Vibe, location, quirky hotel, very unique

Service in the bar is erratic, not enough trained staff. Staff friendly but not enough when busy

We had a room at the end of the hotel so the noise was minimal and made for a good nights sleep. The hotel concept I thought was really cool.

The only gripe we had was with the toilet flush. It was very temppremental and would often go off a long time after flushing.

Kindness of the staff - location - view from the room of the Seine - breakfast - being able to swim on the Seine in the centre of Paris was fabulous. Would definitely go back and highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel has it all,you have the most incredible views over the Sceine the most comfortable beds . The reception staff were very helpful. I had a cocktail and food in the restaurant which was really delicious. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this boat hotel.😁

Clean, well situated and the staff were excellent!

Ideally, more power sockets in the room. The toilet flushing system was very hit and miss and often flushed without warning.

The location was great next to train stations. The room was cozy and had a nice vibe and the staff was very helpful.

The electricity was a little sensitive if we had too many things plugged in. However the staff was able to help us.

We’ve stayed at this hotel before, it’s an amazing experience every time. Be sure to upgrade to a room with a view of La Siene, it’s magical, and there isn’t a hotel in Paris offering anything similar. Cocktails at the bar, over looking the river, watch the boats pass by. Also opt for the breakfast, lots to choose from, it’s a great way to fuel yourself for a day walking around Paris.

Nothing to dislike, this hotel ticks all the boxes. If I had to mention something, it’s that you cannot drive/taxi up to the hotel entrance. Not a deal breaker, but be prepared to walk from the road down to the hotel. (only 50ish metres)

Quiet, clean, nice view, next to metro, close to Jardin des Plantes, great breakfast.

We only stayed a day but the staff was friendly, welcoming. We slepts like babies.

We really liked staying at the hotel- the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar and pool area were great too. We were prepared for the size of the rooms but that didn’t effect our stay and it was great to have a coffee machine and kettle.

There’s nothing we didn’t like but it would have been good to be able to buy food in the bar/restaurant area on a Sunday evening. It was our last evening in Paris so would have been a good place to relax

Fantastic location. Lovely bar overlooking the Seine and friendly staff with good English who tolerated our poor French admirably.

If getting a taxi it's best to get them to drop off at Gare de Austerlitz and walk as the entrance to the quay is barrier controlled and we waited ages (with the meter running) to get through. It's only a couple of hundred meters.

The was good from the Room. You get amenities 9n request, good location.

Room is not very spacious for 2 guests it's not enough. Bathroom is small too.

Loved everything about this place. Quirky hotel, lovely staff, facilities were awesome and the bed was super comfortable. I didn't actually take any photos of the room, but the lighting system was cool. We got to have showers in any colour of light we wanted!

Loved the rooms- lovely design, beautiful looking out onto the river (we had a river view), delicious breakfast and great pool. Team were so helpful , gave us white gowns when we requested and loved the cheese board and wine on the comfy chairs in the evening

It’s not something we didn’t like, only we suggest you get more comfy chairs or sofas in the bar area. Everyone was waiting for the rocking chairs to become free! A few more comfy seats for relaxing would be perfect!

Just near some odd area where there were drug users on the side of the river bank it didn’t feel that safe

surprised to see a boat at arriving (not clearly stated in the description), however very nice hotel and rooms with view on the Seine. Full comfort, very good beds, nice location as right next to Jardin des Plantes.

Fabulous hotel! Staff are top tier. (Especially Louana.. apologies for my spelling). Being able to arrive at 23.00 and have a swim!! Beautiful cocktails. Hotel is warm and cosy.

I stayed in the furthest most room from reception. The internet was inconsistent, at best. The only downside

It is an exceptional place on the river Seine just off the Austerlitz station, It provides the opportunity for morning run, swim, or walk while being in the heart of Paris. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast. We will surely come back to spend a bit more time.

Everything was perfect.

Cool location, not from from the concert arena we were attending. Good breakfast, friendly staff, very close to public transportation.

We had a small problem with the sink - it wouldnt drain, but we contacted the reception, a repairman came in minutes and got ir solved.

Living on a boat on the Seine river in the middle of Paris is definitely an experience to remember.

A wonderful stay, celebrating my husband 's 80th birthday. The staff were so accommodating.. Very easy to explore Paris . Would recommend the experience to anyone

Trivial compared to the pros, more of technical stuff like flagging location better as it is slightly off the main road!

Breakfast (variety and quality of food) was fantastic - a highlight of the hotel, comfortable room.

The staff were amazing, nice and kind. Everything was clean. It had a nice view.

The menu of the “restaurant” didn’t had food just charcuterie boards. The only thing the hotel needs it’s a nice restaurant.

Just note there is a night club nearby and you can hear the music late into the night.
