Hotel Mosaic House, Prague

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and clean. The hotel’s location is ideal, quite close to everything. The artistic side of the hotel really adds to its charm. The staff were very friendly. I also recommend checking out the bar! I definitely recommend it for a great stay :)

The sheets gathered dust rather quickly, so there was quite a bit of it. But otherwise, nothing else to complain about!

Did not partake in the buffet breakfast they had but it looked very good. Instead we went to the beautiful cafe they had for a really nice breakfast coffe and juice. And it was really barista coffee too! i had a flat white. Bonus

The hotel has a good location, close to the center and public transport. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. The room was clean and interestingly decorated. There was everything you need for a comfortable stay and to enjoy Prague.

Bad breakfast service, kept taking our plates before finishing as if they wanted us to leave. Very cold room and small single duvets. Asked twice to increase temperature as per their info paper but in vain.

Hidden gem of a hotel, with great staff and generous rooms. Close enough to walk into town and an inexpensive uber home at night.

The only disappointment was that we were told on arrival that breakfast was not included. This meant we did not engage with the hotel facilities, we just used the room. I am sure the booking I made had breakfast but maybe not, but could have been my mistake, its worth checking. Mind you the coffee in the room was good and there are plenty of locations for breakfast within a short walk.

Great location and beautiful rooms

The staff at reception double charged us for our stay then didn’t believe me when I tried to tell them this. They did refund me a few days later however I was frustrated by how rude they were to me.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The ability to close and open shutters with a button was neat. The shower drained well and was clean. The breakfast options in the café were excellent! And the the garden was peaceful with a nice koi pond. The champagne waiting in the room for us upon arrival was a nice surprise.

The unfrosted glass at the top of the bathroom allows light into the room when someone uses the bathroom at night. Not a huge issue

The room was comfortable, and it looked good. Staff were great. Everything had been carefully thought about.Bed was really comfortable. Good mini bar. The location was great. Blue tooth speaker was a nice addition along with the shoe horn and selection of water. Good breakfast and nice bar. Interesting books to read.

Our window looked out onto a blank wall, which was really disappointing. And if I 'm going to be picky, the red carpet up to the 1st floor could do with a shampoo

the should mention clearly befor bokking teh room, that 30€/night will be charged for parking. in the hoem page it is written, parking included but tehy have charged for it when checking in

A charming boutique hotel, tastefully decorated and very cozy. Excellent location – the Old Town is within walking distance and there are plenty of bars and pubs around. The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The room was a bit small

Our 6th floor balcony room was a delight! Roomy, comfortable and still warm enough to keep the windows open and hang out on the balcony. Loved it!

It was comfortable, with charm and excellent facilities. A lot of care has gone into the decor and the clients’ comfort and needs. A kettle and coffee maker was much appreciated. Excellent location. Modern and elegant bathroom with nice toiletries

location is outstanding, just outside of the tourist areas, but walkable to everything. The hotel is stylish and fun, the room is great, very quiet at night. Clean, comfortable and well appointed. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent as well. Definitely recommend.

Nothing really...hard to complain. The room we were in was slightly tight for 2 people and all our luggage, but not bad. Bathroom was large and very nice.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. We loved the decorations and design, particularly the cow guarding the front window. The rooms were very tastefully decorated. The location was great for us--within reasonable walking distance of many major places worth visiting. Staré Město was about 15 minutes away. The hotel contained lots of little amenities and thoughtful touches in the reasonably-spacious room, as well as throughout the property.

There's really very little to not like. If you're not familiar with European hotels, be prepared for half-bed duvets. (Some hotels will provide you with a larger one.)

What can I say about my stay? It was simply fantastic, the hotel is magical. Everything detail is well thought, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The old town is at a walking distance, so you can wander around and discover the beauty of this amazing city at your own pace. Hope to come back and stay again at this wonderful hotel.

The arrangement of the space in the room was a little cramped, we had to sit on the bed if it we couldn't sit on the terrace as there was no comfy seating in the room.

Great location and we liked the laid back feel of the hotel bar area, and the secret garden. The rooms were lovely with comfortable bed and I loved the pillows .

Breakfast which was included in our stay sometimes felt a little rushed with quick collection of plates etc. We appreciate the staff are doing their job but we did feel like we needed to be out fairly quickly

Our stay in Mosiac House was excellent could not say one negative about anything there. Was very clean , staff amazing , food was excellent the breakfast Buffett had a great choice . We loved the use of the private spa which we used twice during our weekend stay . Can honestly say we loved everything about our stay and could not fault anything . Location was excellent too and felt very safe there even at nighttime . Would definitely stay there again . One of the reception staff Olger gave us some restaurant suggestions outside of the town which we tried and enjoyed very much . Also some tourist suggestions. She was very helpful . We enjoyed our stay in room 203 . Prague in now my favourite European destination.

The entire feel has to very cool retro vibe even being modern. I highly recommend getting a balcony. Breakfast was also surprisingly good for a buffet and the location is just away from the madness that is Prague 1.

Not their fault but the water to the entire area stopped working for half a day.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Prague! ✨ The whole place is spotless, very stylish and beautifully decorated. Our room was perfectly comfortable, with great ventilation, an excellent mattress, cozy bedding, and beautiful lighting that created such a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were absolutely amazing – so kind, professional, and always smiling. They really made us feel welcome. One of the highlights was that they even surprised me with a lovely birthday gift in my room, which meant so much to me and made my stay unforgettable. We also really appreciated the welcome drink when we arrived – it’s small details like this that make such a big difference and show how much they care about their guests. Overall, this hotel is a perfect combination of elegance, comfort, and warm hospitality. I would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Prague!

Such a brilliant stay. My room was the perfect size, spotless, cosy and homely. It was a quiet location but really well connected and close to some lovely coffee shops and cafes. It was a real treat to return to my room after a long day exploring and feeling like you were returning to a home away from home. Some lovely touches I enjoyed were the coffee and tea top ups & water top ups daily, and the Bluetooth speaker to set the mood getting ready every day. A really excellent hotel, I will definitely be back if I ever return to Prague.

If anything (there was really nothing I didn’t like), some kind of special price for guests who wish to use the spa maybe. I didn’t end up using it in the end.
