Hotel Mosaic House, Prague

The location was great, close to public transport and close to a couple of sites on our itinerary (e.g. dancing house). The decor was cute, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was decent. The bar/lounge area was cute and the staff there were lovely. The gym was also decently sized. We managed to get checked in a little early, which was nice. The younger lady at the reception was lovely! Facilities were definitely worth the price we paid. I had issue during my stay that is the reason for the slightly lower rating, but management were understanding, reassuring and solution-focused and they honestly changed my opinion. I'm certain they've earned all the other 10 ratings (and we'll hopefully/probably feel the same when we return to give them another shot)

-The room temperature seems to be centrally controlled so it got a bit chilly in the night and we couldn't change it.

We felt right at home as we entered the room. It was very cozy and clean, and smelled very nice too :D The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was just the best I’ve ever had in any of the hotels!! The location is also quite good, we could walk to all of the major landmarks. Bus stops are also nearby as I noticed (although we did not use them)

I only learned it after arrival that the swimming pool is not included in the stay and is extra cost with the spa. Probably I did not read enough in advance. The shelves and practicality of the rooms is lacking a bit, there was barely enough room for two suitcases and some clothes. Also I felt I lacked some hooks for the towels. The hotel does not provide laundry services.

I had an excellent stay (already my second time) at this hotel, and I remain 100% satisfied with it! The rooms are cool, clean, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. One standout feature was the shower gel and soap—the scent was so amazing that I even wanted to ask where I could buy it for my home! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic—a large variety of fresh and delicious options that made it worth every penny. It’s rare to find a hotel breakfast that leaves you so satisfied and energized for the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also very convenient, as it’s close to the tramway and only a 15-minute walk to the old town, which made exploring the area so easy. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I’d gladly stay here again!

We are really appreciating hotel´s staff, they were really helpful and answered for all questions. The cafe/bar in lobby was really cool with good food, drinks and also very friendly staff. Location was great - we didn´t use public transport to reach all main places of Prague. The room designed in really nice way. If you need - grocery store in 3 minutes from hotel which is also really comfortable.

Maybe its better not to make cleaning in hallway in 8am in the morning on Saturdays. it was a little bit annoying because cleaning was super load. But this it didnt change the whole picture of stay in this hotel, just small comment.

Hotel was good located, very close to city center, clean , happy, designed , and staff was very kind and helpful.

A very excellent hotel, one of the best I've visited in Prague. Great location, almost all attractions are within walking distance, and there are many good restaurants and massage salons nearby. Very clean, very cozy. The room is not large, but there is enough space. Great staff, answering all possible questions. Breakfast is simply fantastic, very tasty, with something new every day. Next time, I will definitely choose the same hotel again. Thank you!

Great location close to the city center and metro station. We also loved the privat spa that you can book for an extra fee but it was definitely worth it. Would come back anytime!

May have being my fault booking but our double bed was two single beds pulled together.

Only minor thing for the bed it was 2 singles connected instead of 1 big bed and the quilts where again 2 singles. Would prefer a big quilt but that makes it a 9.8/10 so overall great experience.

Gorgeous hotel in the perfect location, really comfortable beds and pillows, spotless clean. Highly recommend a room with a balcony, we had gorgeous sunset views and the rooms opposite had views of Prague Castle. Our second time staying and we will be back.

The stay was very comfortable. The hotel is stylish with character and has a cozy cafe. It was located in a relatively good location as Prague is very walkable. The staff were lovely and accommodating to our requests for early check-in / late check-out.

The options for breakfast in the cafe were limited. The very high toilet seat and bathtub in the room made the bathroom slightly uncomfortable to use.

Everything was great. My wife said that this is perhaps the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in and we’ve stayed at a lot of nice hotels. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was great. The hotel was not noisy.

We loved it. The balcony was absolutely magical. Close to town, great value for money, helpful staff, breakfast was all that you need.

We didn’t love the Asian restaurant downstairs - there are much better restaurants in town that charge less. We found the food incredibly salty.

The place is just fantastic. Nice, clean, special. Attention to details. It's where you want to spend more time just enjoying the atmosphere. Very nice room, it's got everything. The location is excellent, close to all the sights, places of interest.

It was super convenient walking distance within 10-15mins to the shopping streets, we did not take any public transport and walked throughout the 4days. The hotel staff were very sweet to have given us a bottle for our honeymoon. Room was clean. Hotel staffs are all very helpful and friendly.

The room was abit small as we came with 4 huge luggages but the bed frame was high enough that we could push them under the bed so we could walk around . Toilet basin a little small.

Highly recommend Hotel Mosaic. The service was top-notch and the hotel itself is beautiful and spotless.

Cosy rooms, amazing staff! It was Christmas night we were so hungry and asked for something to eat in the night. Our friend in reception served sone cake to us. He was so helpful. Just next to main entrance, there was a charging spot we were able to charge our EV easily. The breakfast is so rich, you wouldnt have to worry about the food for at least 3-4 hours after having this great breakfast.

The hotel is clean and neat. Staff is very helpful and even is open for a conversation. Thanks to Olga for the friendly welcome and the discount for the upgrade to the penthouse. The view from the penthouse (7th floor, 1 stair from the 6th) is wonderful, overseeing the city, Prague Castle and many cathedrals.

The breakfast area is rather small, on Saturday wr had to wait for a table because there wasn't any table available. When we got a table, we left our drinks at the table to get some food and when we returned the table was taken.

Location, quality of the room and breakfast. Unfortunately no member of the Staff has greeted me in any interaction, I was always the first to say hello. Certainly my expectations were really high because of the ratings, at the same time a hello (better with a smile) and a thank you are effort and costless and make you feel important and appreciated.

Great Location, bars and restaurants in the neighborhood and just 15 walking minutes from the City center. Our room was clean and comfortable, just a bit small though. Staff was really friendly and welcoming.a great experience was the private Sauna, needs separate booking and extra payment, but it's really worth it. Nice breakfast including many vegetarian options.

A bit more space for storage of clothing would be nice.

It was stylish and well-appointed. Close to many attractions without being too touristy. The reading nooks were great and so was the breakfast. The spa and massage were excellent.

Difficult to say, because I love everything but If I have to say something, is about the fact that the Spa is not part of the Hotel and you have to pay even to go to the Sauna.
