Very nice hotel, I stayed second time there. Breakfast is amazing and the staff too. Asian restaurant is exceptional

Pillows are not very comfortable, one was too big the other one was too small :) Also, we booked sauna but it got canceled because of some technical issues (the staff was very empathetic though) I understand that it was no ones fault but still was very sad that we couldn’t visit it

The hotel was overall brilliant! The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. Although we did not use the many facilities on offer, such as the spa or gym, they were very well advertised and needed a simple call down to reception to book. The restaurant and cafe were lovely, the decor was so unique and it was a nice touch to receive a free drink coupon on arrival :) The location was great, we could walk to most places in less than 20 minutes.

Our stay at the Mosaic House Design Hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Olga at reception, making us feel like long-lost family. The complimentary drinks upon arrival, the bottle of Prosecco in our room, the delightful café bar, and the uniquely and beautifully designed rooms made our entire stay enjoyable. The hotel provided a five-star experience at budget prices. We indulged in the private use of the luxury spa, which was well worth the £70 for 90 minutes in a wonderfully relaxing space. The staff were exceedingly helpful throughout our stay, and the hotel's location was ideal—far enough from the main strip to avoid the hen/stag parties and tourists, yet close enough to see all the main sights. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and are already planning a summer return with our children.

We both paid for a 60-minute massage each. My husband received a Swedish massage, while I had the Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage. We were supposed to be offered a choice of light, medium, or firm pressure, but both of our massage therapists were excessively forceful. It was a full hour of physical discomfort to the extent that we were bruised and unable to move easily for a couple of days. We were not given an option on pressure. Please note that the massage therapists are outsourced and not hotel staff. Next time I would probably try the Thai massage for half the cost which is located across the road but still part of the Mosaic Hotel buildings in the apartment block opposite.

We loved the location, common rooms like the cafe and library, the comfortable beds, the little touches like welcome drink and candy bag, and overall great customer service.

Our only downside was the room we had was with a bathtub/shower head. The bathtub is really tall so it wasn't easy to get in and out. We would have preferred a room with just a shower.

It was an amazing hotel in the center of the city the room is clean and spacious everything prepared well with comfy set up and the best breakfast ever with variety of choices a lots of thanks to the hotel team

I loved the hotel from the moment I entered the lobby. I felt immediately at home. The room was wonderful. We were very sad to leave after a week as it felt like home. Breakfast was fabulous. It had everything you could possibly want.:Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Everything. From our first contact Illona who was most warm and welcoming. Our room was outstanding. Quirky comfortable and spotless. The cafe staff went above and beyond. The breakfast in the restaurant was superb. Front of house couldn’t be anymore helpful.

The room was beautiful and very cosy, and they seemed to have thought of everything. The room was spotless, the bed was really comfy, and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. We found the staff at reception and in the cafe/bar friendly and helpful, and it was lovely to sit in the cafe/bar after a day walking the city. It's honestly one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at and excellent value for money.

Unbelievable personal feeling that you are at home! The lobby is just amazing. Stuff is so helpfull. We celebrated birthday of my wife so they send us champagne to the room with personal note from the manager. They booked for us most desirable restaurant in Prague and organized firework and cake! Will come back again every time I come to Prague. Food was excellent!

The location was great, close to public transport and close to a couple of sites on our itinerary (e.g. dancing house). The decor was cute, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was decent. The bar/lounge area was cute and the staff there were lovely. The gym was also decently sized. We managed to get checked in a little early, which was nice. The younger lady at the reception was lovely! Facilities were definitely worth the price we paid. I had issue during my stay that is the reason for the slightly lower rating, but management were understanding, reassuring and solution-focused and they honestly changed my opinion. I'm certain they've earned all the other 10 ratings (and we'll hopefully/probably feel the same when we return to give them another shot)

We felt right at home as we entered the room. It was very cozy and clean, and smelled very nice too :D The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was just the best I’ve ever had in any of the hotels!! The location is also quite good, we could walk to all of the major landmarks. Bus stops are also nearby as I noticed (although we did not use them)

I only learned it after arrival that the swimming pool is not included in the stay and is extra cost with the spa. Probably I did not read enough in advance. The shelves and practicality of the rooms is lacking a bit, there was barely enough room for two suitcases and some clothes. Also I felt I lacked some hooks for the towels. The hotel does not provide laundry services.

I had an excellent stay (already my second time) at this hotel, and I remain 100% satisfied with it! The rooms are cool, clean, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. One standout feature was the shower gel and soap—the scent was so amazing that I even wanted to ask where I could buy it for my home! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic—a large variety of fresh and delicious options that made it worth every penny. It’s rare to find a hotel breakfast that leaves you so satisfied and energized for the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also very convenient, as it’s close to the tramway and only a 15-minute walk to the old town, which made exploring the area so easy. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I’d gladly stay here again!

We are really appreciating hotel´s staff, they were really helpful and answered for all questions. The cafe/bar in lobby was really cool with good food, drinks and also very friendly staff. Location was great - we didn´t use public transport to reach all main places of Prague. The room designed in really nice way. If you need - grocery store in 3 minutes from hotel which is also really comfortable.

Maybe its better not to make cleaning in hallway in 8am in the morning on Saturdays. it was a little bit annoying because cleaning was super load. But this it didnt change the whole picture of stay in this hotel, just small comment.

A very excellent hotel, one of the best I've visited in Prague. Great location, almost all attractions are within walking distance, and there are many good restaurants and massage salons nearby. Very clean, very cozy. The room is not large, but there is enough space. Great staff, answering all possible questions. Breakfast is simply fantastic, very tasty, with something new every day. Next time, I will definitely choose the same hotel again. Thank you!
