Very nice property and staff. Bathrooms could use a little tlc.
Great location. Amazing bar and breakfast area. Great concept of the reserved spa area. Very cool spa. Large stylish rooms.
Bathrooms are looking a little worn out. Maybe keep the amazing fixtures and redo the tile. Mattresses as well. New breakfast policy where even basic scrambled eggs are not included seems a little low budget.

We loved this hotel and area of the city.
The location was perfect for getting around the city. We were able to walk everywhere. The lobby was beautiful and decorated for Christmas. The spa pool was so unique and peaceful.
I thought our room could have been a little more Parisian as the pictures showed. Perhaps we just got more of a boring one, but we still enjoyed our stay. The shower curtain wasn’t long enough and water kept dripping out onto the bathroom floor.

The perfect location and excellent service.
My second stay at this hotel, love the location and the incredibly accommodating staff. Lovely breakfast buffet. I will return. Love the bath oil provided in the rooms.
The hotel is a bit worn, has a damp smell, and is surprisingly bright in the common areas, while the rooms are quite dark (challenging to get ready), but whatevs-love it anyways.

A lovely little boutique hotel, very Parisian!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, a wonderful location for exploring Paris on foot. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool area after a hot day out and about. The bar area was absolutely beautiful and staff were very attentive and accommodating.

We had a lovely time in Paris
Room was beautifully decorated, spacious and the bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was also top rate, with fantastic choice and every option we tried was delicious. Location is also excellent - Louvre, Orsay Museum and Notre Dame within easy walking distance. We also walked to Eiffel Tower (2 miles along the river, mostly shaded by trees). Great stay.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the city.... A great choice
Hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and kind. Location was wonderful.
I would absolutely stay here again.
Hotel is old, and therefore some small kinks. The pipes in the bathroom squeal and once I got it figured out to release the pressure in the pipes to make it stop... however it would continue to happen throughout the night. Had the engineer look at it but all they did was the same. It was annoying to hear the squeal.

Great location, close to galleries, shopping and restaurants. Fantastic breakfast served in a beautiful room, friendly service -

The breakfast was excellent. The menu had good choices. The location of the hotel is perfect. One is close to many great areas and sites in Paris.
There weren't any slippers in the room and the bathroom (bathtub and shower) is an issue for older guests.

Perfect location and a lovely boutique Hotel.
The apartment is very special. We love the room, balcony and the space. The private pool area is a bonus. Breakfast was delicious. The staff are courteous and helpful. The rooms are quiet and the location is amazing once you invest some time in this part of Paris.
Desk or dressing table needed in the room.
The central areas air conditioning didn’t seem to work.
All items were discussed and we are sure will be rectified by the team.
