Location is decent.

The direction about your valet- it’s outside of the bike lane and it was full upon arrival so it just seemed like regular parking on the street.

Convenient to concert hall.

Needs a place to purchase things you may have forgotten. Ie: Advil, Tylenol, antacid. Toothbrush

Beautiful boutique hotel, I really enjoyed staying here. The library is comfy and gorgeous, they have free coffee in there in the morning. Its a nice place to sit and relax if you're wanting to get of your room. They also serve food in there in the evening, a friend and I got a few small plates to share. The rooms are very nice and clean, my only compliant is the bed could be softer and more comfortable but for the price I was more than satisfied. Downtown Portland has a bad rap right now, I thought it was fine. Lots of security guards throughout and I felt safe walking around. I walked up the Pearl district a couple times to go shopping which is about a 12-15 min walk. Nordstrom is a block away. I would definitely stay here again.

The bed could've been more comfortable, it was a bit hard.

I loved this property! Great location, lovely setting, great staff. The library room was particularly lovely place to cuddle up with a cup of coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine at night to in front of the fireplace. Sadly, I couldn’t give the highest rating because our bed was like sleeping on a stone! Firm is one thing, but painfully hard is just not necessary. Unless they get new beds will probably not stay here again, and that’s very disappointing because we loved every single thing about it Except for the bed!!

The staff were friendly and kind, down to the housekeeping staff that helped retrieve a left behind cell phone.

The valet parking was great and when we checked in they did not have the room we reserved available. They upgraded us to a better room for the inconvenience. Staff was super friendly and great customer service.

I would say one of our lamps did not work. I forgot to mention it to the front desk this morning.

Location. Loved the library. Never been to a hotel with such a great set up for tea in the room. Nice restaurant.

Unappealing lobby. Closed in feeling with no view from windows.

Location was great as I was at a conference at Hilton just round the corner. We had a corner room which was absolutely delightful - light and spacious, living up to description and picture on website and then some! Staff unfailingly helpful, friendly and professional. The Library was lovely though unfortunately didn’t really have enough time to make use of it. Both breakfast and dinner extremely good. Really liked having kettle and French press with good quality coffee. Loved the artworks too, especially of the bridges.

The one downside was that it was impossible to get plain black tea! We just wanted a cup of unflavoured black tea to drink with milk but though the tea you have is undoubtedly good quality it was all flavoured, spiced, scented, etc so we felt that lack.

We loved the location and the valet parking. Staff were helpful around the parking and storage for luggage so we could shop a little longer.

The initial check in did not provide us with sufficient detail and did not offer a welcome drink which appeared to have been included.

Bed wasn’t as comfortable as expected - surprisingly lumpy and worn down on one side. Coffee maker in room was a French Press very nice normally , but not if you are desperate for that first cup in the morning .

This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in. I wasn't expecting it to be so nice! The staff are very helpful, have extra toiletries (i.e. I needed a razor and toothpaste and they had both to my luck!), and the rooms are extremely clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The price, especially for the area, was also exceptional. I've definitely paid way more for way worse. The room overlooked part of the city and had two windows, but was still very quiet despite being busy outside (I was on the 8th floor).

The price of the food on their menu was a bit steep. This isn't really a complaint, though, it looked hella fancy.

Restaurant & bar close really early, even on weekends; restaurant doesn’t serve lunch at all; room service isn’t available for breakfast or lunch—just dinner—and is extremely limited

Overall standard of the hotel and facilities were very good. Bar/restaurant were very good, staff at the hotel and facilities were excellent. Mini Bar and Valet parking were a little expensive, hence we didn't use either but would've if the prices were a little more reasonable.

Location was excellent. Right in the heart of downtown, so great for walking around. Room was comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious.

Restaurant had a good vibe but food was just ok. Don’t get a room near the elevators because you’ll hear people coming in and out of them.

Loved the library in the lobby. Loved the uniques style. Loved our corner studio suite.

Loved the location, the facility itself, the room was gorgeous, dog friendly, had a fridge, great breakfast, and super staff!!!! (Esp the valet who helped us check in)

Wish bathroom had a fan. We would have liked the room(s) a lil cooler. We set it to 62° . It was fine but didn't really cool enough.

The decor in the room was beautiful and tasteful. The location was good.

Our room was not ready at 4:00 but they moved us to another room.

Great location. Very clean, sleek and classy.
