Convenient location. Loved it!

A wonderful hotel. Clean and modern rooms. Great mattress. A warm welcome at the reception. Fantastic breakfast. Parking service is brilliant.

The only thing that felt a bit strange. We had to leave the breakfast room at 10 am sharp even though we had not finished. The lady then told us must leave and eat in the lobby because the workers needed time to have breakfast as well. That felt a bit akward.

This hotel has a fantastic atmosphere and the staff are very kind and professional. The breakfast was excellent, offering something for everyone’s taste. The room with a terrace was more than comfortable; we slept wonderfully, and the room had everything we needed. We were especially delighted with the terrace! The location of the hotel is excellent - almost all attractions are within walking distance, and we didn’t feel the need to use public transport. We also have to praise the hotel’s commitment to sustainability. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends!

A beautiful and clean hotel in a great location. Very lively lobby with great desserts. The breakfast was excellent with great americano coffee and all the food was very tasty. Great staff as well, especially Barbara from the breakfast buffet who was so kind and hard working. We also tried the QQ kitchen restaurant located in the hotel and the food was sooo good. Highly recommended

Cute Hotel with a lot of charming details on the room. A most relaxing and cosy bar/ lounge area, an asian restaurant with delicious dinner menu and polite and helpful staff. The list could go on for ever! Highly recommended!

The hotel were incredibly accommodating in ensuring I was placed close by my parents who’d booked another type of room in the hotel. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly! The cafe/library area was a beautiful space to relax and work in.

I had a beautiful terrace with lots of external space but the size of the inside of my room was a little tight. With two people and luggage, it’d be very cosy.

Excellent hotel – very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and within walking distance of many of Prague’s top attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Prague!

The AC was stuck at 20 degrees, making the room quite cold. I asked the reception for assistance, but they were unhelpful. Additionally, some of the breakfast staff seemed unpleasant and unwelcoming (perhaps due to how busy the restaurant was, but that shouldn’t affect the guests’ experience).

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and clean. The hotel’s location is ideal, quite close to everything. The artistic side of the hotel really adds to its charm. The staff were very friendly. I also recommend checking out the bar! I definitely recommend it for a great stay :)

The sheets gathered dust rather quickly, so there was quite a bit of it. But otherwise, nothing else to complain about!
