Hotel Lutetia, Paris

The location is very good and the breakfast was amazing. The hotel staff was also just wonderful!

We wanted our own beds and it was not possible to have separate beds in the suite bedroom. I slept in the sofa bed, which was OK but not the comfiest.

The staff was amazing! The hotel was probably the best kept hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The cleaning staff’s attention to detail was impeccable down to each minute detail.

the brasserie restaurant does not live up to the standard of 5 star rating of the hotel. the staff there falls short of expectation in both service and professionalism

I paid 1400 euro per night for a suite. I find it inhospitable that e.g. breakfast and use of the minibar are not included in that rate

The breakfast was great as well as the location. The concierge offered us a list of restaurants around the hotel at a distance of 5 minute walk and they were all great. We will remember this trip for it's excellent gastronomic pleasure.

Everything was perfect; we got a free upgrade; the Staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. Fluffy towels and free Nespresso at the room. Eceptionally beautiful interior design.

I absolutely loved everything. The building, staff, service, everything was just perfect. I upgraded to a bigger room on the 5th floor with a partial Eiffel tower view. The room was really huge, and it had two (!) balconies. Everything is very well-thought, interior quality is top-notch, and good tech too. Location is great: it's quiet and walking distance of good restaurants and just beautiful streets to stroll, some good clothing stores if you're into fashion, for example, APC Rue Madam flagship it's just minutes away. Metro station is just by the hotel too. Last but not least SPA is great, I really enjoyed hammam and pool

Perfect stay. Spa and hammam really enjoyable. Beautiful building, room perfectly comfortable.

One very little problem: in the room, the Ipad on the desk can not be removed and we do not have many place left to place a laptop.

Super Location near Métro stop and excellent shopping.

The included breakfast was of poor quality. All pastries were from the day before and rock hard. Pancakes were cold and raw on the inside. Bread served with eggs was always burned. Personnel were clumsy. The breakfast experience did not make us want to have any other meal at the hotel. We stayed six nights.

Facilities, staff and location.

The noise is unbelievable. We felt as if we are sleeping in the street, there is no sound proof at all despite we were on the third floor.

Staff and services is very good, very helpfully and polite, The hotel si clean and because it was renovated recently it looks all new.

Translating value it can’t compare to some 5 star accommodations that I have stayed at previously even in Europe, and I am not comparing it to Middle East and Asia Hotels which would probably be unfair is than this would probably only have a max 4 star rating. Rooms are not that big, bathroom is great. We booked a room with view of the Eifel tower and yes we could just see the tip from the 5th floor.

Excellent view from hotel room. Excellent location. Pretty good Spa but as it was in the basement I found the lack of natural light there a bit gloomy. The staff were helpful if a bit ‘going through the motions’. It was very clean.

I found the decor throughout cold and corporate. If it had been better weather I might not have minded so much but the grey, white, beige and brown colour scheme throughout was bland and a touch depressing. The brasserie Lutetia was very mediocre for the price and had no atmosphere. The cocktails at the bar were too strong and the bar itself has no vibe. There was quite a good singer and pianist there on Saturday night however.
