The check-in was a little bit hectic and the staff wasn't organized. The food at the rooftop need more options (not just burgers and fries, more local food, like the items are in the rooms: olives, sardines, octupus...)

There is no hotel in Porto better located than this one. You literally have front seats for one of the most iconic views in Portugal. The service is great and dining on the rooftop terrace is just perfect. I loved our room which was a suite with balcony and amazing views. You also get a complementary bottle of wine. Good stuff all round!

The hotel was beautifully designed, with very large rooms, great customer service and the rooftop restaurant was dreamy. We ate there 3 times, including Sunday brunch and we loved all of our meals. Our children enjoyed the spa pool at the end of the day. I do wish the hours for that went later, but I understand catering to the adults as well. The location was perfect for us. We liked being away from the noise of the city and being just next door to all of the port wine houses as well is the WOW experience which was also super fun.

The view was absolutely incredible! The service was top tier. The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had, including the ordering of hot food (it was so quick, even at peak time! And we loved having mimosas!) Even the takeaway breakfast was great. Everywhere was so clean and the bed was comfortable. We loved coming back to our room at different times of the day and there being something new/different - whether that be made up for bedtime or a postcard/small gift on our pillow. The staff were amazing at making our stay special for our honeymoon, gifting us a platter of strawberries and brownies and ensuring we got a room with a balcony! We loved the location, we didn’t want to be central to the city we wanted a view of the bridge and an easy walk to restaurants and port houses and this was absolutely brilliant for it. It was perfectly quiet and we slept so well. We wish we could have stayed longer, thank you for such a lovely stay!

The location was perfect. The view of Porto, Gaia and the bridge was amazing. The staff were all very charming and helpful. The room, a studio, was super comfy and had that fabulous view. The spa was relaxing and the massage was great. The bikes to hire were comfy and speedy which meant we had a great trip down the Atlantic coast to a beach bar. The Port tasting evening was also a fun event, with a delicious meal from the Pot and Pan.

The breakfast to order came from the kitchen Luke warm and the coffee could have been stronger. Minor details.

Lovely views from the room. Comfy beds with mattress toppers. Good supplied selection of snacks and drinks. Very helpful desk staff. Quiet location but walking distance to all the busy nearby attractions.

Breakfast was busy, they need a larger venue for such a large number of rooms. Slightly noisy room cleaning personnel as they made the assumption that nobody used their rooms during the day.

My favorite hotel we stayed at during our two week trip to Portugal, the room exceeded my expectations and the staff was professional and friendly. We loved the location of the hotel and my kids loved the pool and whirlpool.

It’s location is fantastic, great view! Quiet place and walking distance to stores, wineries, coffee shops and everything next to the water. The room was super spacious and clean and they have the best staff at the reception always open to help.

The hotel is excellent. Great location, friendly staff, superb facilities including the spa and gym. Food in the Pot and Pan restaurant was exceptional with lots of choice. Would highly recommended to anyone.

I called from overseas, Anna A answered. She was an excellent Ambassador and a pleasure to work with in person. Upon arrival, I met Hugo and Jessica. Hugo asked if I minded Jessica listening in because she had just started. Hugo was thoughtful and kind. An exceptional Ambassador. Anna A and Hugo were first class. I was there for 7 days. I got to know the staff. From Wilson who helped me set up my Amazon Fire stick to Kayla and Claudia in the restaurant all very good. Jessica was following in Hugo's footsteps. All Rebello staff were giving the best of themselves. Rebello you are doing something very right with your staff. I hope they continue to truly embody the spirit of hospitality.

The thoughtful staff, clean facility, amenities, a stunning panoramic view of Porto, and the breakfast; the best I have ever had. I am well traveled. These are the reasons I would return. Keep up the good work Rebello.

While the property's location came as a surprise, being outside of central Porto, I quickly came to appreciate its advantages. An Uber ride to the Photography museum, the meeting point of many walking tours, took 30 min., partly due to current subway construction. A surprise. Am accustomed to being central. I soon discovered the nearby beautiful 2 story bridge, and the delightful walkability of the area.
