great rooms with a amazing bathroom and shower.

roof top bar, staff were under staffed and didn’t appear to enjoy their job and we not that friendly

Loved the building and amazing room we were in. Colour room lights fab (we were in one of the glass rooms). Food good and views fab, one voucher each for access to the roof terrace (normally a charge) and the cafe on the ground floor is a chilled out space. Basement gallery really good (admission charge) and the lovely lady who kindly spoke English to me explained about the exhibition and loaned me an info booklet in English. Info in room gives the fascinating story of the hotel architecture.

We had one room with an additional bed (for me and two teenage children) - the fold up bed was disappointing - hard mattress, this happens a lot in other hotels - the same care is not given to the additional fold up bed -vs the lovely large comfortable mattress in the room - it would be good if it was the same quality mattress as the main bed.

Great, central location with a tram stop right across the street! The hotel has great views from the sky bar, and a convenient 24-hr reception. The room was large and as displayed in photo. Highly recommend!

If you come by car, please note that the hotel does NOT have a parking even though they claim they have. The choice of TV channels is huge, however no English except for BBC and Aljazeera.

TV didn't work properly the ventilation system is loud water from the shower ran down from the steps, it is visible also on the slightly destroyed on the door frame: we would recommend to fix the floor slope the cafe is really small the room design

The hotel design is wonderful

The hotel design is wonderful but there are defects to be aware of. There is no street stopping area so you need to stop in the bus lane to load and unload. On arrival the front door was blocked because a lady was preventing people from going up to the top floor where the restaurant and bar are. Check in was fine and the room was very spacious. However, the bathroom situation is very odd. While there is a glass door, privacy is via a curtain that covers the glass sliding door. Very odd. The bathtub is also the shower and it's impossible to set the shower wand in a place where water doesn't go all over the place. This should have been designed a little better. The bed was extremely comfortable. The first night an attempt to eat at the restaurant was blocked by three somewhat rude employees who said there was a private function. No problem but I called ahead and was directed to the top floor. Does not seem that the employees communicate well with each other. As a result it's difficult to give a 5 star review.

We had an exceptional stay at the dancing house. The hotel has amazing and accommodating staff who made our stay amazing. Overall, We really enjoyed our comfortable room, which was very clean and beautifully designed.

You can walk to every interesting attraction! A drug store is nearby. There’s a rooftop bar right above the hotel + you get free entry for the terrace. Everything was amazing

There was a direct view into my room from neighboring apartment buildings not allowing me to truly relax. If I were to return to the hotel I would have to purchase the river view room as the inner courtyard room affords no privacy.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Dancing Houce and enjoyed it to bits. The staff is so professional and polite, the room was very cosy and the beds very comfortable. Also, very impressed with the breakfast choices (they even served fresh juice and pancakes).Their restaurant is on the 7th floor, with a lovely view. All in all, great experience. It just added to the magic of Prague during Christmas and made our stay memorable. Would definitely recommend it and I will for sure be staying there again on my next trip to Prague.

The hotel room had a "entrance hall" and made it feel like a very upmarket hotel room, given what we paid :-)

The fact that there was no milk for the coffee

We have just left a 4 night stay at the Dancing house hotel. We had a fantastic stay! Rooms were clean and the house keeping daily did a fantastic job. Prague itself is an absolutely beautiful city especially at Christmas! We loved the Christmas markets and the cathedral within the castle grounds. We found a lovely restaurant called pizzeria kmotra which is about 15 minute walk from the hotel and on route to the old town square. Beautiful food and very reasonable price.

The hotel was exceptional and had lots of extra personal touches. Everything was amazing, the bed was super Comfortable. Lovely bath and shower. We was a family of four and had two connecting suites. Breakfast was superb. Everything was 10/10 Excellent location 10/15 minute walk to main centre and touristic spots

You cannot fault this hotel one bit. Amazing! Would love to have the opportunity to go again in the future

The style and location of the hotel is fab, very unique, very clean and overall a great place to stay.

The only bar in the hotel closed at 10pm every night, which is quite early for a bar. They stopped serving hot drinks at 9pm because they “ had to clean the machine” and when it was the lady in charge they started to prepare to close at around 9.30, making us feel like we had to leave. Also the toaster in the restaurant for breakfast had broken, and wasn’t replaced the whole time we were there.

Very close to metro and tram stop also one of the nicest bathrooms I’ve seen

The air con. It was placed next to the window and covered by the the curtain so no air con was actually circulating in the room just going out the window , also I felt like a zoo animal whenever I opened the curtain people there where people staring in the window and taking pictures as the hotel is a tourist attraction .

Everything is a bar in the hotel; breakfast is very nice, and the terrace is wonderful for viewing.

The biggest bedroom with a huge bathroom.. fabulous views of the river and castle. The Fred and Ginger restaurant food was excellent. And the hotel has a roof top bar with great cocktails

Omg breakfast was amazing! Ginger shots made my day. Also room set up, modern and clean. Very pleased with cookies and chocolate on my bed with Dancing House postcard and history. Small details matter! Girls at the restaurant amazing fast cleaning to make sure you not stagger with dirty dishes and very friendly.

It was a bit pricey but worthy.

The room was lovely, and the breakfast was okay but the view was exceptional. Amazing location and a beautiful building.

Breakfast could have been a little better, but overall it did very nicely and had a lot of options, just the quality could have been slightly better and the food could have been a bit hotter.

The property is beautiful, both inside and out. We were given an upgrade because we were staying there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our room overlooked the river, was very comfortable with a large bathroom. The hotel is located just 20 minutes walk from the Charles Bridge, and close to the tram stops. Breakfast was extensive, and good value for money, and is the only place that we have been served ginger shots and other health shots. All in all, a great place to stay in this beautiful city.

Stunning Hotel, right from the beginning the staff were amazing. Our rooms were superb and very spacious and comfortable. The views over the river at night were beautiful! Already looking forward to our return.

Modern, well-designed rooms. Nice firm bed and a great shower. The cafe on the ground floor was a very nice place to get a cappuccino and either a light breakfast or lunch. They even had beer and wine. I went to the "Glass Bar" on the 9th floor the last night of my stay and it was great - beautiful view of Prague and the drinks were reasonably priced. All the staff at the hotel were very nice and professional. I really enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful hotel and room with an amazing view

Tv in the room only has one UK channel and no way to plug in my firestick to allow us to watch UK television. It is a hotel rule.

We loved just about everything about this hotel! Clean, comfortable, and really large room. Great view overlooking the river. Great breakfast in restaurant on top floor with great views!

Bathroom floor was difficult to keep dry when showering based on half-door in shower and location of shower head.

I loved the quirky architecture of the building. Wonderful welcome. Huge room with wonderful rivet views, very comfortable bed , 2 large comfortable chairs, mood lighting, large bathroom. Water in the room. Fabulous breakfast. Had an excellent evening meal in the restaurant. Views from the terrace. Lovely staff.

I liked everything

I enjoyed the breakfast, the front desk staff (extremely attentive and very hospitable). The location is very close to the city center, you can walk there. There’s an Albert supermarket nearby. The room has all the necessary amenities and is spacious. What I liked the most, however, was that I had apples in the room and hallway, as many as I wanted. The same goes for water. It's a wonderful touch. The restaurant staff (or at least some of the employees) aren't as friendly. I will come back here every time.
