Dancing House Hotel, Prague

The style and location of the hotel is fab, very unique, very clean and overall a great place to stay.

The only bar in the hotel closed at 10pm every night, which is quite early for a bar. They stopped serving hot drinks at 9pm because they “ had to clean the machine” and when it was the lady in charge they started to prepare to close at around 9.30, making us feel like we had to leave. Also the toaster in the restaurant for breakfast had broken, and wasn’t replaced the whole time we were there.

The air con. It was placed next to the window and covered by the the curtain so no air con was actually circulating in the room just going out the window , also I felt like a zoo animal whenever I opened the curtain people there where people staring in the window and taking pictures as the hotel is a tourist attraction .

Everything is a bar in the hotel; breakfast is very nice, and the terrace is wonderful for viewing.

The biggest bedroom with a huge bathroom.. fabulous views of the river and castle. The Fred and Ginger restaurant food was excellent. And the hotel has a roof top bar with great cocktails

There was no milk in the room to make a cuppa

Omg breakfast was amazing! Ginger shots made my day. Also room set up, modern and clean. Very pleased with cookies and chocolate on my bed with Dancing House postcard and history. Small details matter! Girls at the restaurant amazing fast cleaning to make sure you not stagger with dirty dishes and very friendly.

It was a bit pricey but worthy.

The room was lovely, and the breakfast was okay but the view was exceptional. Amazing location and a beautiful building.

Breakfast could have been a little better, but overall it did very nicely and had a lot of options, just the quality could have been slightly better and the food could have been a bit hotter.

The property is beautiful, both inside and out. We were given an upgrade because we were staying there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our room overlooked the river, was very comfortable with a large bathroom. The hotel is located just 20 minutes walk from the Charles Bridge, and close to the tram stops. Breakfast was extensive, and good value for money, and is the only place that we have been served ginger shots and other health shots. All in all, a great place to stay in this beautiful city.

Stunning Hotel, right from the beginning the staff were amazing. Our rooms were superb and very spacious and comfortable. The views over the river at night were beautiful! Already looking forward to our return.

Modern, well-designed rooms. Nice firm bed and a great shower. The cafe on the ground floor was a very nice place to get a cappuccino and either a light breakfast or lunch. They even had beer and wine. I went to the "Glass Bar" on the 9th floor the last night of my stay and it was great - beautiful view of Prague and the drinks were reasonably priced. All the staff at the hotel were very nice and professional. I really enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful hotel and room with an amazing view

Tv in the room only has one UK channel and no way to plug in my firestick to allow us to watch UK television. It is a hotel rule.

We loved just about everything about this hotel! Clean, comfortable, and really large room. Great view overlooking the river. Great breakfast in restaurant on top floor with great views!

Bathroom floor was difficult to keep dry when showering based on half-door in shower and location of shower head.

I loved the quirky architecture of the building. Wonderful welcome. Huge room with wonderful rivet views, very comfortable bed , 2 large comfortable chairs, mood lighting, large bathroom. Water in the room. Fabulous breakfast. Had an excellent evening meal in the restaurant. Views from the terrace. Lovely staff.

I liked everything

I enjoyed the breakfast, the front desk staff (extremely attentive and very hospitable). The location is very close to the city center, you can walk there. There’s an Albert supermarket nearby. The room has all the necessary amenities and is spacious. What I liked the most, however, was that I had apples in the room and hallway, as many as I wanted. The same goes for water. It's a wonderful touch. The restaurant staff (or at least some of the employees) aren't as friendly. I will come back here every time.

Room was big and comfortable. View onto the river was fantastic, could even see the castle. Cafe on the ground floor served our needs perfectly.

The location is fantastic. An easy walk or quick metro ride to just about everything in Prague. The views great from the room and fantastic from the rooftop bar and restaurant. The breakfast buffet is solid and the room is comfortable. The art work in and around the hotel is beautiful.

The street intersection is very busy and loud at all hours of the day and night, making a good night’s sleep a challenge. The carpet in the room smelled a little bit and was probably due for a deep cleaning.

We couldn't work out some of the switches. The light colour changer did not work and the dimmer in the bathroom.

That’s was the one of great hotel of any Vecation we had in past

Excellent location, the room and the amenities were perfect, as well as the breakfast menu!

It was great to stay in this unique builing. The room was large, with a beautiful view over Vltava river and Prague Castle. We had some cookies and fruit in our room when we arrived, also Nespresso Coffe supplies every day in the room. As guests we had one free entry to the open rooftop bar and 10% discount to the rooftop restaurant. The location is central, you can walk to all the main objectives, but the area is much more quiet than the old city center and with a more local feel.

On the top of hotel is panoramic view for tourist so elevator is all the time occupied, hotel is near busy street and it’s pretty loud at night, for parking you need to pay 28 euro more and for dog you need to pay 40 euro more..

Excellent location, wonderful staff. Highly recommend this hotel. The bedroom was amazing as was the bathroom. Lots of lovely little touches.

The view

Comfortable room, clean, nice breakfast with a wonderful view. Good Wi-Fi connection.

Parking garage is 3 blocks from the hotel. That can be challenging when you travel with kids and many luggages, specially because the hotel do not have any parking space for unloading the car.

The shower was without any curtain and all was wet. Moreover I couldn't understand why we had an inclusive room (it means, the room was for people with disabilities). I couldn't understand that
