The hotel was trendy and well laid out. The bedrooms were clean, tidy and beds comfy

The towels were rubbish. Hard and crusty. The only thing that let the hotel down in my opinion

The breakfast was outstanding. Great selection of foods. The front staff and wait staff were great.

No hook in shower for towel had to go to the sink for closest hook, getting the floor wet along the way... Slippers would have been nice.

A great hotel experience, probably one of the best ever. Amazing service with very friendly staff. Very clean and quiet room! Everything was perfect! We'll definitely stay here again when we visit Prague next time!

Everything was perfect!

The location, décor and our penthouse was amazing. The bed was so comfortable (probably the best night sleep we had in a long time. The place is so clean and a special shout out to the spa team (the tall blond guy and brunette lady who gave us the best massages)! We highly recommend the massages!

Lovely hotel. The service was spot on. The room was comfortable and spacious with and equipped perfectly. Fantastic value for money with an air of luxury about it but also a boutique feel with a bit of quirkiness thrown in. Our ideal stay. Will highly recommend to our friends as well as you lot reading this review.

The only slight annoyance was the air conditioning controls. We worked it out in the end but slightly less than user friendly. Perhaps speak to the staff if you experience any problems adjusting the settings.

The hotel had a very pleasant vibe and nicely decorated interiors. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bathroom had a nice large shower space. We were also pleasantly surprised with a bottle of Prosecco. The staff was always nice and very helpful. The breakfasts were excellent, we loved the choice of the food provided.

The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and warm. The manager left a sweet note and bottle of champagne upon my arrival. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful with a lovely outside garden and many other communal spaces.

The location was a little far from certain attractions but I would stay at this hotel again regardless.

Booked via booking.com but didn’t expect to be on the top floor with an amazing balcony overlooking the city! Great check in staff even though we arrived late, cafe/bar is lovely to sit in and have a drink and it’s in a fab location to access Prague city - would stay again

Our room was comfortable and clean and we had plenty of space to put away all our things for a 9-night stay. The location near the major sights of Prague meant we were able to walk almost everywhere. We opted to get breakfast included and it was a top-notch buffet every morning with plenty to choose from.

We visited during the spring from a cold climate at home, so the indoor climate control was occasionally quite warm. But we were able to keep comfortable.

I loved the location, friendly staff and small spaces on sight. Restaurants were close and on site as well.

Wow! My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at Mosaic House in Prague. This place just gets everything right. First off, the staff are phenomenal – so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They set the tone for a fantastic visit. The rooms? Spacious, modern, and super comfortable. A really stylish space to relax in. We also loved the on-site café for just kicking back and enjoying the cool, relaxed vibe of the hotel. A huge plus was the incredible Asian restaurant located right in the building – the food was fantastic! It’s amazing to have such a great dining option literally steps from your room. Overall, Mosaic House manages to be both chic and incredibly welcoming. We honestly felt right at home there. Highly recommended for a perfect Prague experience!

The location was good once we found our bearings. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and polite. We hadn't booked for breakfast, but it was no problem to have breakfast if we wanted to eat in the hotel. It was my daughter's birthday the day after we arrived and a bottle of prosecco was waiting for us in our room. A lovely gesture and well received. The Asian restaurant served fabulous food in the evenings and the bar served lovely snacks and desserts. An all round winner.

Fantastic atmosphere and interior at the hotell! Excellent breakfast. And perfect location. Short walk from both new- and old Town but still a more relaxed /quiet area. Standard rooms are small but charmy/has everything you need incl a very good espressomachine.

Only small minus is a noicy (and not very efficient) aircondition but could be thus is because of ‘suddenly’ warn weather and that the temperature system will stabelize.

We had a great stay. The staff was super friendly , the hotel and room very tasteful , functional and cosy. Very nice atmosphere and Great breakfast buffet. Great location . We especially appreciated all the details and amenities that we did not expect, free bottle of sparkling wine and personalized welcome note, and every day 2 big bottles of fresh water, sparkling and non sparkling and selection of tea , all free of charge. Candies as good bye. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Prague, everything is on the doorstep or a walk away. It’s a beautiful, modern property and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for more!

A wonderful hotel that's hard to fault. Thoughtful touches from the staff and incredibly comfortable beds in beautifully designed rooms. It's a great location too - the neighbourhood is quiet with interesting shops and bars, just a ten to fifteen minute walk from the centre.

We loved our stay here! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and ideally located. The staff were friendly and welcoming—even leaving a bottle of champagne and a note in our room after I mentioned we were visiting for a special occasion. The room was perfect: clean, spacious yet cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also had dinner at the adjacent restaurant, QQ Kitchen, which was exceptional—definitely don’t miss it if you’re staying here. The location was great too: close enough to walk to the old town and major sights, but far enough to avoid the crowds and noise. We would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel location is perfect, breakfast was good and the staff was welcoming.

The hotel was fantastic across the board, with comfortable and stylish public and bar areas, as well as the rooms of course. The staff were welcoming and the music selection in public areas was also great and set a nice mood. The only downside to the properly was the temperature in the bedroom - the air con does not allow you to cool the room lower than 22 degrees, this is due to their eco credentials. Although I appreciate their work on this, a guest should be able to cool their room more than that.

Beautiful decor, amazing food, comfortable room, attentive staff, spotlessly clean

The bedroom and bathroom felt like a bit of luxury. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with organising city tours and airport taxis. They also gave us some great recommendations for where to eat.

Nothing. The only thing if I were being very particular is it would have been nice to have an arm chair in the bedroom.

One of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in! So nicely designed and really kind staff. The breakfast buffet was delicious with so much variety, and the private spa was exceptional. Great location with lots of good restaurants around and close to the tourist sites, but not right in the middle of the touristy part of the city. If we return to Prague we would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! We have stayed at the penthouse, The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to everything, which made it very easy to explore the area. I really appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the overall feeling of comfort and safety. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Pillows are not very comfortable, one was too big the other one was too small :) Also, we booked sauna but it got canceled because of some technical issues (the staff was very empathetic though) I understand that it was no ones fault but still was very sad that we couldn’t visit it
