Yooma Urban Lodge, Paris

The property was perfect for our family of 4 traveling with other families - close to the city and the easy to get around - restaurants nearby, metro nearby. Hotel facilities suited with a playroom, pool table and other games available in the lobby. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast. Not worth it.

The place is very clean, well located, and with everything you could possibly need. I think this is great for families, since they have a lot of play areas for all ages. Breakfast was also great! I highly recommend renting bikes on the street downstairs and biking to the sites, it’s very close to Eiffel Tower and the gardens

I didn’t like having to pay to stow my bags, but I understand that in a facility like this, is what makes sense to them to use as a system.

Lots of metro station in the near area and great access to other parts of Paris. Many bakeries around the Hotel. Nice service.

There was no electric kettle in the room and small space to sit.

Just the hotel entrance not shown properly to the street , just to put a clear sign that shows the hotel entrance. The breakfast has very limited variety.

Fabulous rooms, perfect for families, nice breakfasts and good location.

The escalator was broken when we arrived so we had to carry 5 massive suitcases up stairs 🤨

Breakfast was a bit all over the place . Not enough staff. Mugs and glasses ran out and scrambled eggs were cold.

The location was ideal and good for small children

Our shower leaked everywjerr, there was left over snacks in the room from prior guest with moldy bread on the top shelf (prob didn't look for stuff ip there in prior cleans) and breakfast was expensive for staff to not have bowls, cups and bacon ready for guest. For bread and pankcakes , it should be complimentary.

The hotel has a perfect location, it has a lot of entertainment for the family and friends, arcade games, snooker, gym an and lots of games. Very cool and modern. The room was very small but with storage. Beds very comfy. Modern bathroom.

The view wasn't great, paying almost €200 for 1 night to look at other peoples kitchen. Shower room let the water out to the bathroom, ok for me, but I imagine difficult when you have kids, water would spread to the room with the kids walking over it.

Very cool & modern. Hotel was very clean. My 4 year old niece loved the hotel, the soft play area and arcade games kept her very entertained. Good location. Would definitely recommend for families.

Nothing, everything was great. Maybe just two suggestion, to add some vending machines for snacks. Also a smart TV with netflix or similar as the TV had no kids channels.

Rooms look exactly like pictures. A bit small, but was expected because of photos - so not a surprise. Great service. Clean rooms. 15 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Metro stations near by.

Rooms did not have microwave, fridge or kettle. Provided but in a shared space. During our stay, lifts were down & hotel under construction - but truly, nothing to really complain about

Location good, about 10 mins easy walk to the Eiffel Tower. About same distance to closest metro station. Lovely view from the room of the river. Close to a main shopping mall and restaurants. Great place to stay with kids- they loved the arcade machines downstairs which they played while we had a drink. The room easily accommodated our family of 5 with a large double bed and 2 sets of bunks. Good to have toilet separate to shower. Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful with everything we needed.

This was my third stay at Yooma, staying for 3 nights. The location is amazing; so close to the Seine which I enjoy jogging along. The rooms are always a good size, have plenty of USB charging points and power sockets, and are at a good temperature. I appreciate the wide array of TV channels in English. The fitness centre doesn't have much but it does have 2 treadmills, some bikes, and a rowing machine. There is no water offered in your bedroom but you can always ask for still and sparkling water at the reception. I mention this in case you miss the very small sign :-).

Two things. On this occasion the reception staff were not at all friendly. They delivered service quickly, but were not welcoming at all. A smile goes a long way in the hospitality industry. Each evening I ordered a softdrink ... and each time I had to ask for a glass and ice. DO NOT ASK THE HOTEL TO CALL A TAXI. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF ... BY THE HOTEL! When checking out I asked them to call me a taxi. I was asked my destination, to which I responded Gare du Nord (train station). I was asked to wait 10 minutes. While waiting I saw a queue of available taxis, and thought about taking one but felt it would be rude to the driver on their way to me. After a few hundred meters of driving I noticed the taxi meter wasn't on and was told there is a fixed fee of €45. This annoyed me as it only cost me €25 to get to the hotel. I asked the driver to terminate the ride or switch on the meter. He was annoyed as he thought I had been told there was a fixed rate (i had not). We cordially agreed to terminate the journey. I quickly hailed another taxi ... and paid €22. When you ask a hotel to call a taxi for you this is not an invitation to rip you off! Very disapointing ....

Location was great. Family rooms were functional and comfortable although needed a bit more storage space. Arcade games and pool was fantastic in the foyer. Great to also have drinks and food on offer from the lobby.

Not enough storage for a family. No soap in the toilet dispenser in our room.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and location was great. Bunk beds for the kids were great.

Not enough space for suitcases in the room

We had looked at apartments in Paris, but there were either mixed reviews or the places were a long way out of the city centre. This was our one and only stay in a hotel in our 5 week holiday and the kids loved it. The rooms are small but so well designed that it didn't matter. Each of our three kids (including an 18 year old) liked having their own space because of the cleverly designed bunks. The separate bathroom and toilet is also very clever when you are housing up to 6 guests in a room. The whole hotel was clean and the staff were super friendly. The main foyer is great for spending some recreation time and the kids loved the free games and pool table. The location in Paris (you can see the Eiffel Tower from the front door and walk there in 5-10 minutes) is also great, and we were able to get there on the Metro without difficulty. There are also lots of great restaurants nearby.

A very colourful hotel centrally located at a short walk from Eiffel tower. The lobby was huge and lively. The breakfast is served at a big restaurant but with very limited choice and variation.

Rooms are small by small i mean very small. It is even difficult to move in the room and there is no storage space for the luggage. Toilet was clean but tiny

We enjoyed a lot the location of this hotel, on the banks of Sena river, very close to metro stations (5-6 minutes) and bus station (3 minutes). The staff was always friendly and helpful. The lobby and all the hotel theme was like in a game, full of colors. Room was ok, small, but clean. The bed was big and comfortable. At the hotel you can have also breakfast and dinner. From the front desk you can ask a lot of board games free of charge. We didn’t use it, but hotel also has a paid private parking. Near the hotel are also a lot of shopping places, Statue of Liberty (3 mintes) and the Tour Eiffel (15-20 minutes walk).

Room was a little bit too small. The shower and the toillet are in 2 separate rooms and the one with the toillet is much too small and uncomfortable. No slippers in the room, you have to buy it (5 euro).
