Beautiful hotel, modern design with a retro feel in some aspects. Spacious room and bathroom, modern facilities, comfortable beds, double-glazed windows so quiet and insulated from cold, black out curtains. Pleasant side street view with hanging sculptural installations. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Cafe was beautiful and relaxing, good coffee, pastries, focaccia sanwiches. The Asian restaurant attached to hotel served delicious food. We took ours to the room so can’t really speak to the ambiance but it was packed so clearly very popular.

Check out was rather slow as only one person was at the desk and the customer took time. At check-in there were 2 people but also took time, however, we didn’t opt for the recommended online check-in which probably would have speeded up the process.

The hotel is located in a perfect location for a short or longer stay in Praha. The rooms are spacious warm.and clean, and the lounge consisting of a library is very pleasant for long chilling stays. We had booked a different hotel coming back from Karlovy Vary, but cancelled that booking and came back to the Mosaic Hotel Praha.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel premises were very beautiful, the breakfast was rich, and the staff was very kind. The rooms were lovely, with comfortable beds and tasteful décor. The location is quite central, allowing you to walk to the city’s main attractions. We highly recommend it without hesitation.

I would have preferred the room to be a bit warmer, as the temperature was around 22–23 degrees.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The facilities were excellent and exceeded our expectations in every way. What truly stood out was how supportive and helpful the team was when we needed assistance during an unexpected situation. We felt genuinely cared for, and that made our experience even more special. We would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

We loooooved this gorgeous hotel. The staff are so welcoming. The room spectacular. It has so much history and the design overall is amazing. We loved the choices for breakfast and efficiency of the staff. We wish to stay again and again when we visit Prague. Also a must do - spa and massages - the best!!

Great location close to city center, very cozy room and the cafe down stairs makes a great breakfast, drinks and snacks all day long. Both the room and bathroom were very clean. It was nice to sleep in and great for watching a movie after walking around the whole day

I don’t know why booking accepts the hotel providing parking when they just use a public parking garage close by. I didn’t want to use the valet service and park my own car, but i still had to leave my car keys at the garage which didn’t sit right with me. The alternative would be parking further away in another garage or leaving it on the street. Considering this it didn’t feel like the property “had parking”

The accommodations were excellent, and we particularly appreciated the private terrace in our room. The hotel's location is highly convenient, with many attractions within walking distance. The river is also easily accessible, just a five-minute walk away. The staff demonstrated professionalism and helpfulness, and our rooms were meticulously cleaned daily. My companion thoroughly enjoyed the cappuccino served at the restaurant. For guests arriving by car, valet parking services are available.

This hotel is an oasis in the busy city of Prague. The exterior is playful, highlighting its creative design aesthetic. The interior similarly is impeccable, with tasteful art elements everywhere, from the impressive red-carpeted double stairway up the front, to the hypnotic undulating sculpture lamps in the comfortable hotel bar. The staff was wonderful and welcoming. The room was quiet and clean and had everything from heated bathroom floors to the simulated fireplace on the TV whenever you entered the room.

Prague is a big city, and while this hotel is easily accessible via walking to many locations, it is still about 3/4 mile from Old Town and about 1.5 miles from the castle. It's a walking city so if you're up to it, great. If not, no worries...there is a tram stop only two blocks away!

We were welcomed by a bottle of champagne and a welcome letter which was a nice gesture, the room had a nice design and comfy bed, overall everything was clean. The places you want to see are pretty close even on foot, and I also recommend their cafe its a good way to start your morning.

I know its a green hotel and there is also a notification about the room temperature which is 21 °C by default but it was pretty cold, upon request they have set it higher but took a while to feel it, other than that no issues.

This hotel offers a quiet and safe location, just a 10-15 minute walk to The Old Town Center. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is polite and helpful.

Air conditioning is my preferred method of cooling, even in the winter. Therefore, I was searching for that information on how to lower the tempreature as heating was 22. However, the outside temperature was 2 degrees, so we opened the windows.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful while accommodating our requests. The hotel is beautiful, cozy and has a lot of character. Is very well located. The room was the right size, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is very good with a lot of variety. Price to quality ratio is very acceptable.
